The Little Yellow Door in Kensington and Chelsea

I was asked to leave because we were standing at the bar. I think we just weren’t the vibe as we weren’t a group of white people. We had just finished a meal for my 26th birthday and paid quite a lot. I am white but my friends were not. Recently I also went for a friend’s birthday. It felt very exclusive. The bar tenders also assumed doubles for the 6 drinks I bought amounting to over £80.

A true gem. Lucienne provided exquisite service. The drinks are excellent. The (GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY!) food was outstanding. It was so good we started then ended the night here. Cocktails and food round one, basement dancefloor and a disco ball round two. A+.

Minimum age 21 for entry in this day and age is quite frankly embarrassing. The legal drinking age in this country is 18. Enforce an etiquette code, not age based discrimination. Pathetic from what looked to be a really nice venue. Well done for absolutely obliterating me and my party’s opinion of you, do better.

First time at the Yellow Door and what a great experience and welcome from Lucienne and Chanel. They are dog friendly! Lots of love for our big doggo. They have games to play too. Will 100% be coming back

Went to The Little Yellow Door last Saturday💛💛 was absolutely amazed by the friendly atmosphere! The whole team were so kind, SPECIAL shoutout to Lucienne✨ who made our night! Really enjoyed this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Lucienne the waitress, who always goes and above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, and is so good and remembering names. They make a range of drinks and even do special requests. The place always attracts the best and most pleasant patrons. The food is delicious too.

Horrible to people on crutches. Not helpful at all. The girl running the door is obviously nice but it’s the management that’s the issue . When I couldn’t go in because of the crowds and being on crutches I was made to wait on the other side of the street myself with a strange man who was so drunk he was falling over.

Brought some visitors who'd never been to London because we'd heard good things but the customer service was so disappointing (bare minimum being a smile/greeting - they couldn't even meet this). We'd been told we could have a table until the time the table was reserved from (7.30pm), and they came, sat down beside us and told us we needed to leave half an hour before because the "people arrived early".. Its very embarrassing for them to say you're like a "flatmate" and "everyone's invited" in the house. Not one bit felt like this - the place felt like it had way too big of an ego.

My advice would be do NOT go here. Rude, inappropriate staff with an awful attitude to customer service . Plenty of other places near by which are much better don’t waste your time or money

Was not a good experience, waited outside until I got to the front of the queue then was told I wasn’t welcome. Was dress smart casual with a male friend and never had a drink before. When asking for the reason it was not given. I would suggest anyone with a little flavour not to attend you have no chance.

We had an amazing time to celebrate the birthday of a friend. We got a bottomless brunch menu and drinks. The chicken burger was one of the best I had in london. The staff are lovely. I really recommend. The location is perfect too.

Have been wanting to visit for ages and had the best brunch! Great value for bottomless with super yummy food in the cutest little venue. Thank you Chanel for looking after us! Only suggestion would be to get a doorbell! (We were outside knocking for 15 mins before someone let us in 😅) And a group of 5 with no reservation were then crammed onto our shared table which upset the atmosphere a bit when we'd booked ahead. Thankfully they left after a quick coffee!

We had a wonderful time at the Little Yellow Door - we came in for drinks to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect spot! All the team members we spoke to were lovely - Chanelle & Lucienne served us and were fantastic - they were really friendly, personable and offered tailored drinks / food recommendations. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a great evening here. I assumed a Saturday night just before Christmas would be packed so booked months ago but strangely the place was half empty. We ordered the turkey burger, chicken wings and pigs in blankets with stuffing balls, which were all decent, standard bar fare. The drinks were also fine but the standout was the beautiful decor and amazing service.

I booked this venue for my work Christmas party. The booking process was so easy and the event manager I was assigned with was very helpful and accommodating. We hired the den, which had great atmosphere, was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, a bar, seating and space for a dancefloor. The staff were amazing, very kind and eager to help with anything. It seemed like everyone was happy to be there and they even enjoyed our music selection (I hope). The food was also very tasty. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. For example, I asked if we can bring a Wii and they provided a convertor to HDMI for the projector, which was not expected, but was actually needed. It is small things like this, that show a good event organiser and excellent customer service. This was by far the most fun we’ve ever had at a staff Christmas party and we will be returning again next year!
