Brooke was great, very attentive to the table and helpful! She was quick with her service but not over bearing! Brooke would tell us how to use our blue light and explain it to us! She made our night very enjoyable!

When we were seated a very polite server Jordan couldn’t do enough for us and we had placed our food and drinks order within minutes and had our drinks not long after the drinks were perfect and didn’t have to wait long for our food at all and it was the best food I’ve had at a restaurant for a long time lots of flavour and the spice wasn’t overpowering either the music was a great touch and I look forward to our next visit to turtle bay Leeds thanks again to jordan

Let's talk about how Josh has a smiley face in his name on the card? 😏 JK - Genuinely Josh made us feel immediately welcomed (whilst clearing up eeeeevvvvvery one elses bits and pieces) and simultaneously still brought amazing cocktails, gave us the wink on the 241 and was an absolute pleasure! I love Turtle Bay (the one is Staines has hosted me and colleagues for years) and yet it's always good to have fantastically engaging service whenever I get to come back to my home town. SIX stars for the customer experience (and you need to add that to your lamentable 1990s 'survey model ") Thanks Josh. 👌

It was our first time at turtle bay in Leeds and Rowan was absolutely fantastic!! He looked after us the whole two hours and didn’t disappoint with the drinks!! We will definitely be back and hopefully are able to request Rowan again

A fantastic place to eat. Food is amazing if a little spicy (probably depends on preference) rowan the waiter was on top of every thing always there to serve and brilliantly fast service. Drinks all the time. Worth the money always and the staff are great. You cant argue £80 for 2 mains and 10 cocktails each. If youre ever considering bottomless bruch i would pick here.

Me and 2 of my friends came for the bottomless brunch today. The young man Rowan who served us lovely, so helpful and polite. He recommended drinks for us and helped when we needed to move tables as our time was up. The food was very tasty but the warmth of the food wasn't very good. It was very quiet for lunch time but that didn't bother us as we wanted it to be chilled.

Just popped in for a bit to eat and a drink and found the atmosphere amazing really great staff,very friendly and welcoming especially our server maia who provided some great food and drink recommendations

Our food was lovely and fast service. Our server was Liv who was very attentive and friendly just wish you had the leave a-tip option at the till to add to the bill for card payments so couldn't leave one dur to having no cash .

would only give it a 1 star because of the drinks however we ordered 3 chicken burgers none of them cooked was told it’s because it’s a chicken thigh absolutely crazy wouldn’t recommend eating here drinks are good tho

Visited for my birthday last week. Great service, very kind and attentive. The garlic pit prawns are always unreal. The goat curry was lovely, all succulent pieces of meat not one chewy bit! We will be back!
