The Mallard in Wiltshire

What can I say lovely locals pub with friendly staff and locals. On holiday and we went on first night they had an open mic the atmosphere was electric and I went up to sing. The second night the staff greeted us and remembered us from the previous night was so lovely and made the pub experience so good they even treated our dog. Keep up the good work guys you made our holiday

Got kicked out due to mistaken identity and even after explaining, the bar staff were very rude and continued to bar us. Do not go here!!

We had another appointment in the area so we called in for a drink. Good refurbished outside area and plenty of parking was on hand. The inside had a sports bar feel and was set up for the Football. The cider really did hit the spot!.

The outside looks really nice, shame about the park not being there any more but once inside was abit disappointed, no menus or anything on the few tables, could see no staff about, maybe it was due to going in on a Sunday it was so quiet? Anyways we didn't stay to find out the food

As we were about to move into local area we thought we would give it a try. This has become our local with a group of us gathering most Saturdays to get together. Only it's dropped a star is because of its day time opening hours.

Nice cooked evening meal, and a few drinks after, on a Friday night, thanks. Prices reasonable, staff are friendly and service was excellent.

My oh my what a beautifully presented and cooked meal. The service was friendly and efficient just enough time between courses. It was home cooked from scratch with the sweet potatoes and salmon fish cakes and vegetables done to perfection. It might be a pub but well worth a visit. I would definitely go back again.
