Food, atmosphere and service outstanding as always. Love this restaurant and its our favorite to go for any special occasion. Thank you again. Fatima, Robert and Williams were so welcoming and friendly.

I always feel good here, and it brings me the best memories of our country. The food is wonderful and as a bonus, eat the pudding, you won't regret it.

Amazing restaurant, service atmosphère all the staff especially miss karla was very friendly and kind , she's hard working. Its four of us and she literally made our day.

Great food and amazing service. One of the servers was really friendly asking us what we wanted and catering to our needs and making jokes, which created a really nice atmosphere. Only (slight) complaint is that I didn’t know what some of the sides were, it would be nice to add a description on the menu even with small writing

I went with a few friends and we absolutely loved the experience , we showed up and was instantly greeted and shown to a table they check if we needed help with the menu and was extremely friendly. The food was very good you can order 5 sides each and more if you want and they come around with different steaks and chicken , even the garlic bread and pineapple were delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Her service was flawless – efficient, warm, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. An amazing waitress who truly made our visit special. A big thank you as well to William the Meat Man – his energy, enthusiasm, and perfectly cooked meats made the night even more memorable. Both Karla and William were outstanding. I had a meal from your Manchester branch last evening it was absolutely awful the staff was completely unattentive, the food was not edible at all my partners plate was swimming in blood from the meats I could go on. Then the final straw was when I was presented with the bill at a shocking £300, was an added service charge! What service? I just thought I'd leave my review with you guys. A £300 bill for a restraunt that is FAR from high end infact I'd say the complete opposite.

I was there for two days in a row and the place was wonderful, everything was very elegant and satisfactory. The excellent service started with the receptionists and extended to each waiter and waitress who came to the table. Excellent food. I just want to thank everyone and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

It was my first time at Bem Brasil and I simply loved it. Fátima and Weslley provided great service, super professionals, they are sweethearts. The receptionist was wonderful, smiling and attentive. The food was excellent, the meat was cooked just the way you like it and very fresh. Try the fried banana, it was AMAZING hehe.

From start to finish it was amazing, after reading one or two reviews about the staff being the issues I was hesitant. However the staff made the night. They took their time explaining the concept and what each side was. Never went short of food and all was freshly cooked. If you wanted a specific meat all you had to do was ask ! 10/10 would come again

You don't leave hungry ! The choice was ok , some of the beef was a bit chewy, not a lot of room on our table but as there were three of us we did have more room than some . We went in the evening and it was fairly busy , the service team was nice 👍

The atmosphere was very relaxing as it was very quiet when we went as we went late afternoon but this was fine for us , the food was lovely and the staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating . Excellent friendly staff which made the dining experience all the better .

Fabulous food and friendly staff

We went to the restaurant with some English friends to introduce them to Brazilian food. We were a little disappointed with the service. The people seemed unmotivated and lacking energy. However, we had a pleasant surprise when we were served by a Brazilian waiter named Wesley. He managed to show all the brilliance of the Brazilian way of charming the customer and made our day. I recommend that the staff be better trained, especially the receptionist who showed no importance whatsoever to the customer.
