El personal de Rudess alguna vez espacialmente el calvo grosero, poco profesional la comida es promedio y sobreprecio . . Fui allí varias veces ya que mi oficina está cerca de ella. Cada vez es una nueva experiencia de desaprobación. nunca más le ahorrará tiempo y salud

En un buen día tiene una agradable zona de estar al aire libre, pero ese es el único buen punto (e incluso que no estaba muy limpio). La comida es comida estándar - pasteles, baguettes, ensaladas, etc. Muy mal servicio del personal hosco.

Mi hijo y yo fuimos a tomar una copa en el café lodge. Nos sentamos en una mesa y la copa de mi hijo se cubrió de bayas de su árbol y a pesar de que yo trataba de sacarlo está arruinado. Hicimos una queja y la respuesta de los gerentes fue que no deberíamos habernos sentado debajo del árbol y no había absolutamente nada que ella pudiera hacer. El gerente fue grosero y condescendiente conmigo delante de mi hijo.

Este café tiene una ubicación muy práctica, en la entrada de Hyde Park Corner a Hyde Park. Es un lugar con licencia, pero también ofrece bebidas calientes y aperitivos. Hay una bonita zona de estar al aire libre en la parte trasera.

Endroit sympathique aux portes de Hyde park où nous n’avons pas mangé mais juste pris un verre et c’était très bien pour cet usage

Service wise this is a new low but the sandwiches were nice, the pricing fair and the location first class. Expected worse so still worthwhile.

I have never met anyone as rude as this man serving us in the service industry. Unfortunately this is the type of place that nobody is going to research before going to it so this review will probably only be read by others who have had a problem after visiting. We stopped as I was having a diabetic hypo and this was the closest place selling food. I started to say my order and the man literally clicked his fingers and told me to order faster! My sister was with me and she asked for a decaf latte. He responded “no decaf” and shooed her out of the door waving his hand!! In normal circumstances I would have told him to forget the order and work on his service skills but unfortunately as my blood sugar was so low I needed to have something to eat and not waste time finding somewhere else.

I have been here before and it was ok. This time, really bad. The two serving ladies were rude, not paying attention to what they were doing and were generally inefficient. Overcharged me for the order, got the order wrong, did not provide a receipt when I asked and eventually got one ….which was not what I had asked for and they had to refund part of it. Never again! Lots of other places to go.

Convenient, not cheap. Good selection of salads. You can eat outside. Basically, you are here for the convenience and convenient location.

The lodge cafe is a nice spot for a coffee or a bite to eat. Located right at the gate to Hyde Park opposite the Lanesborough Hotel. Good.

Unbelievably rude service. One way system that does not work. The man behind the counter barked every answer. Insipid coffee and no decaf.

Walking in Hyde Park I seen this cafe, very small but great outdoor space. I got a sandwich and in the court yard with tables there is a small kiosk and I have got 2 beers and I was assisted from a very friendly young staff originally from India, Great Job man

Probably what most people expect. There is very little in the area which is sensibly priced. (I am a visitor to London). As you go in you see a display of sandwiches etc., in a cold display. After choosing, you then go through an arch to find a warming cabinet, with ‘hot’ food in. A bit late in the decision making walk. Reviews show extremes. The counter staff have probably never smiled. The food was quite good actually. We found it more than satisfactory. Underlined by noticing a ‘Hop On’ bus driver grabbing a roll during a break. The toilets were well cleaned - half an inch of sudsy water everywhere. Underground with the kitchen down the corridor. It worked for us.

I popped in here on Sunday morning, I won't be bothering again. The staff member there was rude and the food is overpriced. There are plenty of other place within walking distance and I recommend taking the extra 5 mins to find them.

Awful experience.cramped . expensive.rude arrogant staff ,just remember,the people you are awful with ,you may have to meet again on the way down ,they are probably the luckiest business people alive to have a cafe in that location,it is a want not a need so just because you think customers need your expensive tiny cups of coffee just think on its us customers that keep you in clothes,be a bit nicer please ,it costs a lot less than your purchases

We purchased a tea and coffee and sat at a table outside overlooking Hyde Park, it was a nice spot to people watch. All the staff were polite and friendly and tables were clean and tidy. The toilets were perfectly acceptable.

HOT FOOD ADVERTISED - Hot food is advertised but they just make up when they don’t do it anymore. I visited at 5 and they told me that the kitchen was closed, but still the signs were there saying that they were offering it. A few couples after us asked the same thing, to be really arrogantly told the same as me. RUDE STAFF - I asked for my pasta to be reheated as the middle was ice cold, after shouting “Huh?” at me obnoxiously she took the tray from me and told me to wait outside. I waited in the doorway where i heard her say to her coworker “she’s asked me to reheat it because apparently it’s cold” then she saw that I heard, passed the tray back and said in a really hurried tone “If you have anymore problems please come back in”. OVERPRICED - Two small sandwiches, two drinks and one pasta = £40!!! THE TOILETS ARE FILTHY - Tampon applicators thrown around the bins, pad wrappers and dirty toilet tissue stuffed everywhere. Bins are overflowing. Definitely won’t be returning, stay away!

Un bar come tanti, non particolarmente pulito - salvo una bella posizione, accanto a Hyde Park - che non offre niente di particolare, che segnalo per la scortesia respingente della cameriera. Entro, la saluto, mi avvio alla cassa per pagare e ordinare. La suddetta cameriera si fionda verso di me, mi chiede con fare aggressivo e inquisitorio cosa voglio; io rispondo un caffè e la toilette - domanda lecita e necessaria, poiché molti bar a Londra ne sono sprovvisti - lei mi risponde “Prima paga, poi usa il bagno”. Esistono tanti avventori irrispettosi ma le buone maniere, almeno civili, rientrano nelle mansioni di chi lavora con il pubblico. Al di là ti tutto, i bagni sono praticabili ma non brillano per pulizia.

Lovely place to stop at whilst on a walk in Hyde park, position is super convenient. Coffee was great and staff very welcoming. Loved the outside area perfect for enjoying the sun ! :)

We weren't sure what was open in London but we were very happy to find this cafe open. Four of us had afternoon tea and coffee with cake, very friendly helpful staff and lovely little garden.
