The new cafe and restaurant in Croydon

I don't think these guys know the meaning of 'extra' bacon or what crispy means. They'll still charge you a double portion for one portion.

This is our favourite cafe in the area. Great food, great portion sizes and great prices! We are so lucky to have this place locally!

If you want to eat until you can no longer move for a reasonable price, then this is the place to go. As a family we have been coming here every Saturday for the past 7 or so years. The portion sizes are massive, especially the omelettes which are made with 6 eggs!!! It doesn't look as snazzy as some others but this cafe definitely steps up to the mark with its food.

Been here several times on a Saturday and such lovely presenters... chef great and waitress brilliant .. menu very good and portions genorous! Value for money and they will listen to your preferences 👍🏼 Soooo recommend

Estaba pasando por delante y sólo dando vueltas y probablemente el mejor café en el que he estado, la comida era excelente, el mejor y mucha calidad. Mi marido tiene un apetito muy sano pero golpearon. Le deffernatly volveremos así que vale la pena el viaje hasta aquí.

I have been going to the New Cafe for years and am submitting this review as I just happened to notice that there wasn't one already on Trip Advisor. This is the place to come when you need that important big breakfast or brunch. Portions are huge and a good variety of cafe staples and home cooked meals are available. Only order a big meal when you are super hungry. I have never made it as far as dessert. There are always home cooked pies available. It is not somewhere to go for a quiet chat. A really good value cafe. I am hooked, as are my wife and daughters. It's licensed too, so there's a San Miguel or glass of wine available if you need.
