Service at the bar is good. Food portion sizes have been reduced quite considerably.

I come here regularly and atmosphere is great and it used to be nice but standards have definitely dropped food service is very slow and staff always seem to have an attitude the only best part about this place is the atmosphere.

Basic Spoons, friendly knowledgeable staff, cheap and cheerful.

7/10 ⭐️ Decent sized Wetherspoons, providing plenty of space for big group motives. Spacing was perfect, making it not too loud to have conversations at an appropriate volume. Service was quite fast, with friendly staff. The prices for drinks were quite cheap & affordable, perfect for motives for drinking. The food quality apart from the full English breakfast is lacking, especially the beef burgers. It was quite plain, with zero effort into the burgers, just a piece of lettuce, onions and dry patties. Chips tasted undercooked, but for the pricing, it was acceptable standards. As someone who had their burgers, I do not recommend unless you’re on a budget and expect a plain dish.

The only issue I have is parking but it's no fault of the premise. The food is good and staff are wonderful. Love having my breakfast there. I will always love my meals in these chain of pubs.

We are regulars at Wetherspoons and we had the worst experience ever on New Year’s Eve. My partner accidentally ordered the food to the wrong table. It happens people are drunk and the staff informed us when we asked about it. The food was thrown away. Kitchen is closed and they won’t give us a refund Mistakes happening in a pub when alcohol is involved. They didn’t even try to find us even though there was hardly that many people in the pub they just assumed I don’t know what they assumed, but we were left without food on New Year’s Eve and their attitude was also something else. We have been coming to this Wetherspoons for quite awhile now, and now I can say with Absolute assurance. We will never come to this one again. We lost out on £17.59 because they’re plain rude and didn’t even care that it was New Year’s and they ruined our New Year

Not happy ordered food by mistake put the number 24 instead 42 they didn't try to find out. And after when I tried to approach they refused to give food and no refund. As regular customer this was upsetting and we try to be there to have our New year together. Disappointed

Been coming here a few times for breakfast in the morning Unbelievable value. Lovely quiet atmosphere. Well decorated ready for Christmas. Staff are so friendly and food served within minutes. Solid Spoons. Breakfast on point. Staff on point. Just a good all round pub. It is what it is and it's well worth a pint / food.

I have maketh a order like usual on my app when a member of staff after we was in the pub for 10 minutes come and asked for ID, I did have my one but my friend didn't, and the manager refused to give me the order, even if it was just the food, and not refund ether. I will never go back, the manager being very rude.

Waited over an hour for food to be brought out. Then some off it was burnt on 3 out of the 5 people we ordered for when taken back the staff wanted to serve other customers rather than deal with our food. Then the staff was rude to two of the people that was with myself. I fully understand that they are short starffed but there is no need for rudeness from staff towards customers when we are making a complaint about the burnt food

It's a Wetherspoons, not much to say really. Cheap and cheerful food and drinks. Not much atmosphere.

Usually you pay for what you get in spoons and nothing different with this place. However, staff today been really bad. Twice I waited over 5 mins not because the bar was busy but because there was no one behind the bar. They were at the back????. There a lady wearing a maroon shirt and glasses clearly annoyed at the company's process or whatever it is. Tbh I never leave bad reviews but this visit wasn't nice. I don't need you to smile or be polite but I expect your attention. Atmosphere is what you expect from spoons during working hours.

After they increased the prices there is literally nothing they can boast about. There is literally no point on going here anymore. Super rude servers and equal prices to to almost all other pubs in central London.

Yeah fairly standard spoons, I believe this is the 5th moon I've been too, definitely the lowest price in London I've seen which is nice. Not the friendliest atmosphere, when I walked in with my dad, about 20 old white guys all stared at us and stopped talking. Felt like a scene from a movie . But yeah other than that, friendly staff and standards stuff

Only been the once last week. It feels very much more like a friendly local pub than the normal plain Wetherspoon atmosphere.

Good and cheap, the gents could be cleaner, but OK, this is the “UK standard”.

Service leaves a bit to be desired. Barmaid called Ella/Emma on duty at night prefers to serve her friends before customers, so had to wait before being served. Went to toilet before leaving premises thus leaving my wife on her own. When I came out of toilets two drunks, were being annoying towards her. Just as well I'm well over 6 foot and 16 stone and muscular. God forbid she was on her own. Why on earth are people being served alchohol to the extent they are abusive and drunk, I do not know. Perhaps I should have called the police maybe next time I will. Wetherspoons sort yourselves out, you do not need these type of customer’s.

Feels like a proper old fashioned pub but looks like it used to be a cinema from the outside. Pleasant staff and good beer at reasonable prices.

Nothing to complain about, food is sometimes hit and miss, otherwise a decent place.

