The staff were very lovely and helpful, made the experience very calm and pleasant. Interior was cozy - I especially loved the bar area. The food came in big portions and we left feeling satisfied.

I used this lovely restaurant for our first meal in London about a week ago. The dish was delicious of course, but the service was awesome!!! But the quantity of the dish was quite large for children or Ladies. You should share the fish n chips and try other food and drinks. Especially the staff, Isa, was wonderful. His hospitality and kindness made me look forward to my future stay in London. If I will go back to London, I really want to go here again! Thank you for Mr. Isa and all the staffs!!

Visited this restaurant with a reservation at 12:00 noon. It was nice that no deposit was required when booking. The counter seating was quite cramped, making it difficult to eat comfortably. However, the staff provided excellent and courteous service, which left a good impression. Looking forward to it, I ordered the classic "fish and chips" here. Three types of sauce were provided, which was a nice touch, but aside from the tartar sauce, the other two did not meet my expectations and didn’t suit my taste. Of course, condiments like ketchup were also available on the table. Including mineral water, the total was around £30. Was it cheap or expensive? In terms of portion size, there was a generous amount of chips spread under the cod, making it a sufficient portion for lunch.

I visited here for lunch with two colleagues during sightseeing for London. The fish and chips were great as my friend's recommendation. The staffs were kind. One thing I was surprised was that there are multiple birthday celebrations during our lunch. The atmosphere was confortable anyway.

on my first trip to London, I was able to taste the famous fish & chips that I had only heard about. the place is very charming, the staff polite and always available. the girl who took care of our order was kind and her availability was simply fantastic. The product exceeded our expectations, everything was excellent, the frying was light and tasty. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked to the time we left Mayfair Chippy was great. We warm welcomes , great service, and delicious food we left knowing we made the right choice by stopping in. We had the fish and chips classic and the mussels in white wine sauce. Both were delicious and would definitely order again.

The best fish and chips we had comparing to all those that we had on this trip. We had the Mayfair Chippy, the Grilled Seabass, Chicken Bites & Mussels Pot and they were all on point. 10/10 would recommend!

We brought our 8 month old baby - the restaurant was cramped but they were very accommodating and pleasant. We had to wait 45 mins for a table so went to the food hall next door to wait and grabbed a glass of wine. At Mayfair Chippy, we tried the haddock and cod. Preferred the haddock even though both were excellent. The curry sauce for fries was excellent as was the tartar sauce. They had many veg and vegan options as well but didn’t try those.

I ate fish and chips. Big fish and lots of fries. I'm full. Thank you for the meal.

If you are looking for the best fish and chips. Look no further this is perfection on a plate. The home made tartare sauce was exquisite, the mushy peas delicious and with a the lovely curry sauce to dip your chips in. The staff was lovely and friendly. Can’t wait to go back there.

The best fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time! My partner and I came for dinner on the off chance and were pleasantly surprised. The food was exceptional and executed perfectly. The service was quick and staff were warm and friendly! Would highly recommend. We will be back!

The fish was tasty and crispy, and the atmosphere was nice. My only complaint is that the waiter with the earring was very violent and loud, we couldn't talk in peace. All in all, I recommend the place.

My only comments were that the service from the staff was very rushed and rude at times and the manager we spoke to was not helpful at all, quite the opposite. As a local I have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Recently I have seen influencers advertising it on Instagram. A really nice place but I think it's suited to tourists. People that come to try fish and chips in London. The staff were nice and friendly. Inside the restaurant is very small . Tables are very close to one another. I had a table booked for 7 and 7:40 we were still waiting to be served. Starter and dinner arrived at the same time. The starter (prawn toast )arrived luke warm. We waited so long for it to arrive I didn't ask them to change it. Very expensive for what we had. Happy I've been, had to see what the hype was about but wouldn't return.

The best fish and chips in London, the service unfortunately a bit rude and everything in the shop is a bit dirty, more emphasis should be placed on this. But the food was really great, the Haddock Scotch Egg and the fish and chips were very tasty, plus probably the best tartar sauce in London. You should definitely go for authentic, good fish and chips.

The restaurant prefers that you make a reservation before you come. We waited for about 20 minutes. The place is small inside, and they give you an hour and the fish comes out. It is enough for two people comfortably. It is worth trying, but it will not be repeated 😁

There is literally no service while charging several pounds of service fee. I don’t even get a tap water after requesting. Environment is quite lame too. Food is less below average, ordered classic fish and chips, tasteless indeed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. AVOID.

We arrived 10 minutes late due to the rain and the hostess welcomed us telling us off: “you are late!” Why did she have to say that? Fortunately, the prawn toast was excellent, the fish & chips was good too and made up for the frosty welcome. A good place to bring visitors to showcase a bit a British tradition.

If you speak Spanish you will also find the service of a Spanish girl who will recommend the best for you. This is the first time i tried fish & chip with mushy peas and curry sauce! Quite a good experience although i prefer tartar and lemon. For fish, you can go for Cod or Haddock. It comes with Mushy Peas and Tartar, but you can choose either Curry sauce or HP sauce. I was there on Friday around 4pm and there was no queue. The queue started around 5pm. If you are solo and want to be quick, you can choose for bar seat as well.

Honestly, we had the best dinner here during our stay in London. You had to wait in line (about 30 minutes), but it was worth it. The portions are really big, you can eat enough (we even took the rest to go). The service was very nice, the place was clean and immaculate. We fell in love with this place.
