Went to the pub this week and was served by new staff member whose name was Kelsey she was shy but very polite and classy. 10/10

Really lovely friendly staff. Was quiet when we were in but food was to a great standard and came super quick. Asked if everything was ok with meals and cleared up pretty quickly as well. Large portions and were happy to change eggs of my order as I don’t like them. Will definitely be returning :)

Very friendly staff. The landlady is extremely accommodating and helpful. Despite having to deal with drunks who can be hostile at times. They are extremely professional.

Great local pub, a proper local with people from all ages we’ve called in a few times now and the service has been fantastic every time. They even have bingo on a Thursday which is amazing.

Amazing atmosphere, lovely place with lovely customers and staff! Always a good laugh in there and they’ve been very on the ball with the COVID restrictions.

Came on the off chance there would be a table free for the England game as another pub the area let us down, and luckily they squeezed us in, and may I say ther service we received was flawless, drinks were served quickly and promptly and the pub atmosphere given all the rules and regulations was top quality! Definitely be making it a regular pub to visit, asset to the area!

we have used malt shovel for years as food used to be great but we went last week after walking from beeston the food was dreadful if i had have wanted bacon not gammon i would ahve ordered all day breakfast and they gave me peri peri sauce instead of peppercorn which i didnt realise until i poured it over my food next time my husband would like some fish with his batter. we wont be going back in a hurry

La pala de malta se ha sometido recientemente a una nueva gestión y, desde entonces, se ha deteriorado rápidamente. Las comidas son terribles, la mayoría de los ingredientes están congelados, el bistec es duro como las botas viejas. Las comidas están mal cocinadas y hay una larga espera. La última vez que fui al comedor, la mayoría de las mesas vacías no habían sido despejadas. He escuchado a tantas personas decir que no van a tener otra comida en la Pala Malt.

El personal es amable y se nota que se preocupan por dar una buena calidad, especialmente la señora increíblemente encantador. chef También dieron un buen menú de niños y una sección sólida cenas familiares. No puedes equivocarte comida en familia, £30 se cubren fácilmente comidas y bebidas para una familia de 3 con cambio.

He ido a la pala de Malta un par de veces y el personal es siempre sorprendente. El personal es amable y divertido pero también eficiente y profesional. El personal hace el lugar lo que es, la comida y la bebida son de buena calidad y muy buen precio.

Just called in the Malt Shovel for lunch. It's a typical Greene King pub with a good selection of beers and a decent pub menu. I ordered a beer and sat at one of the tables outside. Service was friendly and after deciding on what to eat I went to the bar and ordered a burger. There were boards advertising specials too, my food was with me pretty quickly and was very nice. A good sized burger in a bun with a generous side of chips.

Chain restaurant serving typical pub food. The staff were friendly and helpful, the meals were cooked fresh and were hot and comforting on a wet day in Leeds. Value for money with 4 meals coming to under £30 with drinks.
