The Little Yellow Door in Kensington and Chelsea

Brought some visitors who'd never been to London because we'd heard good things but the customer service was so disappointing (bare minimum being a smile/greeting - they couldn't even meet this). We'd been told we could have a table until the time the table was reserved from (7.30pm), and they came, sat down beside us and told us we needed to leave half an hour before because the "people arrived early".. Its very embarrassing for them to say you're like a "flatmate" and "everyone's invited" in the house. Not one bit felt like this - the place felt like it had way too big of an ego.

Best botomless brunch for my friends birthday! Amazing food, very attentive staff, they were always aware if we needed something else! The aperols were 🔥🔥 Extra points for playing bud bunny for us 🔥🔥 it was a partyyyyy and a birthday cake for the birthday girl! We had the best time!

Was not a good experience, waited outside until I got to the front of the queue then was told I wasn’t welcome. Was dress smart casual with a male friend and never had a drink before. When asking for the reason it was not given. I would suggest anyone with a little flavour not to attend you have no chance.

My advice would be do NOT go here. Rude, inappropriate staff with an awful attitude to customer service . Plenty of other places near by which are much better don’t waste your time or money

We had an amazing time to celebrate the birthday of a friend. We got a bottomless brunch menu and drinks. The chicken burger was one of the best I had in london. The staff are lovely. I really recommend. The location is perfect too.

Have been wanting to visit for ages and had the best brunch! Great value for bottomless with super yummy food in the cutest little venue. Thank you Chanel for looking after us! Only suggestion would be to get a doorbell! (We were outside knocking for 15 mins before someone let us in 😅) And a group of 5 with no reservation were then crammed onto our shared table which upset the atmosphere a bit when we'd booked ahead. Thankfully they left after a quick coffee!

We had a great evening here. I assumed a Saturday night just before Christmas would be packed so booked months ago but strangely the place was half empty. We ordered the turkey burger, chicken wings and pigs in blankets with stuffing balls, which were all decent, standard bar fare. The drinks were also fine but the standout was the beautiful decor and amazing service.

I booked this venue for my work Christmas party. The booking process was so easy and the event manager I was assigned with was very helpful and accommodating. We hired the den, which had great atmosphere, was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, a bar, seating and space for a dancefloor. The staff were amazing, very kind and eager to help with anything. It seemed like everyone was happy to be there and they even enjoyed our music selection (I hope). The food was also very tasty. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. For example, I asked if we can bring a Wii and they provided a convertor to HDMI for the projector, which was not expected, but was actually needed. It is small things like this, that show a good event organiser and excellent customer service. This was by far the most fun we’ve ever had at a staff Christmas party and we will be returning again next year!

Unfortunately the place does not care that its located in a residential area. It does nothing to control the shouting and yelling of the people waiting in line. The music insulation is terrible.

I was there on Saturday for drinks. When I arrived the bar was not busy on the first floor. Nonetheless the customer service was extremely too poor. Even though I was waiting at the bar to order for 20 minutes the staff was just ignoring me and this was while the bar was not too busy. When I tried for a second time, I ordered a spanking water. Then I was waiting for at least 10 minutes and I saw the guy who took my order serving other clients. When I asked where is my drink which btw requires a second to get, he said that I didn’t pay for it. Obviously I hadn’t paid for it as he never brought me the machine. On top of everything I was charged £3.27 for a small sparkling water and he just passed me the plastic bottle even though I had asked for ice and a slice of lemon. The whole thing was ridiculous and all of this for a sparkling water - imagine what happens if you order a decent drink

Went for the £5 picantes and a few sharing plates! Would recommend the picantes, not just for the price but were great drinks as well. Also had a couple other cocktails: La La Land (would not recommend - too artificial tasting) and Crimes of Passion. Sharing plates were pretty tasty. Informal atmosphere, sat outside first then moved inside later and on the sofas.

Came for a drink and some stand up with friends, we ordered soda cans but they pour only half of the can in the glass and then keep the other half of the can for god knows what and still charge £4. Such stingy way of treating customers.

Great service and ambience of this place! Beautifully decorated and weather was great so got the chance to sit out. We will definitely be back, it's cosy and trendy, we will be back to try the evening as we heard around good things!

My friends and I went to try this pub, the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. We were served by one the bartender called Jonny he was very nice, he prepared gave some recommendations of what cocktails we could have he was really right.It was amazing time spending in here. I highly recommend to visit this place and obviously come back again for a night out with friends.

Went here for birthday drinks with my husband. Really lovely place and super friendly staff. Massive shout out to Chanel, who was the most amazing host. Offered us complimentary shots for my birthday and stayed to have one with us. Had a really nice chat with her and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had the most delicious cocktails upstairs for a few hours and then headed downstairs to the club. Dj was great, atmosphere was brilliant. Looking forward to the next time. ( We didn't have any food, so can't comment.)

My daughter has booked a table which ended up being in the cellar, they had hugely overbooked, so offered us another table half hour later, which ended up outside , so that was great. Gave us free bottle and shots, cocktails were different and tasty. Had a couple of small food dishes that were tasty, ended up a lovely evening

House party vibe. Club downstairs. You will find people of all backgrounds and ages 18 - 60, middle class ish. 90s music 🎵 upstairs. Downstairs is more dance and electronic. Super staff. ⚠️ You’ll be asked for an ID, even if you look a lot older. Could be a photo of an ID. But need BRP, driving licence, passport.

Best food, drinks and vibes in Notting Hill (and wider London). Had incredible service from Chanel, Rids and George, and wonderful food from chef Frankie. The picante’s, no tuna tacos and halloumi fries were delicious. Super cute and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be going back!!

This was such a cute, quirky place in Notting Hill. The vibe of the place is like you’re at someone’s house, you literally share a table with other people. We made friends with the ladies at ours and we also made friends with other people there too. We had the bottomless brunch which consisted of 90mins of prosecco, aperol spritz, beer or house punch. The food was really good too! We had a chicken burger and pancakes. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area, just to even grab a drink.

HIGHLY recommend. The minute I stopped by for a drink, I knew I wanted to come back again for food and with a larger group too. The decor and ambiance is incredible; the waiting staff are so friendly and helpful; the drinks are lush. The food looked delicious too. It's a place you could spend all day (if allowed :-D) I can't wait to go back!

Went to the little yellow door for a birthday drinks. fell in love with the place, the service and the cocktail menu. The ambience was amazing. As if you were having a drink at home. The service was impeccable thanks to Chanel and the rest of the team. The cocktails were corky and strong; named after classic Hollywood flicks. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to trying the other doors

We had a lovely time at this cocktail bar and we were really impressed by the drinks we had -- the Kill Bill was incredible and it was refreshing to see an actually good happy hour offer: 5 pounds for a tasty cocktail is amazing! The location is also very cozy; we will definitely be back for more drinks, to try out the food, and to play some of the board games we spotted.

Surly staff at bar on ground floor in stark contrast to guy behind the bar on basement floor desperately trying to keep up with orders on a comedy night. Also shocking toilet situation to be charging £16 a cocktail.

I’ve heard good things about this place but Saturday was an awful experience. Service was mediocre, we were on time and didn’t get served until into our brunch time. We were hoping to extend the brunch as per the menu but at 4:30 the front door was opened and we were hurried out. It didn’t feel like we were welcomed and felt like the servers were rather overwhelmed. We asked for condiments for each of us and were presented with one pot of sauce. It was that kind of vibe. We were served after a table that came in after us etc so not the best. We wanted a bottomless brunch but didn’t get an enjoyable experience unfortunately
