Sarah was incredibly attentive, always ensuring our drinks were topped up and that we were comfortable. She had a genuine smile, excellent recommendations, and a great sense of humor that made us feel welcomed right away. Brooke’s attention to detail and efficiency didn’t go unnoticed either; she seamlessly anticipated our needs and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. Both of them worked together effortlessly, creating a lively and positive atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Bottomless brunch was fabulous! Free flowing cocktails and a good choice. No silly rules about having to finish 1 drink before ordering the next. The food was amazingly tasty. We upgraded to full main meal. Portion size was a little small but I have a good appetite. Once we finished the brunch we were politely moved to a bar table. Server was great! Food & drinks great! Reasonably priced.

We had Abbie.F as our waitress she was the best waitress gace us the best service i 100% recommend. Abbie your were a doll and we hope we were a nice table to take care of!!

Came for a bottomless brunch for my friends birthday and we honestly had the best bottomless I’ve ever tried all down to our server Jordan he went above and beyond to make sure we were all catered for our dietary requirements and topped up with drinks the whole time - he couldn’t have been more personable and helpful big thanks and appreciation to him xxx

We Went for bottomless brunch for my 18th birthday, it was a lovely place and we had the best time. Our server was Tierney and she was amazing, she made sure we always had what we needed and kept us topped up with our drinks , definitely recommend.

Ordered food from here, they accepted the order & told me it would be 1 hour , after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes they just turned around and cancelled the order . Why make me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for nothing. no explanation either, not happy as I was hungry & by the time they sent the cancellation notice it was too late to order elsewhere. Rubbish service .

Curry goat tasted like that curry they put on Japanese katsu. Tasty enough but not really Caribbean.

Excellent service made this a 5* visit. Thanks Sarah and Jasmine. We wanted to swap tables - no fuss, happily accommodated. One of our mains wasn’t great, this was sensed by Sarah (excellent manager) who took it off the bill with no fuss. Attentive service. Other food delicious. The difference really was in the service here. A real concerted effort from the whole team to keep guests happy, and you can see they clearly care which in these times is rare. Thank you. We’ll be back!

Promptly hown to our seats, order taken within 10 minutes by the waitress who explained what offers were on currently. Food arrived quickly and was very nice. Great selection of drinks and an extensive list of Caribbean based cocktails to choose from. Atmosphere is chilled out and the place had a good vibe. Clean and tidy and obviously a popular place with all ages. Price of food and drink was ok as well not too expensive. Would definitely go back again.

I've visited Turtle Bay a few times on work dos and always had a great time. Lovely atmosphere, trendy place, great cocktails, and good selection of food. We pre ordered the food as quite a few of us. I'd recommend this place for a get together with friends.

Maia was amazing always making sure we had drinks throughout our brunch even though they've so busy she couldn't have been any better!

Our waitress Maia was so so amazing during our bottomless brunch! Drinks were so fast, she noticed our table wobbling and fixed it before even we noticed, and there was a drink each already waiting when we arrived a little bit late! Thanks so so much xxx

The food was impeccable, my Mac and cheese was made even better by the addition of jerk chicken. Service was warm and friendly although they did manage to put my ice cream on my friend's plate!! They brought me some as soon as we told them so we both ended up with extra ice cream. The atmosphere was bustling, with great music and general merriment, there was, however , one table of girls being particularly raucous and that marred the evening a little. Other than that and the 5* all round.

The food was served to us in a timely manner and was warm with all the right flavours. The service was attentive by Mitch who made sure we were never without a drink. Been a few times and loved it. Came Saturday for my birthday at one point left without a drink for nearly forty mins. Far too packed and too little staff. Why advertise it as bottomless if you can only serve five cocktails to two people in two hours. Only managed five aswell as we grabbed another waitress. Think our waitresss wanted to be anywhere bar there.
