Well where do I start ,The food was Excellent, The Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard.Prices were reasonable .Most definitely fine dining at its best . It can be expensive £100 plus though but worth it should you want to impress your loved ones ,so it’s worth checking out and book before you go as can get very busy . Highly recommended.

We went here during a trip in London. The dishes are nice, but not as "Waou" as we can expect from a 2 michelin stars restaurant. The most iconic taste was the pineapple desert ! Special mention to the great service the staff delivered.

Very professional and beautiful but above all incredibly good food. Caring and you feel relaxed, as good as it can be in a Michelin restaurant in central London. We ate their á la carte, 3 courses and in any case we with the choices of dishes we made were surprised by how full we were. The wine list is of course as long as possible but even we with a limited budget managed to find something that suited our taste.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. This place continues to deliver a near-perfect experience. 3-course meal, amazing sommelier (corked wine by the glass - very sport for that, here is an extra glass for you on the house), whimsical dishes which are big and tasty (meat fruit, steak, fish). Absolutely perfect from head to toe - the dishes (meat fruit and tipsy cake are must haves), services (Amy and Jordan are awesome!!) and direct views into Hyde park all together make this my favorite restaurant for all occasions. Be prepared to spend a few hours here and indulge in all the elegant flavors. ❤️❤️

Wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Normally, I'd say too much carb for a well designed tasting menu, but each dish was so yummy and outstanding by itself that I actually considered the extra carbon daily intake was worth it. I enjoyed the little culinary development stories and presentation of the courses. For the restaurant toilet facilities, it was less than satisfactory that guests were required to go downstairs to the basement level by stairs, no barrier free access. And the toilet was filthy dirty without proper cleaning for the standard of a star-rated hotel. I believe the toilet belongs to the maintenance team of the hotel separately. And the toilet location would deter me from returning with elderly guests, who may find climbing up and down the stairs a real pain.

A real shame, the food used to be great and deserving the two star rating. Unfortunately now it is just a cash cow, milking customers - food is ok but does not deserve a style and is ultimately extremely overpriced! What a let down compared to previous experiences- I guess now body cares about food and profit is the only focus

Marvelous - the entire team took amazing care of us and each course was exceptional. Each dish an example of effort put forth by so many people coming together to serve excellence. This is my third time here and it never disappoints, I took the family and they absolutely loved it. Such incredibly attentive staff and stand out food with gorgeous views of Hyde park. It’s a complete indulgence. Don’t change the menu, it’s brilliant as it is. That tipsy cake has to be one of the very best desserts. The triple cooked chips are the best chips I’ve ever eaten. The cod was nothing short of splendid. Everything was brilliant. Big thank you to the lovely waiter that gave the whole table a very thoughtful gift at the end. We were bowled over by the generosity. Thank you!

This is my third visit to Dinner by Heston but it will be my last. I have to say I am quite surprised it has held on to its 2 Michelin stars since in my humble opinion the concept is a bit tired and it’s way less innovative than other 1 and 2 Michelin starred restaurants in London and elsewhere. Whereas the food was nice and well presented I just didn’t find it interesting or innovative. Maybe I ordered badly but the fillet steak was literally a lump of steak with average chips and an average sauce. Nothing you couldn’t get in any decent gastro pub. The meat fruit and the tipsy cake were nice but I suppose being my third time here it just wasn’t as interesting or impressive as prior times. One thing I really wish they would change is the wine list. The sommelier recommendations were all in the range of £150-250, pretty steep even for a 2 star restaurant. They really need more reasonable prices bottles since the options below £75 are very limited. Obviously this is where they try to make their money. I think this is restaurant is now just a standard cash cow for Heston and when asked a staff member said they had last seen him at the restaurant 6 months ago. Maybe he needs to visit more regularly and come up with a few more ideas.

Not sure what to say, this was mind-blowing

Came here for a lunch tasting menu in December and personally was underwhelmed. While the main tasting dishes aren’t bad, a lot of them have overbearingly rich flavor that. Although I appreciate the historical aspect of the meat fruit and respect Heston’s initiative to educate us on the cuisine of the past… it might be one of the grossest things I’ve ever eaten. The offputting texture combined with the cold and unsettling flavor makes me upset to even think about, but hey the mixed reactions to this dish like mine are probably why this is on the menu. I’m sure the dinner menu here is very good, staff was friendly, and the window view out into the park is very scenic.

The Serpent was the standout cocktail.

Iconic and surreal dishes, anxiously served in an unnecessarily chaotic context. There is something brilliant... but at times incomprehensible and incompatible with the rhythms of the banquet.

A great experience. We had the tasting menu and wine pairing, both amazing. Heston's signature Meat Fruit is fun and delicious and the opening Hay Smoked Salmon is very delicate but so tasty. We found ourselves thinking 'this is the best ... I've ever had' more than a couple of times. And those triple cooked chips are mind blowing. Yes, chips. Service was amazing as you would expect. The fact that it's located inside the Mandarin Oriental makes it just a bit stuffy so atmosphere is a bit lacking in any one direction as it's rather unstated. Oh, and desserts where incredible too, and particularly well paired with the wine. The 4h-long-roasted pineapple and tipsy cake was a great closer.

I have been fortunate enough to dine at this establishment on a few occasions, convenient for me because my London stays are usually at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel where this restraint is located. Apart from exceptional food and a stellar wine list, eating here is fun. The dishes have a story and if you are solo dining as I often do when on business trips, you can comfortably do your own thing while savoring some of the most amazing food.

The dishes tasted nice, but not deserve Michelin2 If your concept as a restaurant is to serve food room temp, then don’t serves sides hot. The chips and parsnips were both hot, but the rest of the dishes lukewarm or cold. We left half the steak and, as a big steak fan, I’ve never done that in my life. The service was bad. However, I’d be very surprised if they continue to retain these stars. You can do much better in London which has an abundance of outstanding restaurants.

