Too loud for me. However, thats me. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Always good food in here, brilliant for sport as they will show multiple games off football at the same time, plenty of seating and great drinks choices

What a great find, food is spot on good value for money, clean and also friendly staff. We popped in for a birthday treat, and we had a share platter and a burger and chicken meal. Will be popping back again next time we come to Lincoln. Loads of space to watch the football and cricket etc.

Great for students if you can get the mixr app to work otherwise pray for that maintenance loan to come through

Absolutely LUSHHHHH my two queens served us talk about prompt service on a bottomless brunch , they had BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Hospitality service , lush queens serving us . Served whatever we wanted against my better judgment like th Bloody Mary like eating lava,bad judgment and fire in one go.tiki sunrise was lush to would recommend

Having previously had a fantastic Bottomless Brunch here, I booked our team Christmas meal. Leading up to the event, I really appreciated the flexibility when updating our booking, the pre-booking options and ease of payment. On the day, the table layout was great. The staff were attentive and Maddie was great at checking when we were ready for our order to be prepared. The table service for ordering drinks was also a bonus. The food, as it had been at bottomless brunch, was tasty and everyone's meals came out in good time. Big thank you to everyone who helped make our Christmas meal a success! ❤️

Came to get food and watch a football game. 10 minutes into watching the game server came and placed a “reserved” placard on our table basically telling us we will be kicked out before the end of the game (only 1h15m heads up too) even though the table wasn’t reserved when we sat. At least we avoided putting in a full food order at half time. Food I’ve had here in previous years is decent though. Very rude, don’t come here if you don’t have a booking. Only sports bar that will kick you out before you watched a game. Edit: just want to add since they responded, that they had not been moved by other guests but instead were being placed for the first time as we were informed. We had already moved twice due to other tables getting these stickers replaced.

I have enjoyed many a bottomless brunch here and so I organised my work xmas get together for last night. We had the xmas menu, food was great. My hand carved turkey dinner was huge and fresh. Turkey wasn't dry all the veg and Yorkshire pudding was tasty. Not one complaint from any of us. Great value for money. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great bar! Really enjoyed visiting. The food was fab - the pizzas were actually surprisingly good! Loved the loaded chips too. Busy, fun bar but no issue getting sat and great team!

Went for the Bottomless Brunch and it was great value £35 for 2hrs. Good range of menu choices for food and drink (including non-alcoholic), servers were attentive and friendly, good background music and atmosphere. Will definitely visit again - and thank you to Maddie who was our main server.

Rachel was absolutely incredible, was swiftly getting dirty glasses off our table and was such a friendly, kindhearted and lovely person.

Went for an afternoon bottomless brunch, service was quick and no complaints over the food. Pub was clean and tidy too and staff very polite. Looking forward to my next one!

Ordered food for delivery this evening, missing fries, doughballs and a beer I paid for Called up, spoke to bar staff then manager. They told me to take it up with deliveroo, who i said won't resolve. Manager told me to f*ck off then hung up when I swore back. I will be visiting the store next week, let's see him swear at my face.

Lovely decor, good food and drinks. Met a few merry people on our visit, but that's to be expected when there's a bottomless happy hour available! 😂

To be honest we did have few problems in terms of staff they were a bit rude and pool tables are a bit tight to play on in terms of the wall and it is a bit pricey I do prefer the William Forster one good thing tho was the tables were nice and clean for us and the chicken wings were great.

George was absolutely amazing and so attentive. 100% recommend. Good and drink was spot on.

Visited for bottomless brunch. Was 4 of us. 3 of us really liked the food, the other who had bbq pizza, did not enjoy the pizza as was way too much bbq sauce. Drinks were varied and good. Service reasonably good and friendly. Was a decent bottomless brunch and nice venue - would be good for live football as screens everywhere.

Customer service was amazing, the staff were amazing. Loved the food. We had bottomless brunch and got served by George and he was lovely and very welcoming. Will definitely come again.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Amelia. She was incredible! We were here for bottomless brunch and she smashed it! Constantly making sure our food was ok and our drinks were full. Excelled my expectations in many ways and she made the experience.

Nipped in for lunch with my wife, staff very friendly and helpful. Showed us about downloading the app for a free drink. Ordered the spicy pizza which was perfect. The lily's mango cider is top notch. Will definitely be back soon

The mailbox is always great if it’s a game day or just for a drinks in town. Love the food and the outdoor seating area. Dogs can be taken in the outdoor seating area. TV screens are big and can be seen from all around. Always a must when we are going for drinks in town.

Me and three friends went here for bottomless brunch this Saturday. The service was really friendly and welcoming. There was a great selection of food and drinks for a bottomless brunch. The drinks were free flowing and we definitely got our monies worth. The cocktails were very tasty and they did not skimp on the alcohol. Everyone’s food was tasty, one minor quibble was a non runny egg on a breakfast, other than that we couldn’t fault it. I’ve always rated this bar, the atmosphere and vibes are great. Felt compelled to review though as the bottomless brunch was so fab and defo good value at £35 pp. I’ve heard it the best brunch in Lincoln and wouldn’t disagree with that.

Lovely place with a nice rear area but over £5 for a pint of low grade lager is taking the pi$$.