It's a good 'Spoon, no school dinners pong and the usual gang of well-trained staff and decently, not exceptionally, well-kept drinks. Find yourself in Colindale, and it's definitely your best choice for food and drink. You could, of course, just get out of Colindale and get a life.

Didn't get on with this place as much as I do other wetherspoons. My daughter was disappointed they don't do pizzas, and food we did order took a bit longer than we're used to from other branches. When it arrived, chicken in my burger was lovely, but the roll was just a little tired (not stale) as were the onion rings. Chips ok but warm rather than hot - slightly made up for by being served on a really hot plate. Service wise, it lacked the little touches that make for a nice experience like someone mentioning where condiments are when delivering food rather than us having to ask. Some branches they'll even bring to you but I'm happy to do myself. We didn't get the usual check-in about the food. Worst offence probably that plates were not cleared away/tables cleaned in a timely manner. Overall just unremarkable. I don't know the area so not sure how stacks up to other local venues, but disappointing version of a wetherspoons which I usually enjoy for a good value family meal.

Typical dunp of a weather spoons, the only good thing is cold bottled beer at a fair price, aside from that miserable staff (then again so would I be if I had their job) pubs not clean and neither is the toilets, they stink

Very friendly and peaceful atmosphere, polite staff and very decent variety in the items you can order (like the addition of the new cocktails and foods). One of the few places where you can afford to eat and buy a few drinks without breaking the bank. Lovely!

Had a great experience on a bank holiday evening. Great staff, amazing prices and good rusty ambience. We ordered the 3 snack deal, chicken wings, cheese nachos and bao bun and all of them were tasted excellent. Food took a while to arrive but was served hot and was worth the wait. Overall a great experience without a big hole in the pocket. Has plenty of seating.

Lovely, typical spoons pub with happy staff who were working efficiently between serving and keeping the place clean and tidy. The usual seating options, including beautifully decorated booths. A large skylight together with large glass panels provides excellent lighting in the rear of the pub. The Guinness was excellent.

Place looks welcoming and clean. However items ordered for breakfast was not as expected when compared to other JDWs. Dishes and cutlery not clean so had to be careful when eating. I would do deffo avoid this particular place.

The food I ordered (chicken, bacon and cheese panini) was burnt and had no bacon and hardly any chicken very disappointed with it.

My god in heaven. What a dive. Driest breakfast you’ve ever experienced. No pancakes for my friend, replaced with awful bacon sandwich and no refund, etc.

Very good gourmet sirloin, not expensive, and rich of good sides like chips, onion rings, mushrooms and tomatoes. However, the classic burger was a little bit too much burnt. Overall, very good 😊

This is an economical local eatery with friendly and attentive staff. The food arrived quickly and it was always hot. Not fine dining, but great value. We had a travel stay in the community and we ate here 5 times. It appears to have a regular contingent of patrons.

Typical Wetherspoon experience.

Undoubtedly one of the worse spoons I've visited in a long time. I'm a great fan of Wetherspoon and visit the Beaten Docket in Cricklewood very often. Unfortunately the Beaten Docket was closed today for technical reasons, so I thought I'd try a different spoons for a change. I spent 25 minutes on the 32 bus to get here and was stood at the bar for an age because there was only one bar staff on (I asked him why, they were conducting interviews) the server was rushed off his feet and a pleasant chap, he was also having to bring the food out whilst people waited to be served for a pint. (Not his fault obviously)... with it being steak club I opted for the mixed grill. It was cold, old, and was only fit for a dog. I won't be returning and would advise people the pub is fine for a beer, but avoid the food at all costs. There's a massive gulf between this spoons and the Beaten Docket. Sad really as like I say, I'm a big fan of Spoons.

Quiet and chilled usually but be mindful they don’t serve any pizzas possibly due to not having the ovens?

Avoid this pub at all cost. Well at least the Food. Eggs were like flip flops. Chips Chewy, Peas Cold , Meat just about eatable. (Large mixed grill).. Staff looked bored behind the counter and no eye contact when your ordering other than a quick glance . Don't expect a polite good afternoon... no no thats not gonna happen . I use weatherspoons up the midlands and west coast usually quite good . Have the cook assessed , this was not the work of a Chef if it was get in Gordon Ramsay !!

I've been going to this pub for years and years ,I loved it although they have been changing the food menu quite often but now they took out the fried prawns from the starters menu 😱😱😱 the were amazing , absolutely delicious I can't believe they don't do them anymore. . . . I am really disappointed about that to be honest . Everything else I can't complain, the cocktails menu it's a bit more diverse now which is good 😊 but the prawns 😭😭😭 I want the prawns back on the menu ☹️