Insto a ir por la opción de los orígenes y entrar en la mente de Heston. La comida era deliciosa y espero volver para el menú completo.

Wonderful restaurant, one of my all time favorites in London. Food is Michelin-level, yet not too quirky and really tasty. Portions are fair, not microscopic. Staff is really polite and nice. Interior isn’t very Michelin, but the restaurant is cozy and comfortable. Visited it lots of times and will keep going 💯

Loved my trips to the Fat Duck, am a big fan of HB, and the set lunch in Dinner was excellent. But the paired wines were meh (including an £11 (retail price) Glühwein, mid Jan, which suggested they were clearing excess Xmas stock). We paid a lot for a 70s Armagnac which was rough. Waiter got very confused too when were trying to pay for some fizz and simply could not cope with us having paired wines and trying to buy something extra (which the set lunch with pairings really needed). So do research the wine list before you go, else you'll end up disappointed

A beautiful location, professionals service and absolutely incredible service! Unfortunately the menu wasn’t it for us. Not even talking about the 1,000+ we paid for 2 adults and 2 kids, but from what I hear they have a Michelin star and I expected something at least decent for food. Maybe 2 of the 5 dishes were good, the rest were just not it.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday during our stay in London. We were absolutely happy. The ambience is nice, the service was courteous without being intrusive. The food was sensational. There were four of us (with our children) and we each ordered something different for the starter, main course and dessert, so we had a wide range. And it was all really good. We only found the presentation of the side dishes in the middle of the table not quite 2-star-like; we would have preferred to have them appropriately arranged on the plate. It was a thoroughly successful and wonderful evening.

Vi gillade brödet, smöret och vinet. Och Ananasdessert.Kul grej med glass vid bordet. Vi hade hört så mycket om detta och brukar äta på finkrogar, men det höll inte.

By far - this is the best meal we have had to date - it makes the 2 star Michelin restaurants in Ireland look like 1 star restaurants. The quality of the food, the precision and craftsmanship of the cooking/baking was incredible. The flavours were incredible. The staff were so, so good and extremely friendly. The only negative I have really is the communication I had with the restaurant prior to dining. They say that they can be contacted beforehand to discuss dietary requirements - which I did. There were many, many emails (back and forth) to confirm everything. However, on seating at our table, when the waiter arrived - he knew nothing about the changes due to dietary requirement - I had to explain everything again. Given the precision execution of everything else - I was just left with the feeling that my emails had been a waste of time. Also, I was told from the beginning that the only menu available was the "festive menu" - but on arrival to our table - we were told that the A La Carte was also available. At no point, in all my emails, was this informed to me. However, it certainly didn't undermine the actual dining experience on the night. What an incredible meal - the whole experience on the night was an absolute delight. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

We went as a family of five to celebrate a special occasion. We arrived unexpectedly early but they pulled the booking forward for us without any issues. We sat at the Chef's table and watching the staff pull together the most magical plates of food was spell binding. We received atentive and knowlegable service through the fabulous six course tasting menu - dietary requirements met without any fuss and were equally delicious. The most amazing evening.

For a lunch service it definitely stuck as one of the most memorable I've had in London for a while. The flavors that go into the meals are extremely rich and truly some flavors I have never experienced in my life before. The steak for those who are rich meat eater does not disappoint. The Hereford Beef really stands out for how tender and favourable. For the fish dish, a lot of care can be seen with the sauces that compliment it. I only had a bite so can't really delve fully into all elements of the dish but the texture, flavor and smell of the dish was splendid.

Not worth the money nail in the coffin for this one. Staff weee pleasant but at this price it has to be prefect but honestly it was a joke for the money. It’s beyond me how this restaurant has retained 2 Michelin stars. We had the A la carte menu and all dishes were delivered lukewarm or cold. The dishes tasted very nice, but we had much better recently at Leroy which has one Michelin star. I’m sure the dishes would’ve been elevated if they had been served hot. We mentioned our starters were cold and our waitress said they would speak with the manager. We heard nothing. Then our mains were delivered cold and we told our waitress. We heard nothing. Eventually we pulled the manager aside ourselves and asked why they’re delivering mains cold. It was explained to us that the kitchen rests the dishes to preserve the textures of the food. Steak can be rested for 10 - 12 minutes!!!!! I’m sorry, but if you’re leaving steak that long after cooking it’s not going to be warm still. Also, the ‘textures’ with the steak weren’t really anything special, probably slightly chewy actually. If your concept as a restaurant is to serve food room temp, then don’t serves sides hot. The chips and parsnips were both hot, but the rest of the dishes lukewarm or cold. We left half the steak and, as a big steak fan, I’ve never done that in my life. The service was OK but flat. Felt quite like staff were going through the motions. It felt like this was could’ve been a Michelin star restaurant a few years ago but lost their way and lost their enthusiasm to deliver outstanding experience They removed the two main dishes from our bill but it was still £280. We’ve had much better for less. The standout of our meal was our red wine. We had The Ridge wine from California and it was really exceptional. We’d never been to a restaurant with two Michelin stars and were extremely excited for the experience. However, I’d be very surprised if they continue to retain these stars. You can do much better in London which has an abundance of outstanding restaurants. We’re visiting Gymkhana next month so hopefully this will make up for a rather drab experience here.

Two Michelin stars, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal On the G floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, you can see the view of Hyde Park outside the window, which is great and comfortable. It's a British restaurant. The butter on the meal kits is average, but the bread with foie gras is so flavorful. The well-cooked steak is also great. Overall, this is a restaurant I will come back to.
