Bem Brasil, Deansgate in Manchester

We went to the restaurant with some English friends to introduce them to Brazilian food. We were a little disappointed with the service. The people seemed unmotivated and lacking energy. However, we had a pleasant surprise when we were served by a Brazilian waiter named Wesley. He managed to show all the brilliance of the Brazilian way of charming the customer and made our day. I recommend that the staff be better trained, especially the receptionist who showed no importance whatsoever to the customer.

Fabulous food and friendly staff

The atmosphere was very relaxing as it was very quiet when we went as we went late afternoon but this was fine for us , the food was lovely and the staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating . Excellent friendly staff which made the dining experience all the better .

Beginning of the evening was met with a hostess who looked confused as to why we had entered the establishment to be then passed over to a friendlier host who took our reservation details. We were sat and greeted with some balloons for my partners birthday which was thoughtful. We waited quite a while to have our drink order taken along with our sides etc. We seemed to wait quite a while for our plates before being served with what all I can describe as an all you can eat steak restaurant. We were pretty steaked out by the 7th steak visit and my partner was looking forward to some other meat dishes along with the pineapple he enjoyed the last time. We were overlooked on this dish 4 times and on the 8th steak offering we couldn’t take anymore. We asked for the bill and my partner unfortunately wanted to leave by this point. I can’t say I enjoyed the loud conversation had by one of the servers about the fact he was giving up S3X for lent because he “doesn’t get any anyway” but that’s his business. Waiting for the bill and lo and behold out comes some chicken and gammon. We left our table to pay our own bill as this got overlooked again. Was my favourite restaurant but unfortunately won’t be returning.

Brem Brasil was a great place they had a good variety of halal meats to choose from There were plenty of side options and also great staff Louise Fatima's and zee i think his name was who brought the meats out great experience will be returning very soon 😄

The staff was so welcoming, they explained how the coaster system works.I have never seen so much meat on offer, it was so tasty, I didn't leave room for desert... the atmosphere was out of this world....

I thought I could have 2 hours to eat, as per the booking site, turned out it's only 1hr 15 mins as our table size was small. The foods were too salty.

This place is VERY “ok”. Nothing is reasoned except 1 of the steak meats. Service is not great, waiter took 15 mins to get water orders. Was not busy at all maybe 6 tables occupied that’s it. Bread from “hot menu” was cold 🤣

Can't compliment and hype this restaurant enough! The food was delicious and a lot! We couldn't finish half of it. The service was top notch, David made us feel at home, and him and Fatima were beyond polite and kind. Meat was fresh and so was the salads. The cinnamon pineapple was the favourite. Certainly coming back and highly recommend 👌

We visit few times a year Manchester and when we can we like to spend some time here enjoying the food. The staff is friendly (Yanairy was very nice with us and the guy cooking as well, he took care of us and my allergies). Very recommended!

The restaurant is very good, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is very cozy. The waitress Yanairy is very attentive and the barbecue has excellent seasoning, the picanha is delicious and extremely juicy.

Shiwale was excellent and very consistent, most places serve a couple things and disappear…not this guy, everytime you blink he’s there ready to serve up another dish, brilliant service and atmosphere

Loved it. They just kept going! We had a green marker on the table which meant "Yes please!" When it came to more meat. My lord, you'd think these people were commissioned to get you fat! They would just keep going, slicing off meat after meat! I got so fat I couldn't leave, which is fine because at no point did I turn that disc to red! I ain't no quitter! Anyway, after getting gout in six places and stumbling out, dizzy, I agreed that going there again might kill me via heart attack...so I've booked again next week. Only issue I've got is that celebrity wall. Unless you're into football, I haven't a clue who any of these people are!

So good. The food is high quality, cooked beautifully and plentiful. Definitely good value for money (which can be hard to find now adays). And the cheese bread is amazing and gluten-free for my fellow sufferers. And I enjoyed my Caipirinha. 👌

Was a 10/10 experience here for my friend’s birthday we both thoroughly enjoyed it and with a cider it worked out at £32 each BARGIN we left so full!!

Very good food in a nice restaurant. Our waiter, Solomon, did a great job of setting up a bunch of side dishes to get us started on our dinner. Recommended.

Yanairy was super friendly the resturant in general was Fantastic the food was superb it was juicy and celestino was amazingly generous all the i ate everything there and i think i would run out of memory on my phone if I described everything there so much variety they had from beef stew to cinnamon pineapple absolutely astonishing would come again

Apparently they can't make a negroni which is a pretty basic cocktail. Quite expensive compared to other rodizio places I've been to. Rump steak was all gristle. The rib eye and some other meats were delicious. I hate the lack of self service salad/sides which have to be ordered and are brought in tiny portions. Some very nice staff. But the bill seemed heavy compared to the food/service received

Brilliant restaurant. I was greeted straight away and seated at a table without issue. My order was taken and served with expert speed and care. The meat is cooked to perfection and the flavours abound. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

It's always great - one of those places where you'd want to enjoy it with some company. Most of the meats are good - the top side beef (picanha) usually the best. But even the appetizers are great, from the fries to the feijoada. To top it off, the pineapple on the spit with cinnamon is always a pleasure at the end.

Food wasn’t tasty at all but the pineapple was delicious. One meat smelled. I left being quite hungry. The cocktails were delicious though (strawberry daiquiri and mojito). We were very happy with Ruben’s service - what a lovely guy ❤️. We didn’t like the behaviour of the young lad, who was a manager as he talked to the waitress’s in inappropriate way. We are disappointed with the behavior of the another manager. The blonde-haired lady gave us a bill from another table, which we only noticed outside. When my husband returned to clarify the mistake, she accused him of lying and claimed he had taken the bill from someone else, insisting it was not ours. This was disgusting… I was in different BemBrasils many times but after this incident we will never come back to any
