Still got it on Google maps now a cafe locals do not know cafe name neither do I impossible to find. Dogs everywhere just lying down with a crutch like me impossible to get around. Left most of food alcohol just bottles out the fridge nothing good

A nice little cafe to meet with friends. I'd say this was more suitable for the older generation. Friendly staff, but service was a little slow and we did have to ask to order food instead of someone coming to take our order. A fairy varied menu with a selection of sweet treats on the countertop. We arrived at 9.15 and the table we chose had not been cleaned from the previous occupier, despite the cafe being practically empty. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. Dog friendly and dietary requirements catered for. There is a very small car park round the back or you can park out the front on Long Street. Toilet facilities available.

This was my first ever visit to this restaurant, and I must say I was not disappointed at all. We came here on the 19th of December 2023, whilst visiting our family members in Easingwold. I must say that the staff here were so helpful, kind, friendly and provided first class customer service. I ordered the fish and chips with mushy peas and I was not disappointed in any way shape or form. The food was first class and it came with its own home-made tartar sauce. There was plenty of food and it was definitely worth its money. I also had the Americano coffee with hot milk and this was Also extremely nice indeed and they didn’t use instant coffee it was fresh percolated coffee which was beautiful. The restaurant itself does have a small step to enter the building and a bit of a lip by the door, so it may be a little bit tricky for wheelchairs to gain access to, but if there is somebody to help them then, yes they can definitely come into this restaurant without very much problem at all. Because I am blind I couldn’t see if there was a disabled toilet so I can’t advise either way on that one. The atmosphere was very nice indeed and the music was background music but it was Christmas music which was very very nice indeed. I definitely would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody, wanting first class, food, service and a wonderful environment to dine in. I must say I would definitely come to this restaurant again as it was a lovely afternoon out.

Good food in a nice old setting run by very nice people

From the photos the New Inn looks very nice, shame it isn't like the photos, and the food certainly doesn't look like the photos show. No bar facilities, bottled beers and wine only. Lacked the basics of tables laid, no salt and pepper on the tables, and no service with a smile from the waitress. On the plus side the food wasn't too bad and the price was reasonable.

Lovely experience. Very polite and friendly staff and tasty, hot food which we didn't have to wait long for at all. Highly recommended.

There was 4 of us just popped in for some lunch. We found a lovely little Bar and eating establishment. We aĺl had different meals, however everyone of us was delighted with what we ate. Lovely friendly staff too, well done Guys

Booked for a large group which i appreciate can be harder to cater for. However, the service was slow, they missed three meals, brought one of those out around 10-15 minutes after the rest. Desert menu is lacking, only offers strawberry ice cream, cheese board and a mousse. Food wasn’t great, the main positive is that we were seated in a separate room all together which was nice. Luckily it’s cheap so wasn’t that expensive overall. Hopefully this was just a COVID issue as the other reviews appear good.

Nice clean place, wasn't busy at the time, but made welcome and served pretty quick. The food was lovely.

Went for a family meal on the recommendation of my mother in law Pat who goes regularly. The lemon sole was very disappointing, as was the seabass and the streaks. Lemon sole was little fish and served on the bone with the head which was not highlighted and had I known I would not have ordered it. Very oily plate of food. Steak was not as advertised and the sauce was very watery. Really disappointing. Won't be going back.

Popped in on the off-chance as we were all in need of a snack and a drink. Lovely setting. Easy listening jazz in the background. Great service and welcome.

We had an excellent meal with lovely friendly service from the staff. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food and good selection of drinks. We will be back!

We were holding a charity cycle and because there were a number of us we pre.ordered and stressed how we wanted to be in and out quickly. Efficiency doesn't even come close. The team were like a well.oiled machine and we were in and.out in no time just as we had asked, not only that though. The service was fab, the food great and the prices perfectly reasonable. We will go back that's a cert

Brilliant meal here. 2 adults and 1 child for £60. Had the goats cheese starter, belly pork starter and kids garlic bread. Kids chicken fillets, gorgonzola pasta and cod main courses. Kids ice cream and 3 drinks. Amazing food and lovely staff. Thoroughly recommend.

We visited on one of there theme nights 4th July and had some nice burgers and ribs

Superb....... My wife & I visited The New Inn at Easingwold on Saturday the 25th of May (2019). We had booked a table earlier in the day and when we arrived, at 7.00pm, we were warmly greeted by Joe a very friendly member of the team. He showed us to our table and brought our drinks along with the menus. The food was superb. I had the prawn cocktail, always a favourite of mine, then for the mains my wife & I had the lamb shank. My wife had sticky toffee pudding and ice cream for dessert. The food was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and professional and we will definitely be going back.

My husband is from Easingwold but not been back in this pub for years we go over to the area visiting family we was thrilled with the service the food was excellent we will definitely make this a place we will call every time we are in the area thank you

Booked a table here whilst staying in the area. Joe the young man who took the booking, also served us, he was very professional and attentive without being intrusive, the food was excellent, so much so we returned a second time to eat, again food and service was beyond expectations, thank you so much Joe, we will be back next time we're in the area. Lovely scallop starter, beautifully cooked vegetables, good service.

Good food fine ale and a open fire what's not to love

Food wasn't fantastic. Looked OK, but the venison was over done, belly pork fatty not crispy, but burn too. Cheese board had wilted bendy cellaery and crackers that could be mistaken for dog biscuits. Beer selection was OK. And they had my all time favourite gin behind the bar.

Lovely, warm friendly staff & place. Excellent food options & special nights. Highly recommended.

Meals are very nice but we thought a little expensive. Did quiz on a Sunday which was fun and entertaining. Would go back to do quiz but maybe not to eat.
