Half food missing never listened to order, they will send the other half after driving goes and does other deliveries first hahaha nice cold half of meal for me

This is the same review I posted 2 years ago. Forgot my chips tonight AGAIN and dont say I didn't ring yo complain. What the point in getting them delivered later on! Very disappointed. Will definitely not be back. Yes they were busy but no excuse when you get charged for something you dont get!

The food is as delicious as ever, and they have now added box meal, which is very cost-effective. thank you

Doesn’t matter what dish this place unreal best Chinese takeaway around! Chicken curry, Hot wok or deep fried house In Szechuan personal favs!

This used to be the best Chinese Takeaway around for over 20yrs, unfortunately after being taken over 3/4yrs ago it has rapidly turned into one of the worst. I was served and expected to wait 20mins ish...the food was ready in 10....great I thought, until I got my meal home to discover all the vegetables were raw and inedible. Fast food straight into the bin. Don't bother with this place...I've given it many chances and it keeps failing...Now I give up!

Whilst waiting for my food which can I add was 30mins wait for order and sit and wait. I would have walked out and had my money back if it hadn’t of been for this lovely kind girl who made conversation with me whilst I waited and apologised several times about the wait, the food was ok but this lady made it worth the wait not very often you find such polite youths. Absolutely amazing customer service.

On the last couple of occasions I've used their takeaway the delivery service was terrible and the food mediocre. However I decided to give them another go and on the last two occasions, both this month, the food has been great. Well cooked, not swimming in fat and the delivery service was much improved. I hope they can keep this much better standard up.

This place has upped their game some what over the last couple months. Couple of years ago I vowed never to return after poor quality takeaways and rubbish service but a late night craving forced us into trying again and this time they managed to get it spot on...the lady taking orders is relatively new and very well mannered on the phone. Chips are great (salt and chilli chips are suburb) and the vegetarian dishes taste decent.

We used to go regularly but found the two girls behind the counter unhelpful and made you feel you were interrupting their conversation. Once we collected order to be called up and told it was a mix up, we had to return for them to exchange order.

I ordered a Chinese from here on Sunday night.i have never in all my life tasted anything so disgusting!the beef was burnt to a crisp the rice was sticky,not fried!chips were bunt,noodles were rotting,and the chicken was horrendous!i phoned to complain,and they offered me a free meal!one free meal after spending £49.50,or £3 off my next meal!!no thank you...I would rather eat dog food that eat from there again!!!disgusting!!!

Was in on friday night 4 girls talking away behind the ordering desk laughing and joking on which isnt really approriate and not really professional customer service really needs to improve best staff is the delivery driver

The last time I used this takeaway I was disgusted in the staff attitude and total unprofessional conduct. I vowed never to use it again. Tonight I thought "maybe it was a one off" so I'll try again. It was worse! Delivery driver swearing in front of customers, slagging people off, smoking with the smoke streaming through to the kitchen. The so called Customer Server was involved in shouting, swearing and rediculous 'horseplay '. This place is a joke.... I will never set foot in this place again and would recommend you avoid like the plague. The chips were dry and reheated.... YAK! Please use the Ruby on Stakeford Drive...100% there.

While we never have had any complaint about the food at this takeaway I hasten to add that a 2hour 10 minute wait is VERY unacceptable for a take away. So much for fast food where from ?Peking ? Never again !

We have used this Chinese a number of times, and have not been let down. There is always more than enough hot tasty food, from an extensive menu.

Ordered my food and sat waiting, for some reason the gal taking orders had a friend sat behind the counter with her and another one on the seat beside,, having to sit and listen to her tut and say "oh my god!!" Every time the phone rang was puzzling considering she is working in a Chinese on a Friday night..

Standard chinese takeaway, nothing spectacular does what it says on the tin reasonable enough pricing.
