Can't help who comes through the door as some other idiot seems to think 🤔 My favourite place to go for a cuppa tea and a breakfast or a breakfast bun.

Very friendly staff, very clean. Great food! An accident had occurred by the area and the staff were very kind to help those that had been involved with refreshments. Huge well done for this. And for my delicious food!

What's not to like about this popular little cafe? It's spotlessly clean. The staff are hard-working and friendly. And the quality of the food never fails to take me by surprise. I mean, under £5 for a sumptuous Sunday lunch served-up with a smile...what more do you want from a local eaterie?

Been a while since our last visit, Kadyn (Grandson) and I. And this was as Consistent as ever. You just can't fault this Breakfast, as previously stated this is the Breakfast your Mam would cook you. And a cracking cup of tea. Always a pleasure Ladies. Thank you very much.

Anyone who knows me , knows I go out for a breakfast every weekend with the Grandsons. This is a cosy casual place, two very pleasant middle aged Ladies running it the day we were in. Superb breakfast, the type your Mam would cook you. Great value for money, we will be back. No complaints whatsoever.

Living close by I sometimes have a walk here if I feel like treating myself to a naughty breakfast sandwich! The staff are lovely, the food tastes great and is good value for money. Not tried the rest of the menu, but they always have a specials board outside which I must try someday!

Clean and well furnished, this cafe is a jewel in the heart of central Middlesbrough dining. The staff are friendly and jovial, always willing to help and with added cheerful banter. Feeling homely like a cafe version of the BBC show "early doors", knowing customers names and orders before they even open their hungry mouths. Food is made to order, tea and toast brought to your table as you wait. The food is of a great standard, succulent sausages, exquisite eggs, breathtaking bacon and beautiful beans. All at a price which makes you feel YOU are ripping them off. Perfection as always, we'll be back and soon. 5 stars? this place deserves 6.

This place delivers just want you expect from a "greasy spoon café", a really decent fry up with all of the things you would expect for a great price. Not fine dining but when are you going to get a proper English breakfast that is fine dining - probably never unless Heston Blumenthal is involved !

Called in after a mate recommended this place. Glad he did. Fantastic Jumbo Breakfast (served all day) all the food was cooked fresh to order, none of this pre-cooked and kept warm for later rubbish. Tasty and hot as food should be. Will be calling back again for a homemade pie dinner, looked great.

Called in here a few times since the business was taken over by new owners, the quality of the food has improved massively. The breakfasts are lovely and all made to order. The Sunday dinners are out of this world homemade Yorkshire puddings and gravy, thick slices of meat and good portions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth calling in if you're in the area.

Arrived to visit Dorman Museum. Had not had breakfast so decided to use this café. Friendly staff, and despite been Sunday Morning, a good flow of local custom (always a good sign) A great Bacon Butty and cup of coffee. Also nice to support a local business and not some faceless chain.

We went for lunch and got the ‘NY Reuben’ and ‘Birra Tha’ bagels and they were incredible. The meat was cooked to perfection, the bun was soft and everything was very tasty. The staff were chatty and friendly, which made the already pleasant atmosphere even more enjoyable. There is a wide variety of books of books towards the back of the café, which can be freely picked up and read as you enjoy your food. Awesome food for very reasonable prices, I would recommend this place to anyone. :)

Didn't eat so can't rate. Decent array of beers between draft and cans and bottles in the fridge. Not the cheapest prices but I personally don't mind paying a little more for a decent selection. Good conversation with the regular punters (about beer of course). Recommended for real ale drinkers. Back in today (7-9-24) and what an absolutely wonderful night. Great guitar player/singer and some great craic with the owner and bar staff. Brilliant time. Highly recommended.
