Best Chinese takeaway! Lovely staff & quick delivery. Since the new owners have taken over it has gotten 100% better. Even if an item isn’t on their menu they will make it. My favourite is 2 of their new items, honey sesame chicken & salt N chilli chicken&cheese rolls. There hasn’t been a meal I have got from happy house and not enjoyed.

Never find a better chines take away than happy house I travel 14 miles if I want a chines as we're I stay they are not good but quite happy to travel the distance for good food well done 👌Happy meal ..starter main course and praw crackers for £8.90 although it is a meal deal you get plenty food full size curry and good starter well worth trying

Still the best Chinese by far !!! Recent change in Oct 2023 - under New management and new chef and I have to say they do the best Chinese food in Shotts x So fresh warm and you don’t have to wait long for home delivery x

Best Chinese takeaway in the north east! Food is really good. The staff are friendly, helpful, and humble. The price is very good, and the prawn crackers & fortune cookies are a nice touch.

Got chicken balls and chips I have food poisoning now

Thought chicken in curry, was slightly tough. Normally it's very good, maybe I got too early.

Had chicken chow mein and wasn't the greatest heartburn all night and no help from the Chinese lady when I was ordering

Disgusting tonight. Usually nice but got 2 plain chowmeins tonight. They were reheated and rotten n greasy. Dissapointing

Used to be our go to, more onions in chicken curry than chicken. Asked for salt and chilli chicken wings got plain wings. Went downhill.

Buy some food. King prawn with Chinese mushrooms. In tray was 4 prawn, some mushrooms, and I think a kilo off onions. Very salty. Not very happy 😔

Always order from here I suspect the other low rating is a competitor as the food is always excellent

Please do not waist your money here just picked up a fried rice chips chicken balls and curry sauce all in the one tray was charged £6.80 which a thought was abit dear but didn't mind , came in a tray however when opening a got lumpy hard chips that were burnt slither of disgusting curry sauce and chicken balls that were as soggy as they come absolutely vile wouldn't have fed it to even a dog 🤢🤢🤢 Also lassie behind the counter please learn some customer manners you are so rude.
