left notes asking for the macaroni to be overcooked was like mush 2.30 for curry so half a pakora size tub are they taking the Mick very disappointing from what used to be a great chipshop

got macaroni which I normally love was so over cooked was inedible

Food was delicious as always, kids got slightly impatient as it was slightly late and we pre-ordered too.

Very disappointed this time, fish and chips were barely warm as were the fritters only the steak pie was warm. Usually Brandon are good.

My fish was dry inside the batter. Chips cheese and curry were lovely but only thing was the fish most of it was unedible. I’ve had lovely fish from here and I’m puzzled as to why my fish was delivered like this.

Nice meal but chips was under cooked and couldn’t eat the kebab burger .to much spice

3 sausage suppers half pizza crunch and pie supper great had no prob replace chips with fritters instead for 1 of sausage suppers portions just right

No salt and vinegar on anything, no tomato sauce on the roll either even though we put it all in the notes. £6 for a panini is mad!! Fritters were nice and crispy.

Was charged £3.50 for a tiny tub of sauce , hardly any chips in the box either

Don’t know if it’s new owners as not ordered for a while…. Sausage had barely any batter, chips cold, no salt or vinegar and ordered a large curry sauce to receive a small, lumpy portion. Very disappointed, usually a great chippy

Food ok but heavily overpriced for what it is and the girl with black hair behind till is very rude. Crack a smile it won’t hurt! Customer service is everything. Food portions small so wouldn’t return.

Always use the brandon ,quality food,great customer service and the delivery driver is quick ,friendly and courteous...great experience start to finish everytime ...brilliant

This is 2nd time this has happened to me and still haven't received any apologies,last time was over an hr.Food is still good therefore I wouldn't go to somewhere else.

Pizza and chips was good delivered 5 mins late but I wanted a pepporni pizza witch I was charged for only got a cheese pizza

Brilliant chippy. Used to use this place regularly when I lived just around the corner, I still visit now and again for a quick bite to eat when passing through. Top marks well deserved, the portions are more than enough, great value too. My wife and I ordered a sausage supper, chips and a portion of fritters tonight - came to just over £9 - not bad at all.

Female staff are very nice. The so called chip frier, known locally as Cloth Ears , thinks he is never wrong, only the customer is wrong. What a Walloper he is.

Food usually really tasty. Last night pizza was unedable, ended up in the bin. Food was freezing. Really disappointed

Just got a fish supper and pizza supper ,both swimming in grease the fish didn't even taste like fish. In to the bin both went ,absolutely disgusting.

One of the Best chip shops in the shire.. all great quality products, wide selection to suit everyone. The staff are amazing too.

Taste all kinds of disgust in both drink and food...never coming back and totally disgusted! It doesn't matter if you complain you still get the same disgusting low standard quality!

Brilliant food fast delivery it's our go to chippy

Ordered a chippy munchie box with bottle of cola. Food came but cola didn’t. Bearing in mind I paid £3.50 for delivery and 50p service charge I am fuming as I phoned back and they said the juice was being delivered and it never was. Tried phoning back right up to 9pm and no one answered the phone. I won’t be using here again as I realised I paid £4 extra to have it delivered and it’s at the top of my street. I can get cheaper deliveries from miles away. So annoyed,

You get a full(big) plate worth and 2 fish - and they are good! Chips are perfect and the fish and its batter are just right, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.

Never really had any problems ordering from here, but tonight we ordered a pizza which was soggy and fell apart was like pure mush, really disappointed

Delivery time said under 1 hour. Called when it was 15 minutes late to be told it was on its way. We had not given our details yet so how they knew which order we were talking about I don’t know. Waited another half hour for it to arrive cold. Not happy at all

Didnt enjoy cold chips or battered fish - package was cold , mentioned to driver, no reply, opened package as you do, roll n hamburger edible but my fish supper was poor, always tastes great thats why i order from Brandon - should have suitable hot plate, or prioritize ML1 central motherwell deliveries apart from locals - so to ensure food is war, i previous lived Newstevenston and as a regular enjoy food very much. just a waste of money after 1 hour 15 mins ....so annoyed as very hungry after the wait , (which i was expecting and usually worth the wait)

Ordered the wrong type of fish, I ordered special which meant breadcrumbs instead of batter but that was my mistake, not the restaurants. So for what I DID order, it was excellent. Very tasty, generous servings and piping hot plus delivery was quick and very pleasant! Top service! I'm one happy customer! I love this chippy so much. Thanks Brandon Takeaway! 👍

I didn’t realise you were based in New Stevenston. No wonder our order arrived a bit late. 😂 It was worth the wait. Lovely cheese and mushroom pizza and the pie and chips were great. Would definitely order again.

Don’t order from here again on here says delivery available from 4pm order food at 4pm. 5.20 phone see we’re it is to be told the driver hasn’t even started yet so ask for refund and cancel it to be told only get 50% back as he’s already prepared food!! So my food was sitting for over an hour not excatly fresh!! Disgusting way to treat paying customers. Bare in mind we go in for fish supers to shop not be happening again

Ordered through just eat. A fish supper, a sausage supper and a smoked sausage supper. Food was superb and just the right amount of chips. Delivery was 5 min before time advertised. Well done and Thanks

Asked for the pizza to be on the well done / crispy side. Got the complete opposite. Can't fault the driver or delivery time. Disappointing.

I ordered a munchie box I never got kebab meat or chips in it so that was disappointing considering both were supposed to be in it.
