Pedí un trío de salami, tomate seco y mozzarella, el sándwich que recibí estaba seco, la lechuga estaba amarilla y marchita y no había tomate seco y, para colmo, esperé demasiado tiempo para lo que recibí, que entró en el cubo, y quiero una tarjeta de lealtad . . no, gracias

Sándwiches recién hechos. Ellos le hacen ellos para pedir e incluso ajustar el llenado a su gusto. El queso y mermelada de cebolla roja era diferente y sabroso. También cajas ensalada a la orden. Buenos precios. Sandwich Shop independiente excepcional en el corazón del desastre.

Again another small independent. We really enjoyed our coffee and cake. Cake had that home made taste.

It could be argued that an Excellent marking for the Lunch Box is high, but we can assure you that, looking at the whole experience sitting at the table to the rear of the building on a glorious Spring day enjoying hot bacon and beef rolls together with homemade Bakewell Tart was a true delight. Welcoming and efficient staff, fair prices and good food added to a memorable day in the City.

After looking round York for a quick bite that would satisfy the whole family hubby remembered passing this sandwich shop and we thought we'd give it a try... We bought: Artisan bread sandwich of mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, chicken and pesto Plain ham sandwich (the fussy 6 year old!) Tuna and cucumber sandwich Chinese chicken sandwich Olive pot Drinks Chocolate fudge brownie and a rocky road slice... Total bill came to about £16-ish. So not much more than we'd have paid if we'd gone for a 'meal deal' from Boots but a definitely of a lot better, tastier, fresher and with more choice! The weather wasn't great on our visit but they had a table and chairs set up out back, under shelter, and we enjoyed sitting eating our food out of the rain... No complaints from any of the products we bought, the people serving were lovely and made the kids sandwiches fresh because they didn't have anything ready that the kids would eat... We recommend and will return!

The barbeque chicken sandwich is gorgeous. I would recommend, great value, friendly customer service. There is a good range of sandwiches, salads, drinks and snacks. I regularly come back here.

I work in York city and am fed up with cold, same old sandwiches from supermarkets, here I can have what I fancy or one of the specials at a more competitive price.
