Late delivery Runny sauces like water Ribs look like pigeon ribs Flavourless We won't be ordering again, very unpleasant for what you pay for, was very let down was looking fawards to a Chinese.

Well maintained, interior was nice, perfectly managed.Food item prices are worth.visiting this place with friends or family will be more joyful.

Really good!! Our usual Chinese take away was shut so we ordered from this one and I can honestly say it was one of the best we have ever had!! The person that took the order was really friendly!! They said it would be 45 minutes and it arrived exactly 45 minutes later! The delivery guy was super friendly!! The food was delicious!! So happy our Chinese take away that we usually order from was closed tonight as we have definitely found our new place!! Thank you for a wonderful meal!! Highly recommended

Shocking, orderd at 6pm delivery was due at 7.30pm Called them at 7.45, then again at 8pm, driver can't deliver until 8.30pm. And she said food was sitting in a hot box waiting. We do not want a delivery that's been sitting waiting thanks! As Regular customer, they did not offer compensation or a way to put it right. They should've updated their delivery problems on just eat.

Had a takeaway on a last night,it was absolutely amazing even though it was a Friday night.The food was delivered on time and the delivery driver was lovely.Really enjoyed the prawns in breadcrumbs and terayki chicken both incredible.defo recommend

I used to use this place regularly and after this evening’s experience never again! My food turned up an hour late and it felt like the driver wanted a fight! I tried calling to chase my order as it was VERY late but no answer then a screaming banshee arrived on my doorstep swearing with my cold food trying to charge me £3 more than I was quoted over the phone! When I rejected it and the slanging match offered by the driver she then drove off leaning on her car horn. Shocking decline.

Placed order through just eat on Saturday night, the food itself wasn’t horrible once it finally arrived, waited over 2 hours for delivery (delivery was estimated at 1 hour when order was placed), on arrival the chicken in the rice and chow mein was non existent, in fact I counted just 3 small pieces of chicken in the large fried rice, I wouldn’t rush to reorder from here, I also found it quite expensive for what we received.

Waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes, called multiple times. Was told the food would be with me in 5 minutes, 40 minutes later called back and was told the driver would be "a long time". The lady on the phone said "shall we just cancel the order" Nice, avoid, very bad service.

This restaurant used to be very good but it would appear to have either changed management or their approach to providing good food because my last two encounters have been terrible. Its not cheap either - and I don't mind paying more if the quality is good but sadly it's not. I had the crispy duck and the food was anything but crispy. It was very fatty (which I know can often happen with duck) and had a strange taste. We also ordered the fifth element platter for starter which was cold and again very poor. I ended up throwing the food and making cheese on toast which for a Saturday night dinner wasn't ideal! All of this combined with my previous experience - and it taking an hour and half to be delivered - means we won't be using them again sadly.

Received a takeaway leaflet and decided to order. Looked at previous reviews and thought about going elsewhere. I am so,glad we didn't. Ordered at 5pm Saturday night and deliver was at 5.45pm. Absolutely delicious....portions are massive and we both struggled to finish. So glad that we went with our decision and would definitely order again. Please ignore negative reviews well worth it.

Reheated rubbish the chicken balls were rock hard noodles bone dry this was 7 30 pm not when the pubs kick out god knows what you would get then

I used to think this was an excellent restaurant but now it far from it. Be careful of extra charges

This is my favourite place to go and get delivered we always order from here and always receive the order on time or early I be ordering on Friday

The food is nice but if you can't wait for an hour and a half for food, then don't bother ordering with them. Ordered and paid via Just Eat and the delivery time was astonishing

My wife tried three times to order a delivery this evening, each time the phone was answered then the phone was out on the side while she took other incoming calls and walk in customers! Finally when she stopped calling back and ordered from a different restaurant the lady called back to ask why we put the phone down!Rude would be an understatement! There is no way on this earth I will ever recommend these guys as we never got any food and the lack of service was shocking and amazingly bad in equal portions!AVOID, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

We had dry spare ribs which were nice but not special. The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and lemon chicken were both really yummy, a bit more cause would have been good.. Really pleased that we have found a good Chinese - we will order again,!

This is a amazing place to eat, you can order them off just eat as well it was amazing, I love them and I love to order my Chinese from them it’s all yummy, really big positions when I get it delived, they always deliver on time or early, I have never been to the restrunt I have always ordered online

I love this place. I've ordered from there a few times and it's never too much trouble. The food is always lovely, great tasting and the portions are very generous. The staff are lovely too.

I am one of those take it or leave it when it comes to a Chinese takeaway, but the New Monsoon is great. The food has been first class on the 2 occasions we have used it.

Really disappointed. Hubbie wanted to try somewhere new and really wish I hadn't. Rice was very greasy and Satay sauce had hardly any flavour and the texture.....urgh king pow wasn't bad

This is not the cheapest in area but is by far the best.we always have the couple special,any 5 dishes from menu and have now our favourite combo.the kung po prawns are pure restaurant quality,as are the peri prawns.we love chinese food and this should be the no 1 in area by far.ordered tonight and it was amazing.

After trying loads of different Chinese which is a family favourite in our house this is defo the only place we would order from... Family deal which is any 7dishes for £27 Absolutely recommend

I live really near this Chinese shop and went to pick up they are very polite and the food wAs really good recommit the mixed meat rice

always great food and service from this takeaway. prices have gone up a little but the food is excellent and filling. if you collect you can actually watch the food being prepared so you know what`s going in

Everyone I recommend this place to loves the food. Never had any problems with orders and food is high quality and not swimming in fat. Would use again and probably will be on New Year's Eve.
