We had a fabuous meal at the pub on Saturday with all diets catered for. There were 18 of us and we all received our food in timely manner. The festive menu food was enjoyed by 14 people and four meals selected off the main menu were also thoroughly enjoyed. The food served here is excellent value. We have had several meals here during the season and have enjoyed all of them. Sunday we returned and enjoyed a few hours celebrating a retirement do. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Thank you to you all. Thanks to Shaun for booking us all in. Thanks to James, Jake, and Andrew for all of their hard work. Sorry I don't know other staff members names bur thank you to you all.

I really look forward to getting out of the house - and what a treat it is to have lunch at the Newton Arms (which we discovered only a few week's ago). I only get out on one day a week when I am well enough. We had a warm welcome and there was sufficient room for my wheelchair as well. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. Thank you- the Newton is now most definitely my first choice for my once-a-week outing!

Celebrated my son's birthday - Andrew our waiter looked after us well. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Pub looking tired, could do with a bit of renovation.

We attended for a works festive lunch 15 of us and I have to day the food was amazing and the service was 2nd to none. We had our own area with a big table set up so we could all sit together. Special thanks to Jake, Andrew and the chefs for making our works xmas lunch the best. I will be going back and would highly recommend.

Had burgers which were very good, I had mixed grill which was cold sent it back and it was soon heated up, we had a very nice young man serve us called ciaran he was very pleasant and well mannered would visit again

Just want to say that Rob was great and funny, very friendly and chatty which was lovely and really made mine and my friends time great. He is an asset to the Newton Arms and just wanted to make sure he knows how happy he made me and my friend and made us laugh and the food was lovely too

The place could do with a re-vamp and a lick of paint, but the staff are very friendly and food is great 👍🏼

Proper pub food at tasty prices. I had gammon, egg n chips.. up there among the best.

Had a lovely sirloin cooked as requested aalso hunters chicken cooked to perfection,I didn't want chips so I asked if I could have rice instead and nothing was any problem. The staff were really nice. Would recommend to friends.

We all went out this evening to celebrate my Grandson Oliver 17th Birthday. At Newton Arms Staining Road End Blackpool. We. all had a Wonderful Time, the food, atmosphere was second to none. Decided to take my son for some food here before we headed on to the Blackpool game on 14th September. We always passed it and decided to give it a go, food was really nice and staff very pleasant. However, today I recieved a parking fine from euro cars and it also said final one. We haven't recieved any others apart from this! £100 fine from your car park is disgusting, be careful people as obviously I missed the signs. But tbf when you park on a pub/restaurant car park and go in to by food and drink you don't expect to get a fine for the privilege. Very disappointed and Euro Cars are awful to deal with.

Called in for a meal when passing and the food was very nice. We were served by Andrew and we didn’t wait long. Nice atmosphere and the place is nice and clean. Highly recommend

Was not impressed. Garlic bread was very burnt, I was surprised a cook would send that out thinking someone would eat it like that, did replace this, after I asked, with a less burnt one. Was not informed party sundae had no party rings (ironically named) and when asked where they were just told they were inconsistent with stock order, no offer of replacement or anything, and was also disappointed at the amount of ice cream, about 3/4 of the glass was just completely empty and tried to cover with some squirty cream, definitely not worth £5 at all. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

Great place, went for a few drinks with the boys. Love the pool table and darts/ variety of things there. Music aswell… also great staff service. Was served by a lad called Giorgio, great lad had a laugh with him. Love this place

The food we ordered was really nice. Very good value. We arrived at around 5pm and the pub soon got busy. We had to wait around 30 mins for our food to arrive, it was worth the wait. Desserts were amazing too.

delish food! a wait was on but came out much earlier so we were very happy. all four of us had burgers and they were great!!!!

Less sizzle, more mizzle. This was our first visit and our last. Which was such a disappointment as we have just moved to within 5 mins walk and looking for a nice local to visit and get to be part of the local community. But this was shocking at best. We arrived to a busy bank holiday evening around 6-6:15pm. Food is ordered at table or counter, as the internet didn’t allow me to order online, so off to the bar. Having explained to the man at the bar this was our first visit. He did say there was an hour wait on food. We said ok, we don’t mind if it’s worth waiting for. I ordered the curry feast and my wife a 5oz rump well done and chips. However, one and half hours later the waiting rocks up with the curry feast with no samosa or naan bread because they had run out. And added an extra popadom as a substitute. They had nearly 2hrs to notify us of the incomplete order and ask if wanted to change our order. The rump steak was tough as shoe leather and the chips on both dishes were barely lukewarm. Which is just about all that can be said about this establishment, its food and the lack of management allowing this debacle to occur. There is a Stirling fish & chips restaurant across the street. Wish I had gone there instead. You have lost a potential local all year round customer.

