The mixed grill was fantastic, one the the best examples I have had. Unfortunately, the rest of the food let it down. The karahi did not taste like any others I had, we also asked for hot but it lacked any sort of heat. The biryani was dreadful also. Im not one to use strong words normally but this is the only proper way to describe it.

The food was amazing, both i and my husband had the chicken &Steak combo, i had chilli he had the BBQ, it was quite filling, for afters we had the Jam roly poly with Devon Custard, amazing 👏 🤩

The food was good, but I found hair in my meal on two occasions once in the curry and again in the dessert, which was very off putting. I noticed some female staff didn’t have their hair properly tied back one had it fully down, another half up, half down, and even those with ponytails had hair long enough to fall into food. In catering, hair should be tied in a bun to avoid contamination, and facial hair should be covered with a net. Basic hygiene like this is essential in food service.

The food was really nice and very reasonably priced. We went as a group of 20 adults and children and the service was fantastic. There was free parking outside, after 6 pm.

we come here regularly, food is always spot on and very reasonable for the price paid. the staff are. dry attentive and friendly nothing is ever too much, will defo keep coming :)

We had a lovely evening here! The atmosphere is cozy and the music is very relaxing. The lamb shank and the prawn karai were very delicious! The black current lemonade washed down the spicy curry really well. We finished up the evening with a light and delightful, chocolate Sunday. We'll definitely be coming back.

Our family fave! Great vibe in the restaurant , excellent service and the Food is the best around! It’s why we will always go back! Love the Lamb chops - always grilled to perfection, the parmesan chicken and butter chicken so tasty! We have tried most dishes here and they are all delicious!

Me and my family come here regularly since 2021, the food never disappoints and the service is excellent! Highly recommend the mixed grill platter, dynamite prawns and mozzarella sticks they are our go to dishes on the menu every time we come!

Went for iftari they only gave a few dates on a plate per table.. There was no fruit or drink. The queues were big at least 10 mins to get to the food. No soup, the pizza was soggy as they put it in one of those big pots should have been on the hot plate. No noodles, they had cold pasta near the salad bar. £21.95 per person during ramadam not worth it as cannot eat that much when opening fast.

I visit Safire every year for Ramadan buffet This year I was so disappointed to see bad management and service No roof afzah or even tap water on table , staff was so reluctant to serve dates that people were picking up dates from someone else’s table to open fast. Food quality has gone down tremendously. Not coming back again

Disappointing and Unprofessional Service – Reservation Was Not Honored I had an extremely frustrating experience when I booked their buffet for iftar. I made my reservation a day in advance, as Saturday was fully booked, and secured a table for Sunday. During the booking call, I clearly stated that we were two adults and a toddler under three, and I requested a quiet corner space, preferably with a couch, for comfort. The staff member assured me that they had a half-couch, half-chair setup, which I agreed to. To avoid any issues, I even called again on the day of the booking to confirm everything, and they reassured me that all was set. However, upon arriving early for iftar, we were shocked when they attempted to seat us at a small table meant for two—completely unsuitable for a family with a toddler. When we questioned this, they simply asked for the name of the person we had spoken to, which, of course, we hadn’t noted, as we never expected such an issue. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they made us wait and ultimately told us they couldn’t do anything about it because they were “fully booked.” It felt as though they were treating us like walk-in customers rather than honouring a reservation made the day before. Their reasoning was absurd—while they insisted they couldn’t change someone else’s booking, they had no issue denying us the table we had specifically reserved. Even after speaking to what seemed to be the manager, the response remained the same. As a so-called solution, they offered to charge us for only one person, as if we had come looking for a discount instead of a proper dining experience. This entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially happening right before iftar. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. What’s the point of making a reservation if the restaurant won’t honor it? We ultimately had no choice but to leave, as the seating arrangement was impossible. The staff showed no remorse, and the experience left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-organized and respectful dining experience.

We went for iftar. The starter was good. There is prayer room upstairs. The food and desserts were good. The staff were nice and helpful. Recommended.

Went there for iftar buffett. Realy great food options. Fresh and tasty food. But the thing that won me over was the staff. Super attentive and helpful. 5 stars overall

I order I chicken Karahi was really bad chicken boiled seprate gravy made seprate oil poured from used fryer to make it look like Karahi. This way of cooking is for the balti house not for Asian.

It was a wounderfull experience, anyone wants to go I would recommend it.

This used to be one of my go to restaurants when I'm in manchester however I will not be visiting this place again. The service was diabolical and the food standard has dropped off to the next level. My sizzler starter did not sizzle on bit and the fish pakora was undercooked RAW, to top it off I had to wait 25 mins for mains to arrive, I then ordered an extra nan which took 12 mins to arrive by that time the dish was stone cold. I fed this back to the owner who did not care one bit, just looked at me like ive done something wrong when it was his service that was not up to standard. It's unfortunate and I will not be visiting this place again

I have great experience with them but specially mention miss Ayesha who give me a great services and suggestion to order a good meal for me.

Safire is my ‘go to’ perfect dining experience. I tend to come here a lot with family. The service, food and staff are always consistently of a high standard and it’s well balanced with the very reasonable prices. There’s no surprise that they’re mostly fully booked and every time I have gone it’s busy but the staff at Safire have a way of making your experience very personable and enjoyable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for all round great food and service.

If I could, I’d give zero stars for the service. I called to book a table, but they said no and hung up before I could ask about allergies. When I called back, they told me they were too busy to answer this question and hung up again. Absolutely awful experience.

Food was amazing and very tasteful and price is quite reasonable, atmosphere was okay quite loud. One of the staff called Aisha was very kind to us and served us in an excellent manner Will definitely visit again.
