Disgusting when manager is using a knife to clean the floor when people use the cutlery won't be using that again. Also to be told not doing blackforest hot chocolate any being told rather rudely by manager not happy

all of the coffee shops suffer from the same illness not only costa but there competitors as well they can't make a decent hot cappuccino.

I went into Warminster Costa this morning. Tyler was on his own serving as the only other person was on her break. He was fantastic!!!! He was very calm and so polite to all the customers even though it was busy. He was under pressure, but he worked so quickly. We were really impressed. He really is an asset to the company and deserves some recognition.

WE GO TO COSTA THREE TIMES A WEEK AND HAVE COFFEE MAINLY BUT DO HAVE TOAST AND JAM OR JUST BUTTER STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND TREAT YOU WITH REPECT ITS A LOVELY RELAXED ATMOSPHERE.

Costa is always consistent with the coffee and cakes but this one looks tatty and run down. Definitely a smell of milk gone bad hence the bad atmosphere score

Great coffee bit slow as lad was on his own other staff must of had a bit of a cough or migrane,maybe that cat didn't come home,anyway great service from the young lad under pressure

Decent coffee but staff clearly overworked.

Very slow service apparently due to a massive click and collect order which takes priority..., two people working over the busy lunch time period. Coffee #1 is much nicer...

One person working 14 people waiting. Waiting time of the scale.

Good hot drinks, but let down by the state of its toilets. One out of order and the other had a very wet floor.

Slow service took almost a hour for 2 hot chocolate and a babychino lost our order and it wasn’t even busy just 2 staff members on. Our order wasn’t the only one that to wait almost a hour. No frappes on either

Lovely, friendly staff, always abs clean toilets /store but literally never any cakes! Apart from looking sooo bad, it’s really annoying.

I used to visit here weekly, after today never again. I asked for coffee the way I wanted it. but today the two young girls on duty decided otherwise..... eventually ended up threatening to remove me from the shop! I was reduced to tears by these two harridans. Coffee #1 from now on!

Had a lovely soya latte today, sat in and it was clean, nice and quietish and staff really helpful, especially young lady called Lauren, she helpfully brought my coffee over to the table for me. Great service and thank you Lauren you all work so hard as a team, well done!

Always friendly staff in this branch, it’s the usual Costa menu, plenty of seating available inside.

Warm, friendly, clean and great staff who are extremely hard working. We both had small hot chocolate it was red hot as requested.

Great staff, very friendly and attentive. Had a hot chocolate and cinnamon bun, both were extremely good. Crowded, but served quickly and still found a table, very well run place.

Popped in for a coffee. Very pleasant barista. It was a quiet time and a young girl was going round cleaning the furniture. I was very impressed when I said I spoke to her and she said she likes to have something to do when it's quiet. What a star.

The kind manager saw me looking at the ingredients on the packets as I am allergic to milk and yeast. Without me asking he pulled out the allergens pack and started looking for the things I could eat. He was exceptionally professional and genuinely wanted me to find something I could eat. I was so grateful to him. He even told me that in a few weeks some new products would be coming out. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!

Good location and you get what you expect - incredibly busy so as with every other Costa expect really slow service. I do default to Costa when I’m in a new place and can’t spot an independent ( sadly disappearing from our high streets)

We visited this Costa coffee store recently. It was a Sunday so nothing much was open. The town was dead quiet and so was the coffee shop. I have read that this shop does get very busy and from what I can recall they only had the one coffee machine but I could be wrong. The shop is located fairly central in the town's centre and the shop has been designed with set back tinted windows so in the summer you can avoid the heat. The shop was very clean and fresh looking. The table we sat at didn't suffer the normal problem most Costa shop tables normally suffer and that's wobbly! :) They had a young girl working the service area, she was fairly efficient but right at the end of serving before I left the counter I was shocked that she started TXTing on her phone that was cleverly hidden from view. I said thanks and she replied starring down at the counters tapping away with no final eye contact like you would expect. Hmmm, I don't think that is allowed during work time. I didn't use the toilet facilities was unable to comment on cleanliness of the W/C. All in all it was a nice experience and is one of the better clean stores I have visited. I will still give this one a 5 out of 5...

We had a nice cup of coffee and an got chocolate here recently, a bit pricy but a good place to meet friends

as you would expect excellent service considering the amount of people using the place.They always turn out the best coffee.

Unaccepably long queue - always. Unmotivated, disinterested staff, one particular young female loudly using foul language in front of customers and young children. A disgrace to Costa and to Warminster. Will not return to this Costa.

This is the place for coffee, you know exactly what you are going to get.... Good coffee.
