Cheapest bar in Notts, ok food if you're not too fussy, well kept beers & a good mix of patrons. Bar games & sports on TV too. Well worth a drop in.

Had a fantastic meal. Came hot and delicious. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointing on the lack of promoting St George's Day last Wednesday I'm Nottingham This is an English Day of Celebrition. On St Patrick's promoting a long weekend of events, pride promotion. being Irish myself and British it was definitely disappointing when this is your own Country . Shameful . Won't ever go in again and neither will my friends.

Went in earlier stud at the bar just as someone else did, they got served 1st didn't mind as downloading the app, then some other fellow turned up and got served before me, now I'm a plus sized gal can't miss me but well and truly pd off , when I said I was next got looked at like dirt so left the premises and went to Spoons and got served straight away, such a shame as usually love your pub, so brekky at Spoons in morning

Didn’t have food only a a couple of pints with the Mrs but they are so rude In here. No acknowledgement when you’re stood at the bar and walked past several times. Eventually got served but staff behind the bar talking about their personal lives rather than customer service.

We were regular visitors for food but after three visits of returning cold food, only to receive more cold food. We have decided enough is enough. Complaints only got us apologies. We will go elsewhere in future.

Come here to play darts every Friday. Always a nice atmosphere. Good staff. Nice food. What's not to like

Cool bar, nice darts boards, shows all the sports and great service from Lauren. Beers all a decent price as well. Worth a visit in Nottingham.

Ist time we went for breakfast it was spot on 2nd time today was expensive and frozen My friend and I had a full breakfast the sausage bacon mushrooms were good the eggs were overcooked the beans were cold the toast was hard the best were the hash browns were solid. frozen solid ........they were still frozen they were replaced but they should have been checked before serving the tea was supposed to be a pot it was just a cupful for £2.79 ..........£3+ for a glass of orange juice No wonder there was only two of us in there !!

Good place to watch the rugby. Good selection of beers and food. Well worth a visit. I recommend booking a table though as it can get busy.

Would be better if they had more than two staff on when it's one of their busiest days of the year. And if those staff were competent.

Went there for food yet in the morning so it was t busy and we had to wait ages for our food and when it came to the table it wasn’t hot and they have made multiple errors with each dish. However when it was brought to their attention they had refunded for their mistake and apologised. If this didn’t happen then I would consider coming back however that isn’t the case.

Just had a stone cold jacket potato, topping was hard, awful. On a lunch break so didn't have time to return it.

Shambles of a pub, the foods hard, cold and to be honest I wouldn't feed it to my dog! The staff are useless and never smile, don't care about the service at all! Don't bother going in!!

Such a cosy little pub. However I didn’t no appreciate over hearing the bar staff talking s*** about my boyfriend behind the bar as I was waiting to be served and then again when I walked away made my experience uncomfortable

Been in today and asked Ben about booking a table for tomorrow for my friend's birthday and he was brilliant as usual.

Gets a weekly visit from us usally on a Sunday afternoon. The real ales are well looked after & prices are reasonable.

Came in to watch the football and thought I'd spice it up a bit with the spicy chicken burger and I can tell you it was a spicy burger! My guy Angus even sorted me with some jalapenos on the side to get that extra spiciness that I was after, mans a proper hero.

Had such a lovely time at the Loxley. The food and staff were really friendly, specifically Angus, was super attentive and welcoming. Would definitely revisit and recommend to anyone in Nottingham.

I didn't eat here but the place was lovely and cosy and had plenty of alcohol free options. The staff were very welcoming and helpful as I'm a wheelchair user. Would happily visit again.

I recently visited the Loxley and had a great time! The atmosphere was lively and I enjoyed the food. Angus, in particular, went above and beyond for my table and was a standout staff member. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for sports and entertainment!

Me and my partner came here for a drink, the staff are lovely! It's just a shame the outdoor areas tables wasn't clean or cleaned while we was there and the seated area outside is also on a hill so award to sit and be comfortable

Loxley, what can I say We came before an england game the atmosphere was 👌🏾with a dj playing football anthems, it was very busy but our food came in good time we had the euro platter, After the game finishes the dj carried on playing and got all the crowd up dancing. I will definitely visit again lauren one of the team got us up dancing

My food didn't come out until after all of my family had finished eating, plus they forgot to put through a desert so we ended up being overcharged because the deal didn't come through

Came in just for a quick drink and it happened to be a Thursday with Premier League Darts at the Arena and the place was packed! Great atmosphere, a pool table, 2 dart boards, screens in every corner of the bar so the coverage is amazing (and they can change the screen individually, especially for booths). Can't wait for Euros to start, will definitely book as it may be quite busy

Me and my friends came for st patrick's day. They had a dj on in the evening and were the busy place in town. We all had a great time and would definitely attend again for the 80s night they have coming up March 29th
