The staff are always polite, good service & nice atmosphere. I resently damage my new trousers when sitting on a chair in the garden there .I have to commend Louise the manager who promptly replied to my request to reimburse me for the damaged trousers Louise replaced the trousers promptly. Its nice to have good customer service

I always get a good cappuccino here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff friendly.

After a negative experience at another cafe, it was a pleasure to come here. The staff very welcoming and friendly. Good, prompt, service. Only had a coffee, which was very nice.

Popular coffee shop -- pricey -- a limited menu (scones/toasties) and missing a trick as they stop all warm food & even sandwiches by 14:30 (only offer cakes; if they have any left by then.) Limited food choices but the friendly staff helps you to want to make a return visit.

My visit was work related but having never been to Alcester before and now I have come across this lovely friend cafe will certainly make a more personal visit next time

Interesting and in the best sense quirky little coffee / tea shop in the historic middle of town. It has a very friendly atmosphere and our greeting was very welcoming. They have a nice range of cakes, and I personally recommend the cappuccino cake. There is a small courtyard garden out the back with a variety of seating to suit all themed as child, dog and fairy friendly (you have to see it to understand the last part!)and prices are reasonable for what you get. Recommended.

What a great café! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty coffee. The food selection is simple, but well made and very tasty (paninis, sandwiches and of course a good selection of cake). Just right for a café. After all, if you are looking for a meal you should be in a restaurant 🙂 All in all, one of my favourite cafés here in Alcester. Pop in and have a coffee when you are around. Enjoy.

Fabulous cocktail bar with extensive range of drinks. Staff are amazing and friendly. Lovely garden out back. Only one toilet.

Fantastic tapas platter with our happy hour cocktails. Took our French inlaws and they gave it plenty of ooh laa laas. Will definitely be coming back soon for more.

I love this place, great food, comfy seating & great service. Only criticism would be blinds really dusty in toilet, & base of toilet not cleaned. Deep clean needed. 👌

Lovely warm cherry & almond scone, fab strawberry milkshake. Victoria sandwich, coffee & walnut cakes good portions. Good coffees, especially one made with coconut milk! Nice ambiance/staff (quite small cafe).

As one of the other Coffee Shops decided to stop serving food at quite an early time we decided to try this establishment again after hearing it had been taken over by new management. We were greeted by two very friendly staff who made us feel welcome relaxed and found that it had a lovely addition of a garden at the back which was very popular with customers. The food and drink was excellent and was reasonably priced Thank you and we will definitely come again.

Very nice coffee but the flat white is just a small latte - no foam at all. Anywhere that sells a large flat white doesn't really know their coffee...

Had a full English breakfast here & it was superb wife & her sister had a egg benedict was wonderful would recommend this cafe.

Wet table with heavy residue, I asked for a dry wipe which was fine. Afterward I was left with a sticky table I couldn't lean on so I was left leaning on the menu which a pretentious waitress tried to remove when serving my tea. Upon enquiring about the stickiness I was told 'they're all like that.' Unacceptable. Couldn't poach and egg as the 'kitchen isn't set up for it.' Upon enquiring how the eggs were scrambled they use a microwave, you could tell... The bacon was served under my beans which covered half the plate and I was met with the most sad looking sausage I've ever seen in my life. Seriously I know a cafe is there to make a few quid but I didn't know produce of that quality was avaliable for sale. Awful. I've worked in the catering trade and wouldn't dare serve food of that quality with a straight face. Upon enquiry of the sausage in question I was assured is was cooked fresh which I wasn't going to argue about as at this point I'd seen enough. Left a tenner on the table and left to save everyone the embarrassment. Seriously if you have any standards what so ever, do not waste your time and money.

Lovely coffee shop. Popped in with my son, we shared a really good scone & jam, I enjoyed my coffee and he had what he described as "the most chocolaty hot chocolate I've ever had!" Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere really sealed the deal. Highly recommended.

Great service. Told staff only had 20 mins as during our lunch break. Our drinks arrived promptly and all our coffees were the right temperature and they all had a good flavour too.

Visited this cafe today and we had a lovely coffee, however we also asked for a warm water each (me, my mother and grandmother) when we came to pay the lady told us we would be charged for the water at £1 each!! My mum spoke to the manager as she was in disbelief that we could be charged for water. The manager informed us that us having a warm water each uses her electric so therefore is charged at £1 per cup. Absolutely disgusting! There is no price on the drinks menu for water so I would advise new menus? We won't be visiting again. Staff were friendly, manager was very patronising!

Great coffee and good food in a friendly atmosphere.

Stopped by for a breakfast whilst visiting Alcester and was greeted by a very warm welcome. Cooked breakfast was perfect and not greasy at all. Also had soya milk which is great for me not being able to have lactose. Very clean and lovely atmosphere! Will definitely visit again!

Presumptous and Pompous staff . Food good . When we visited we were told the coffee machine was broken . We could have instant coffee . This is not affecting our score . Shortly after we arrived the lights started going on and off due to some unexplained activity by the staff . On one table next to us the Waitress was overheard saying " I heard you the first time ! " To a customer ! Quite rudely .The menu is limited but the toasted sandwiches and scones were good . Then it transpires that another couple near us who ordered before us had received no food despite waiting over half an hour . An apology was forthcoming but you could at least let them off paying for their two hot drinks ! :-( Very disappointing. Take a secret squirrel visit to Orange Mabel and learn the art of polite and friendly .

Strange place, I would even say pretencious...Why try to be something you are not? I wanted to order my coffee at the counter but I was asked to seat down and my order will be taken at the table - "as there are few other drinks currently on order"... I thought this is a coffee shop not a restaurant. I should leave at this point. I wanted to pay by card and here we go another issue - my coffee was £2.15 and I was informed that I have to spend £5 to pay by card! I asked why? No answer... I thought we are in 2018? No? The card machine was there, business bank account charges starts from £6.50 per month...not per transaction? If your card machine provider charges you extra for transactions below £5per find another one! Fortunately I had a phone call and had to leave so I asked for a take away cup and ... suprise suprise that was additional 50p!!! I am aware that the government is calling for 25p charge but let's not push it too far! Get your service and pricing sorted. Perfect place to visit if you like bitter aftertaste!

Have visited on many occasions. Food is always excellent, fresh and nicely served. Staff are friendly and attentive without being over the top. Coffee is good.
