The New Mount Pleasant in Blackpool

Standard with the exception that the machines don't work, and they have manual signs that state they won't take orders at the counter.

The shop was empty when we arrived ordered our sandwiches 1 was just left on the side to go cold while he made our other 2 then he went to put wrong stuff on our now cold sandwich. The guy (scruffy hair and glasses) looked like he didn't even want to be there, he was coughing and spluttering everywhere. There was a clear atmosphere between staff as there was no communication between them. There wasn't any cookies, ice 4 drinks. Tables could of done with a clean. The I think manager did a interview on the shop floor only a table way from us And we could hear everything. Customer experience very poor

I really enjoy coming hear. The staff are super friendly and the food and drink are lovely.

Missing item and got different items to what I ordered

Sorry to say the muffin we had coconut and pineapple was really bad! The coffee wasn't something to shout about too! I know they work hard but I have no choice other than one star
