Oil, Oil and more Oil. Every dish we had tasted the same. First time we've tried this takeaway and we definitely won't use again

Took 2 hours to arrive, called twice and ‘5 minutes away’, half an hour later arrived cold, missing an item and food very oily. Refused to help and adamant all items arrived and in a good condition. The restaurant has gone really downhill and will not be using again.

Just had a Tikka Masala and Korma lamb they where so good will definitely be ordering again very soon

Customer service is a 5/5 food Could of been a bit warmer id rate it a 4 could of been more generous with the chicken in the chicken tikka masala other than that it was lovely ☺️

The lamb was very salty and didn't taste like lamb, spoilt the tikka masala. Other than than, nice..

Not happy at all. Very rude and food has been thrown away. Wouldn't use again if my life depended on it.. used to be amazing 100% customer service was fab.

Ordered a takeaway at 645pm new years eve. I phoned to chase my.order 3 times but it never arrived. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Great vegan selection of indian curry Delivery service was little slow but when the food arrived it was worth the wait the prices are very reasonable will definitely be ordering again next time I’m in town

We ordered from here on Friday evening last week. We were informed a 45 min wait. After 2 phone calls to be informed food had already left with the driver did it arrive after 1.5hrs from order. Food was Luke warm / cold. Further phone call to complain. The customer service was terrible. We were shouted at down the phone informing us our food could not possibly be cold. No apology or acknowledgement of error. Refusal of any refund unless we drove the food back to the shop. Very poor service will not be using again

Used this takeaway 4 times, first 3 times no problems with delivery times and food was nice. 4th time the food was terrible, naan had overcooked mince in it and the bread itself was cremated. I left a review on Google and received an apology and they hoped they would improve. Well, for the fifth time we thought we would try them again. We were given a 45 minute wait time for delivery which is the norm. However, after 1 1/4 hours we phoned up to chase our order. We were told the driver was on his way. 1/2 hour later and still no delivery, we live 8 minutes away. We telephoned again and was told the driver had left. I can only assume the driver went via Gillingham to Wilnecote! 20 minutes later and the meal arrived but by this time we had all gone past looking forward to our meals. So after ordering 5 times from Masala Boyz and gaining 395 loyalty points we have decided to stop using this place.

2nd meal from this restaurant I can say it’s very tasty Delivery time was 10 minutes late but when the food arrived it was excellent I didn’t mind the wetting. from experience of eating curry for years you know if it takes long to cook it’s fresh meals The delivery driver was very polite thanks for a excellent meal

Today was first time I tried masala boys. I must say me and partner really enjoyed it. Food was quality and really tasty. Thank you masala boys
