Came in on Thursday for a nice spot of lunch, had some lovely service from zane and he made our visit a delight and served some lovely food from chef suzie, wasn't too keen on coming up to the bar and being ignored from the tall blonde/ginger man who was too interested on his conversation after acknowledging us however this didn't detar my experience. I do recommend others to visit for zanes service and food from the chefs was spot on good job

We stayed for one night with our dog and our room was located near the entrance, which was great for getting the dog in and out without a fuss. Excellent menu for evening meal and good "full english" in the morning. All staff were very helpful and a good time was had by all.

I’ve been staying here regularly for several years. Great people, great service clean and functional rooms - although WiFi is not fantastic.

Just got home after a three night stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed it, we ate in the restaurant Friday and Saturday night and the food was excellent both nights as was the breakfast this morning. Yes the rooms aren't the biggest but the bed was comfortable and I loved the nice deep bath. All the staff were great and we would certainly stay here again. We also loved the nod to the buildings past.

Had a nice lunch in December so we took friends on our recommendation. This time disappointed, friend had sausage and mash but hardly any mash. Other friend had a burger, nothing like the picture on the menu, more like a MacDonalds burger. My husband had steak but was tough. Server cleared the plates but never came back to check if we would like a dessert, another drink or the bill. Embarrassing as we had recommended to our friends. The wall cladding in one of the ladies toilet cubicles was disgusting, needs a refit. A gentleman was trying to check in when we left but there was no one on reception to welcome him. Disappointing evening. Decembers review Food was great, hot, sufficient and reasonably priced. Food served on hot plates which I love as so many restaurants serve food on cold plates. The only disappointment was my husband’s first choice was lamb but they didn’t have any. Also the drinks had not been included on the bill. I was honest and made them of aware of, was charged £5.50 for half a lager and soda water and lime, I didn’t realise until on the way home maybe they charged for a pint of lager.

We came to the Millers on Valentines day a special occasion and the whole thing was ruined by the meal it was awful ....I ordered rump steak medium and when i tried to eat it the blood squirted out onto my shirt it supposedly been well done it came virtually blue...the size of a coaster. However if it had been cooked to my liking I believe it would have been no bigger than a digestive biscuit just a lump of gristle with half a tomato a scoop of chips that were warm coddled fries two onion rings with the sauce ....it was vile i sent it back un edible will NOT be patronising this establishment again

Food - no complaints and the only reason im giving 2 stars! Special thanks to the lady at breakfast who was very friendly. Hotel - in need of a major refurb, the rooms are grubby and dated, I asked to move from the first room as there was so much body hair around the bath. When i ran the bath tap a load of debris fell out. In the second room there was less hair, still grubby, it smelled of urine and I had the same discovery when i ran the bath tap, yellow water with debris in it which is a huge red flag for water management so therefore didn’t bath, shower or drink water from the tap through fear of being unwell. I was staying on business with no other options locally but I will never stay there again.

I had a wonderful 60th birthday celebration in the Bosworth and Shenton Suite at The Millers, Sibson. Claire, the friendly Events Manager, guided me in the right direction when booking a singer and talked me through the different options for my party. When I kept adding extras, such as welcome drinks and wines on the table, she was patient and understanding. It was all planned perfectly, thanks to Claire. The staff and service was superb. Assistant Manager Stella was extremely helpful and bar staff Jason, Brooke and Daniel were so polite and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet was delicious and there was plenty of food for my 60 guests. I couldn't be more pleased with how the evening went.

Lovely food and service. Probably come once every few months as we've never been let down by food or staff. Highly recommend the lamb shank or the chicken in a basket with the Kiev sauce

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had, food was stone cold when it came out to the table after a 45 min wait, service was poor despite an abundance of staff on duty including the chefs who were observed standing talking together on many occasions, we didn’t bother with desert, could be a gold mine with the right staff.

It was the first time we've stayed away from home for Christmas and we were a little unsure of what to expect. We needn't have worried because it was a brilliant stay from start to finish. The food was amazing but what really helped to make our experience brilliant were the staff. Friendly, attentive and professional-a fantastic team. Thank you all. We'll see you soon.

The rooms were dated but ok. Breakfast was not worth the money at all. Plenty of staff, always pleasant but a 30 minute wait and then when the cooked breakfasts arrived it was clear they had been overcooked and left sat for quite some time....

We had not booked a table and they were really busy but we were not made to feel like we were a nuisance. Nothing was any trouble!

We stayed here after attending a wedding at the nearby Mythe Barn. The hotel is in great proximity and only took 10 minutes in a taxi. The room itself was quite dated, but did the job perfectly fine. It was quite warm but that can't be helped as it was a very hot day. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We booked last minute as we made our way to Drayton Manor. Booking extremely easy. Hotel lovely, our room was brilliant. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, lady on reception showed out little boy how all the the old oven doors opened and he loved it! Restaurant staff also brilliant. This establishment give you a welcome that makes you glad you booked. The ambience is 1uiet but friendly and our main waiter , Zane, was very attentive to our requests. Our friends had their 2 small dogs with them, and the staff gave them treats and fuss, making them important additions to our party. The food wasn’t fancy but came hot, well cooked, and with clean plates and cutlery. Overall, the food was excellent, and it came with the bonus of an AA discount. What’s not to like. The staff even moved the tables so we were more comfortable. I am disabled and the layout was sufficiently planned that I was able to get to my table slowly and safely. This is a good value, customer focussed restaurant that gives a very pleasant evening to all guests, nothing is too much trouble. Zane, and his colleagues ( who regrettably I did not get the name of) , worked hard and gave us time along with great service. A big well done!