Bought 2 bagels from across the road, came in bought a pint, gin lemonade and some chips, to be told halfway through eating the bagel we cannot eat it in here🤣 Spent more here than the bagels! Bagels 10/10

Had a really good time when visiting the mailbox - they certainly know how to deliver !! Beer was good, food varied, with good feedback from all my mates. Give it a try!

My brother always tries to buy me food here when i visit and today we finally made it for lunch. Clean, friendly and helpful, we had a lovely meal. The staff were very helpful when we’d made an error in ordering and rectified the situation swiftly and painlessly. We will be back!

Food and service at first was brilliant.. swap shifts how rude can you be 20 mins waiting for a drink to then be told give them a minute sat flirting at bar rude and unprofessional one bar staff let the hole team down

Amazing atmosphere a lot of tables pre booked, manager Maddie very accmadating for us with our 2 year old son got us sat down nice and quick and a high chair, food was amazing good selection of beers child meal was a bargain and great portion size

I took my mum here yesterday for bottomless brunch, absolutely amazing service from beth, never with a empty drink , always checking on us , half way down our drinks she would come and get a order for the next one. Food was amazing alot of it aswell. Would definitely come again . Used to go here quite regularly but since I got charged £5.for a pint if ale they have priced themselves out if my the comfort zone if my wallet into luxury level. Haven't been back since September 2023. Hope it's still dog friendly though.

My sister and I did the bottomless brunch and could not have had a better time. The food was lovely and the service was amazing. Everyone checked in every 10-15 minutes to make sure our food was OK and that we had enough drinks, and honestly I don't think I'd do a bottomless brunch anywhere else.

Great atmosphere and lots of screens to watch the sports on. Prioritises football over rugby which can be a tad annoying when it's a big rugby game and they are screening a piddly football game. Also the drinks are pretty spenny, basically London prices!

Very busy Friday night but very quick and friendly service at the bar. Good atmosphere in the pub just stopped for a drink.

Good for watching football. A few screens to see a football match. It's mainly for younger people, louder music, so harder to talk. It's has good choice of beers and traditional glass for the ale drink I had.

Discriminatory and rude bar staff. Terrible service especially from the horrible lady on bar on 4th November. When I informed her that her behaviour was extremely rude, she laughed in our faces. Won’t be returning.

Typical sport bar/pub. Loud, so don't go expecting to be able to have a chat easily. The lady who served us was great, very helpful and informative. The food was good but perhaps a bit expensive for what it was. We had to ask for the basil that should have been on the pizzas. It was given without any issue. I was though very disappointed with the lack of mocktails and soft drink options.

Nice to have a pool table in a place, though so pokey the cues tend to hit the walls or someone in the booths at the side. Mind you, at the prices you won't be playing many frames anyway, so I guess that's one way to keep the wait time for a table down. Downloaded the app to order food and drinks. Went through all the hoops, bells and whistles to get an order done and pay yet nothing came - it had failed to process in the end. Friends I was with that did get something were ill the next day, so I may have had a lucky escape in the end. Unlikely I'll be returning to this one as it does not have the charisma to warrant a second visit.

We booked a table to watch the Ireland v Scotland rugby world cup game that had an 8pm kick off on a Saturday night. We did worry about how they would balance the showing of live sport against their regular Saturday night schedule. In hindsight, we should have realised they wont and just stayed at home. Despite the website being explict that they were taking RWC specific bookings, there was no effort made to ensure that the game was enjoyable or even watchable. We were stuck in a corner, with an obsecured view, so we couldn't see the screen properly or the score or gameclock and had to contend with people and barstaff constantly blocking ourview. The commentary was also drowned out by the DJ. There were 3 tables between us and the screen who were not there for the game. The space was there to have arranged a different set up, if appropriately planned by the staff in advance. We asked a staff member about moving. He said he would check then ignored us. Knowing we had pre booked for the game, we were given a table in the corner furthest from the screen and speakers, blocked by 3 tables who were closer to the screen yet not there for the game Despite advertising bookings for the games, to say the effort put in to ensuring they were watchable was tokenistic, would be a generous exaggeration, at best. If your priority is your regular Saturday night schedule that is understandable. I get that the rugby was not the priority for many. Then don't pretend otherwise and to do so is simply dishonest. To those who might respond, "its Saturday night, what did you expect?" I simply expect the thing I booked to do, to be provided to a good standard. Mailbox had no interest in doing so. They should have simply not taken bookings for the later games as it is clear they are unable or unwilling to balance the competing needs. If you want to see a game with a later kick off, I wouldn't come here. I certainly won't be back for any more games, early or late.

We did the bottomless supper and had Connor as our host. The food was great but above that was the service by Connor. He was helpful and super friendly (even though his team Liverpool lost - sorry Connor! We tried to cheer them on!). Even though the bar was packed with people watching the footie he was super attentive and we definitely got our moneys worth! He was fab and hopefully next time we come he's working!

Connor was the greatest server ever. Kept us topped up and made it worth every penny

The food and service is quite typical of a busy Lincoln pub, however with good deals and lively decor this pub is nice to be in. Clean, open, and full of music and people enjoying themselves, it's a nice place to visit for a laugh at your local. It's also great for sport coverage, and is calm enough around early afternoon that you could even sit in to get some work done. It's very large so at most times there's always a busy area and an intimate one to suit your experience. Overall about 3.8 out of 5 as its a nice quality pub.
