we frequent bem brasil every month or so and service is usually great, however on this occasion the service was very rushed. it did feel like they were trying to fill you up as quick as possible and get you out.

Yesterday I was with my family, the service was excellent, the staff was excellent, from the moment you arrive you are well looked after until the end, Thank you.

The service was very good but the food was already good, I don't know what happened but it left me upset because there is no longer an unlimited buffet.

Been here several times and go back for special occasions. It isn't the cheapest place to go but it is basically bottomless meat. Staff are always friendly and polite.

Good food. If you are looking to eat a great variety of tener and delicious meats. I really wanted to try it to judge it by myself. I enjoyed but I also decided that I prefer a restaurant were I can select my dishes.

Came here for lunch with my friends and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was so lovely and the atmosphere great .

Personal agradable y amable. Mucha elección para que cada uno pueda tener lo que le gustó. Como esto es todo lo que puedes comer, todo el mundo podría tener porciones para satisfacer su apetito. Personalmente estaba un poco decepcionado ya que me gusta la carne que es tierna y todas las carnes rojas eran más masticables (el pollo estaba bien y el gammon) pero a otros les gusta más masticar así que esta es una preferencia personal.

We celebrated my husband birthday here. (Actually he had it a couple of weeks before, I surprised him with a Manchester trip.) he found this restaurant and was curious to try it out. We were not dissatisfied and definitely not hungry. The service was 5 stars. The food was delicious especially the pineapple 🍍 we re ordered the starters a couple of times as they bring small portions which is absolutely fine and it’s better to take more times and finish it then bigger portions and throw it in the bin. The restaurant itself super cute. I would highly recommend to visit if you are in Manchester.

A great restaurant. Lots of salads and of course steaks of all kinds. Let's not forget the grilled pineapple with cinnamon.

Overall experience was great. Food was delicious with a variety of steak, lamb, sausages, garlic bread & the signature pineapple. The ability to order unlimited hot and cold sides are a real winner and a great switch from the old buffet style. Meats came out really fast with no delay. Carlos one of the waiters is a wonderful asset to Bem Brasil, made the experience really enjoyable and made for a fantastic evening of social food & drinks.

Took my wife for her birthday on New Year’s Eve and they still gave us fantastic service and even made time to make her birthday feel extra special with a surprise at the end of the meal. Thank you so much Fatima and the team

I hadn’t been for several years, but it’s still pretty good. The service from the chef was excellent, though the waiting staff could be warmer and more attentive. Hopefully this will improve with more training. Overall, it’s still a great place with nice food and excellent value for money. Would still high recommend this place.

All the staff were lovely and attentive as I'm a carer my client was deaf and visually impaired they were accommodating to our needs and his birthday. Leny was our waiter he was great !!

We visited Deansgate Bem Brazil restaurant tonight with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The food was amazing and the stuff was exceptionally kind and willing to help. Each and everyone was equally amazing and happy to serve us but I only kept the name of Leny as I asked and he we thank him for the amazing service.

Went to manchester by train for the markets. Been to bem brasil before and loved it. Tried to book online but there was no availability. I rang up to see if they could squeeze 3 of us in with In the next few hours. They did. They booked us in for 5pm on the Saturday. We got there at like 4:50 they took us straight in. As we were there before 5 we got the lunch menu so it was cheaper. Win win. I know it's expensive but it's well worth it. Meat isn't cheap and if you love meat and are hungry it's well worth going. Thanks for getting us in.

The bbq stuff was good. Although not too spicy. Some bbq stuff especially bear was really hard to chew. The best thing to eat was a “Pine apple cinnamon” served to us by the gentleman named Ruben. That was a highlight of todays dinner

Really enjoyed this visit, the staff were attentive. Food was good and we all ate well. Only slight criticism/comment I would make is that they now put the smaller dishes/salad on your table which fills it but some of them were unwanted. Maybe give them a choice or revert back to the salad bar from a few years ago?

Booked here for lunch, each booking is 90 minutes long. We were seated at our table on time but then waited 25 minutes for our plates and sides to be served and a further 10 minutes before any of the waiters came with the meats. All we managed to have in the remaining time was a spicy sausage each, a chicken wing and a tiny slice of very dry pork. The steaks they brought out were rare/blue and they didn't have any that was cooked more or at least we weren't offered it if they had and we did ask. I did mention all the waiting and that we missed a large chunk of our booking. She said it was because they had a large table booking. Which really isn't fair that it effects other paying customers. In total the bill was £90 and it was the worst experience dining out I have ever had.

All the meat was chewy, spent about 20 minutes here and had to give up as because my jaw was already done from all the chewing, all for the price of £80! If your all your serving is meat you need to be good at cooking it 🥴 fazenda down the road costs about £20 more and is 10x as good, never returning or recommending. Service was good though.

Booked in November for December, Price was given at the time of booking. Arrived to be told it was now £10 extra each because it's xmas and they had a xmas menu. The only thing different was the Turkey which we were never offered, we had to ask for it before we left. Sides were mediocre and meat was nothing special. Definitely won't be returning.

Had an amazing visit to this restaurant for lunch. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated so well. The service was very efficient, the food was tasty and had a great variety and the drinks were nice and refreshing too. A special mention to Wesley, Yanairy and Samuel. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, from the food to the service. We were served by Leny, a very friendly guy, originally from Madeira Island, Portugal, I highly recommend him.

We love Bem Brasil and have been so many times before. The food is exquisite. We came on 30th November for a rare child free treat night. We booked it the same day. When the bill came we noticed that they had charged us for a Xmas menu at £44.25 per head. We asked a manager about this, who told us that the Christmas menu came into operation the day before. There was no sign of this during the booking system or on the menu section of the website. I had to go digging on the website to find this information. It felt a bit sneaky. Manager eventually agreed to take drinks off our bill to make up for it which we really appreciated. We were more miffed because it was still November!! It wasn’t even December, never mind Christmas. Corporate companies yet again taking, taking and more taking. But the food was great! Christmas prices have put me off going back over new year which I was planning on doing.
