This spot is excellent and they give very nice chicken wings if you’ve got a taste bud for chilli this is the place

Ordered 2 half bird meals and 12 wings the chilcken wing where off... the stunk! Crazy how food can be sold like that clearly they could smell it while cooking.

They fecthed wrong order when questioned got very agressive,also food was cold ,,,this as been the worded customer service ever

this was the best place for me to get a quick lunch. the food is not pricey and the overall taste is beautiful. you get the heat from the seasoning and the juiciness from the chicken fillet. the chips were the best and if you pair it with their homemade garlic sauce and chilli sauce, you have the best chips in town. the marinade they use for the peri peri chicken is absolutely delicious. I would consider going there again.

Got order wrong and when I rang to tell them it was wrong, they were RUDE and said “it comes like that” NO it does not because I ordered the same thing the week before. If you ask for garlic tenders then don’t come as peri peri! Jokers I won’t be ordering from them EVER AGAIN

I would give a 0 rating after the following experience - Placed an order just after 8pm, given the time an hour for delivery, an hour later delivery not arrive contacted, on its way delivery arrive cold around 9.30, contacted and offered replacement, asked to be delivered within 30 mins, not arrived contacted at 10pm and asked what the order was and will be there 10 mins (seems like they were waiting for me to return call to confirm order),finally arrived 10.40pm, with an apology and explanation.

We had food from here as a team Xmas treat and i ordered Cheesy chips, the gourmet burger and onion rings. Order arrives, i get chips with no cheese, no onions rings at all and the burger was like old boot leather and the chips really tough Stay clear !

Twice in a week got my order wrong no sauces dry as a virgin never again dont normally complain but these guys never learn just because they have the name they are not bothered anymore

The food was really great and was mouth watering me and my family had a really great time eating here’s and hope to go again some time soon

If you want peri peri chicken go to Nando’s,this place was freezing, terrible service, hair in the cutlery dish and a sub standard quality of meat.

Excellent pizzas, probably best in Bolton esp with their sauces. Excellent chicken, steamed and grilled with extra go go sauce Love the garlic sauce dips (you can get chilli and peri as well) Generally the food from these guys is great. Don't order delivery as it takes too long when they are busy, I always phone order and collect and never had issues Prices have generally increased by a small amount eg 20-50p but you pay for good food and they know it. Only nag is the 'sugar tax' which they charge... errr Hellooo Mashs, it doesn't apply to sugar free drinks and reduced sugar drinks but when I confronted the guy at the till he was like yes it does...you can have water or fruit juice at no extra cost, or 20p/30p for a can. If your passing it on to your customers then you should check what it applies to and not just blanket charge all drinks!! The increase food prices should be enough for them to absorb the 'sugar tax' if they 'need' to charge it. Sugar tax applies to the producers of these drinks as well as the importers. NB you can still buy cheap drinks from home bargains etc and they have not increased prices for SUGAR TAX. This might be one for Trading Standards! ....but at least the food is good and just get water

Just been to pick up a meal, order wrong still waiting for replacement meal, 40mins after very poor service family meal spoilt never again, not worth it for the terrible experience! Family has eaten I’m still waiting sat hungry! Pathetic service...

I would give this place a zero star for its customer service if I could. We waited over 2 hours for our order which was literally 2 meals. Also the address which it was being delivered to was 5 minutes away. Food was cold when it arrived so we asked what they could do about it, to which the delivery guy replied with: “It’s not my fault you have to pay”. Spoke with the manager who refused to give it us for free but said he would knock off a measly quid or the food would go back. Ridiculous. It was so cold had to reheat it in the microwave so it was bone dry. Never returning, especially since we are regular customers and have been going there for years. No loyalty!

Went today for the first time for a takeaway as I got a leaflet through the door. The food was delicious. The staff very nice and polite too

Came here 12 months ago and won't go again. Firstly took ages for my order to be even taken . It was a simple chicken order. Secondly guys were coming in obviously friends and they chatting and being asked what they want and getting served immediately. People that were eating in were getting sorted before me. In general I really do t mind waiting but it was blatantly obvious that familiar people got priority.. Nothing too bad about that but on a business level. Not great... Perhaps they not interested in new custom. Maybe they have enough people coming through the door.... But from a business point of view. You can never have enough new customers. X

Customer service is awful, very rude!! Can't get the orders right and the food is disgusting!!!!! I do not recommend it!

Always entered mash's and I always say erm to the guy taking my order. Brilliant service and always looking to deliver there sevices on time.

best chicken in bolton always use these for takeaway always get the hottest sauce only thing i think can improve is a firey hot chicken wing challenge should be arranged, name on the wall will attract lots of people to it

The food is fantastic! The wait not so much. It is always busy when I go so the staff r rushed off their feet & not friendly but as I said.. Lovely food!

Been a regular customer and as always the food is to full satisfaction, great selection on the menu, love the wings, great pizzas and do a great chicken sizzler ,The staff are great and ensure that a promt courteous service is delivered time and time...

Visited Mash's last month with family after a friend recommended the place. The place is clean and staff are friendly, menu may seems like a standard peri peri chicken shop but with their own signature sauce. We ordered lamb donner and chicken doner sizzlers, wings, full Peri Peri chicken and a pizza. Food was good specially their chicken wings. So next time if you are in Bolton this place should be tried and im sure you won't be disappointed at all.
