Super cute, brought my friend here as it was her first time in Manchester and she absolutely loved it

Nice food, but a really cold place. Pretty overpriced for what you get.

I went here for the first time with friends last week and it was brilliant. Great atmosphere in the room with the live music, and I enjoyed the bar when we wanted to sit down and chat as it was easier to hear each other in there :)

Really fun spot for some live music. The decorations are lovely and you can order drinks and they will bring to your table via QR code.

Great outdoors setup for the winter

Mixture in age range of patrons, but my group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The live bands were awesome.

When the sun is shining, what's not to like. Beer in the sun, with some quality food too. The katsu chips were a delight. Service at the table was spot on. A great chilled vibe

We popped in here during the day. Great dog friendly bar and the food was fantastic. We had the dirty chicken burger which was lovely. We recommend for a daytime pint and a spot of lunch.

I've been this place 3 times now with my husband when visiting Manchester. Love the outdoor experience, especially with the live music. I love the vegan burger, and my husband recommends the chicken burger. Nice friendly staff. Live the shack style theme.

Great to sit outside in the sunshine but can get really busy during these times so prepare to queue. Have outdoor bars & additional toilets to help. Good atmosphere. Good beer. Live entertainment too.

Went there for some after work drinks and meal. The good: rly tasty food and good prices. The nit so great: incomfortable bench to sit on and scruffy menus. The place was far too loud. But will say it is excellent outside.

Over priced, 7 quid for Guinness that doesn't compare to the Guinness over the road at Mulligan's which is the same price

Great idea this - not so much the "Oast House" concept from old England/Kent, but an outdoor space to have some decent food and drink, whilst enjoying live music. Great venue, which even had the Olympics on this week for additional viewing, as well as a great live musician Good range of food from the outdoor BBQ, and the burgers looked great whilst the "hanging kebab" was decent enough Good range of drinks too - just hella expensive for the north!

We popped here on Sunday and the place was buzzing. There was a live band on and the weather was nice so there were limited seats available. The drinks were lovely. The staff were very friendly and seemed to get the bar queues down quickly

Love Oast House, I strangely prefer it in the winter with the tent over, but when the sun is shining it is a fantastic place to watch some live music and enjoy a tank beer.

Ordered a single and double fries (which were overpriced). Waited 40 minutes to be told we weren't at our table when the food came. We were sat there the whole time and the servers came nowhere near us the entire time. When the food arrived, the double was barely bigger than the single. The place has a nice atmosphere but is expensive. Not anything special really.

You want to charge me £9.75 for an aperol spritz? Fine, but I expect an actual aperol spritz. I was given a glass of sparkling water with two drops of aperol and a shot of prosecco not to mention the glass was already full of ice but sadly that’s the normality now. Stop scamming people

A 50/50 hit. Great for a sunny outdoor drink with live music and a good selection of drinks. Always good effort put into the seating and atmosphere. Food is overpriced, expensive and low quality. Drinks aren’t cheap either you can expect to pay £6+ for beers, £5+ for bottles of beer, £10> for anything else. Has its benefits and has its place, not delivering anything new or being competitive with other nearby spots.

This is a great place to enjoy a few drinks in the summertime. Loads of room outside, live music and reasonable bar food. Not easy to get a drink when its really busy!

Incredible experience at Oast House on Sunday despite the footy result. The guys' service was second to none, specifically Danny and Will who were really welcoming and looked after us all day. A new favourite venue for sport!

It can be very busy here, but the large seating area and open outdoor space is great. There is football and live music on the big screen/stage. There is also an open firepit and food on offer. I have not eaten here yet however I will be back to try it. It's very cosy inside too ❤️

The Budvar tank beer is superb but one minor criticism, can you not serve it in a chilled glass like the Czechs do? The last one I had was served in a warm glass. That aside, The Oast House is one of my favourite places in Manchester for a post work pint.

We experienced some excellent customer service yesterday from Emily. There was a problem with one of our meals and she dealt with in swiftly and efficiently. The meal was replaced and refunded whilst offering us drinks on the house for the inconvenience. It was a busy afternoon and all the staff were rushed off their feet. Well done Emily for your excellent customer service skills.