Absolutely lovely pub...really convivial family atmosphere and the best food I've ever had in a pub....delicious and I couldn't fault it...the dessert waffle I had was out of this world!

Decided to pop into Newton Arms for a quick drink on the drive home from running errands, and I was thoroughly impressed. I've never been here previously, but the service was spot on, and there's no better beer garden anywhere in Blackpool. A real hidden gem. Will definitely be returning for a family meal at some point to try the food.

Ordered a ceaser salad with chicken and halloumi, house sharer and a few other starters. Halil on the bar put through our order asked if we had any allergies and read our order back to us to ensure everything was correct. We also had some drinks that were made by Giorgio and Ciaran all three boys were polite and well mannered would definitely come again

first... after arriving an hour and a half late, food was overcooked and not the best quality, server was rude making sarcastic comments and making less noticeable jokes to the child with down syndrome sat across from us, bathrooms were unclean and smelt aswell as tables not being properly wiped down. second when speaking to a member of staff who brought meal sides 15 minutes after the meals, we were offered a complimentary drink which was never brought to the table. we will not be returning to the restaurant and will not be recommending to others.

Table 32- ordered the Short rib for a change and WOW…. Perfectly cooked, also has the tandoori chicken skewers and again cooked to perfection. Good service amazing as always standing joke (the A team are on) But as a whole no complaints at all.

Been coming to the Newton Arms for a long time and I have to say the service I have received from a you bar man Giorgio was really efficient and pleasant

Excellent awareness of allergy issues, was provided separate cutlery. Food was cooked as requested - Andrew our server was very pleasant and helpful. The young barmen was very friendly and competent - dog friendly as well allowing us to include our ‘family’ for a Sunday snack. The only downside was 2nd week running no real ale on hand pump and no ribs as on menu.

Previously we didnt have a great experience. This time we had fabulous food and cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly and great to talk to. Good atmosphere.

Haven't been for 8 months and decided to go and give it a try.. again. It was amazing. Food was amazing, my husband had the steak... medium rare and it was perfect. We will definitely start going again. We gave our compliments to the chef and I have got to say the staff were brilliant. Thank you again.

It's been a while since we were last here. It started going down hill a bit but after reading recent reviews thought we'd give it a try. What a lovely surprise, nice and clean imside. We ordered food which have to say was a huge improvement on our last visit. My say chose the beef short ribs with char grilled veg and skin on fries, delicious! I had a plain old classic burger nit expecting much but also extremely good tasting burger with nice fresh salad on the bun as I like it. My mum picked the mixed grill but chose to have it wrll done... not too sure what that was going to look like, but it even looked appetising to me... even though I like my steak etc. rare! So glad we did try it and will definitely be back!

A really good basic pub. We visited just after the Euro Final and they’d clearly been rammed the night before. Regardless, the service was really friendly, they were cleaning really hard and the food was tasty, hot and good value. It’s not the World’s most gourmet pub but they don’t claim to be. Good food, good drinks, great staff and good value.

Food was a long time in waiting came out at different times. Two had finished there food by the time the last dish came out. 5 people eating. All fried food not hard to get the timing right. Burger chips, cheessy chips etc. Simple food yet it came out at different times. Burger was low quality. I wouldn't eat there again personally.

The tandoori chicken is lovely (my favourite meal) , the staff were lovely. The kids (2 & 5) also enjoyed their food

We’ve visited this pub quite a few times and it’s always been a good experience. The food is very good and the service is excellent. Shout out to Matthew who has served us a few times. Yesterday he went above and beyond when he saw I was using a walking stick. He took our drinks to our table to save me a struggle. He’s very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Good old fashioned service with a smile . Thank you Matthew 🤩

Turned up at 6.50pm to be told it would be an hour before someone could take our order. We spoke to 2 members of staff, who seemed surprised we'd booked a table online. The 3rd person knew about our booking. We went to an excellent Chinese takeaway opposite instead.
