Absolutely amazing! Great choice of sides and the meats were just fantastic. Chilli beef nearly blew my cap off though! The pineapple was delicious!

The cinnamon pineapple and lamb is the main reason I went, I've had it before and was looking forward to trying it again. It tasted great and the staff was very attentive. It was decent but the food is pretty bland, needs more spices. The drink prices are way too expensive

Experience was amazing- food was great, however for me the service exceed!! The vibe and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. Victor was amazing, he made the best cocktails and he even came over to us to ask our preferences, my Husband preferred his cocktail sweeter and me less sweet and he done our second ones to our liking absolutely above and beyond customer service! We came in for a Saturday family lunch and the food was amazing. Yanairy was so hospitable and friendly as were the other staff members serving the meat. They were all dressed up in Halloween costumes which was a nice touch. The ambiance and food were perfect. The frequency of meat rounds was spot on and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommended for family get together such ours or birthdays as we had seen 4 birthday celebrations within the time we spent there!

Terrible experience today , definitely felt discriminated. Went with my sister and our kids ( two each) 3, 4, 5 and 7 years old and decided to stop at Bem Brasil as she never tried it and I had so far only nice experiences while visiting. We were seated by a blond lady who initially tried to be polite, she asked her straight away what we wanted to drink without even giving us the opportunity to check the card, we proceeded to request tap water for now which seemed to trigger her and she barked something like " you are aware that only 2 kids can eat for free" which we did not despite checking the prices on Bem Brasil 1h prior. It was not an issue for us and I proceeded to inform her that I was unaware of it as I checked prior and requested her to confirm the price for the additional kids. Not sure why she started being patronising, raising her voice to explain something simple. I reiterated that I had no issues to pay for the additional kids and she proceeded to inform me that both kids would be charge 15.75 gbp as listed for 9 to 11 years old which I disagreed with as it did not make sense, I reiterated that I needed to know the price for a 5 and 7 ears old and she kept insisting talking to me like if I was stupid. I ended the conversation and asked her to talk to the manager to which she replied she was. Turns out it was a lie as I later spotted a gentleman in a suit and explained him the situation which he agreed was misleading. He did charged us for the additional kids at an accurate price. I believe this lady wad full of stereotypes and we were discriminated against as there is no other explanation for her unprofessional behaviors and her lies!

Great place to enjoy a great food experience. Order your 4 sides and then be served an array of delicious meats served at your table . Eat as much as you want in your allocated 90mins. The service is second to non. Went for my birthday and our party had a brilliant time and all left stuffed.

Had a wonderful experience at bem brazil. me and my partner came for my 22nd birthday. The food is to DIE for. The staff are all so so welcoming and funny. It’s a professional yet very relaxed environment. The decoration is fantastic and so beautiful. Cocktails are so lush, We were served by Yanairy and another gentleman and they were absolutely brilliant. So patient and was super interactive with us. The gentleman told us about certain cocktails and had a very engaging conversation with my partner which was lovely. Will absolutely come again. Perfect for couples, groups! :))

God I love a bit of Brazilian sausage baby and Bem Brasil didn't disappoint! 2nd visit for me and this place has hosted all the stars over the years and players such as ronaldo and rooney have all tasted bem brazils sausage with pictures of the stars plastered around the venue. The rodisio itself is lovely, a special occasion kinda meal if you get my drift. The meat was devine and the topside of beef baby oh just wow it was like what can only be described as beef drippin. It was just ooooo la la give me more feed that belly! The place was absolutely bustling and I must say the cheese balls they do are super scrumptious, think we had about 5 bowls of them bad boys. Well recommended for a treat or special occasion for the other half another top meal well done Bem Brasil keep keeping it real pal!👌

I thought London had bad brazilians rodizio restaurants but this place just won. Absolutely terrible food, cold and soggy. The farofa was cold and soft, and to become soft it needs to be days old, that says it all. The meat completely tasteless. I did not see any brazilians eating in it so they get way selling this below average food very easily. Staff were nice and professional.

Very good service, staff came many times to our table, asking us if everything was fine or if we wanted something else. The beef was so tasty and fresh. The only thing I didn’t like it was the lighting in the restaurant. I think the lighting was poor. The atmosphere was good despite of some other clients which were shouting a lot while having a normal conversation 😂 Thank you to waiter Leny, very helpful.

Fantastic food and atmosphere, buffet style starters and sides are now replaced with to order from menu portions (still included in price) and don't disappoint. Meat is beautifully cooked and excellent service from the passadors and wait staff including Yanairy. Today I consciously slowed down on the meat and left room for dessert and wow! The homemade Guava Cheesecake was fantastic, definitely would have again and is up there with my all time cheesecake experiences. Some fantastic happy hour offers, I visited on Monday which offers the full evening experience at a reduced cost.

Had the best time here last night with my boyfriend. The food was unreal absolutely devine. The staff were so lovely, and very helpful for giving us recommendations as we’ve never been here before. Loved the atmosphere, felt very comfortable. Will be definitely be visiting again!

We arrived at 545 so I was pleased to see that there was a happy hour offer on the menu between 4-6 where it was ~£10 less a head - seemed a good deal! I asked the concierge if it would still be happy hour and she said it would depend how quickly we could get up there and would be up to the manager (not sure why when it literally says it on the menu). We were seated and it took a fair while to get served, but it was still just before 6 so I asked the waitress if it was still happy hour and again she said she would check with the manager. Lo and behold when the bill came we were charged full price and when I queried why this was the case the waitress again went to check and came back to say it was because she had taken the order after 6 (she hadn't). We didn't bother with further questioning because we had to be elsewhere - but it seemed very odd to me that none of the staff knew the rules around the discounted price, that the slowness of the service at the start meant that we were charged more, and that it was apparently up to the manager to decide. I think it should be clearer for everyone what the happy hour actually is. The food itself was decent enough and after an initial slow start they came round with the meats regularly.

Juan got the best service as I really didn’t see any of the waiter in the UK (no matter how expensive they are) to serve the water without asking. Also Weslley really got us every meet we want! Thanks those two guys we got the best food and best experience here! All the meats are great! And also recommend banana and pineapple!!