Strangers to Manchester, we asked GMP's finest for a recommendation and so we made out way here. Top place! Great IPAs, nice to sit outside, no scrotes. All good!

Great find in middle of Manchester. Rustic yurt style pub/bar. Great outside drinking space, with good drinks selection and reasonably priced. Food limited, but great value for money.

Great place with a beautiful bar area, and plenty of outdoor seating too. Good selection of beers, drinks and food. We enjoyed Live music on their outdoor stage too, was a great atmosphere with nice friendly crowd.

Me and my family came for food and drinks on a busy Saturday afternoon. We had such an amazing time, the food was wonderful and so tasty. The one thing that did make our experience 5 star was Will, our host. He was so attentive and looked after us so well, thank you Will for making our visit so special - hope to see you on the tv soon.

I raise a toast to the oast (house). Had a lovely cold pint of Asahi while sitting outside and taking in the good vibes.

Loved it . Visited on the Monday then returned on the Friday but at tea time . They had a band on and the sun was shining, the bar was busy but enough staff to serve . With an outdoor bar as well . We will definitely return soon

Perfect for a sunny spring day outside in the huge seating area. we went about 2.00 and it wasn't too busy but by 5 it started to fill up. Standard Town centre prices for food and drink

Food and atmosphere great! Downside they sent 5 out of 7 meals...we had to wait an extra half hour. Drinks and service slow. But really good live musician. Shame really x

We had a brilliant night out here for St Patrick's day. Drinks, dancing, the band and the atmosphere were all great.

Solid atmosphere and with the lively music. However, extremely disappointing evening received aggressive treatment from the bouncers who removed me and my friends out of the the oast house. His colleagues tried to get him to stop being so aggressive but he was not having any of it. He saw we had countless amount of drinks still on the table and was shouting for us to get out. Did not let us finish out drinks before we left and proceeded to march us out of the establishment. Considering I had a reserved table the service and experience was a solid 0/10. Would not recommend. Requested a manager who proceeded to do nothing about the matter. 0 help.

I’ve always loved the Oast House and had some great times here, until last night. Me and friends had just bought a round and sat inside when a taxi had arrived for one of our friends. I walked around the back of the building with my friend to her taxi to make sure she was getting in the taxi and home safe. I was out there for no more than a few minutes and walked back to the steps to the right of the Oast House to be greeted with a ‘you’re not coming in now at this time we’re closing’ by one of the bouncers. I told them, I’d just bought a drink, my friends are all still sat inside I’d just walked my friend out, to again a rude unreasonable response. They both even laughed at me and generally enjoyed the fact I was left sat stood outside in the cold waiting for my friends to quickly get through their drinks to be able to come outside to meet me. This was Friday 15th March at around 12:15am. I thought it was just really mean spirited and especially towards a woman on her own.

Went for Sunday lunch in early March 24 . Sat in the tepee , which was nice and also heated. Food was good , if a little overpriced in terms of extras that should come with the meal as standard . Overall, it's good but not great . Adjust your pricing for an easy extra star ...

Oh dear, what an abysmal dining experience. I can't quite comprehend how it's possible to produce such poor quality food from such an embarrassingly limited menu. We weren't expecting a fine dining experience and we certainly didn't get one. It's actually an achievement to get chicken thighs dry, but you managed it! So no surprise the burger chicken was also dry, both things whose impact may have been lessened by the offering of some kind of condiments, but no such offer transpired- no vinegar for fish and chips?! The fish didn't so much flake as render to mush...But the chips, oh the chips(and fries). Not only is the fryer oil in desperate need of replacing, but your kitchen staff need to drop their egregious habit of dropping the chips several times and still deeming them acceptable to serve. Believe it or not I usually suffer in silence and pass no comment but I just couldn't let this one go wnen people are so obviously taking the p**s. Whoever is in the kitchen has no right being there unless they are either cleaning it or delivering orders to it, seriously. Take a long hard look in the mirror. But, I suppose it could be my own fault - I wasn't drunk. I guess that's probably how you get away with it.

Visited yesterday for Mother’s Day - really impressed as my mum got a free cocktail and goody bag which we weren’t expecting! The cocktail was lovely - menu was very well priced as were drinks. Good service and atmosphere - would 100% recommend!
