Our usual Chinese takeaway was shut, so we decided to give the little bridge our business. So glad we did! It was delicious! Yes portion sizes are smaller than our regular, but the quality was superior. I'd rather have quality than quantity. We'll definitely be back!

Staff were lovely and friendly. Cheap food too !! Unfortunately the portion sizes where tiny. Half filled plastic tubs.. also the food made me very poorly and I woke up today being constantly sick.

Another 5 stars ordered again the beef curry is amazing don't listen to the other woman!

Best Chinese food in Long Eaton by a million miles

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered a simple beef curry and egg fried rice. The rice was plain reheated stogg with abit of egg as a gesture and the curry was inedible, it was extremely hot ( and I can take quite abit of spice), no flavour just heat and very chewy beef. The last time I ordered from here was a terrible meal but I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt, maybe just a one off, but trust, its not. And I think with today's prices, takeaways ought to do better. I will not be ordering again.

Good Chinese takeaway, cash only, food good and most orders ready in 10-15 mins

Ordered takeout for large groups of people this evening. Delivery was fast, food was fresh, hot and delicious. Everything was spot on. Would definitely order again

Chow Mein tasted like cigarettes, not edible

Lovely curry if you order beef! Don't order chicken, it's tasteless! It's just like eating thin air. I recommend the salted chilli çhips, but seriously £3:40 for them is insane!!

I’ve been here all of 3 times first 2 was half decent but the last time was horrendous food made me very ill I’m not saying it’s always like that but from my own experience will not be going back again.

第一次路過打電話去叫外賣，我叫咗豉椒牛肉炒麵，楊州炒飯，星洲炒米。好快手10分鐘都唔洗已經準備好👍 英國中餐來講係唔錯嘅選擇，雖然味道有啲重手，不過有鑊氣呀😋味道唔會太過偏向本地人口味。 This is my first time to order, it is amazing as a UK Chinese takeaway, staff are friendly and very fast from order to well prepared for me to pick up just in 10 mins. Highly recommended and willing to order again.

The little bridge is an amazing takeaway. Firsty the staff are really friendly and being a regular, they know who i am before iv even started on what i want. The food is always amazing, always fresh, hot when it comes. If i could afford to order the salt and pepper chips and pancake rolls everyday i would because they do the best. I reccommend the little btidge to anyone as it is the best. Thank u little bridge for the amazing food. Il be ordering soon lol.

Been ordering from here for a long time. Always been very happy with the quality of food. Until last night, our order was very disappointing, portion sizes have gone down considerably , although the prices have increased. Not a problem with the price increase due to the current situation everything is increasing. Just seems unfair to cut portion size. Also the quality has gone down slightly. .

My wife and myself had heard lovely things about the Little Bridge on social media. We enjoy our Chinese food and fancied a takeaway tea after returning home from our holiday with our grandchildren. Have to say we were not disappointed lovely tasty food and it kept its heat very well when i carried it home which is a good ten minute walk. Special mention to the lovely Jane who works front of house. her attitude is perfect for the job she does.

Doesn't take card payment and not on Just Eat but probably the best Chinese in Long Eaton if you can work out how to get it.

I think the excuse was being busy, new ownership started out ok, was the beast of a bad lot in Long Eaton, but is just constantly going down hill this evenings meals were just bloody horrible and ended up in the bin Won’t be using again

I used to live not far from the Little Bridge. I used to ask for certain things which I always got. Very accommodating establishment. I highly recommend it.

We have tried most of the Chinese takeaways in long eaton .. this one is definately the best .. if you thought all Chinese food tastes the same .. you are so wrong ... this is our new favourite Chinese takeaway ... quality at affordable prices .. highly recommended

Had some food from here last month and loved it. Had to go back and have more today ( Sat 24th March). Didn't disappoint. Very nice food. Would definitely recommend.

Understand this is now under new management. The food is awful, far too salty and curry is way too spicy. Have used this Chinese for years but will not be using anymore. Very sad.

Have Been going here for years. It's probably the best Chinese in long Eaton. Always good food, always hot and always served with a smile. Cash only though.

Everything you order is spot on brilliant food clean premises nice staff and quick on deliveries . My son owns his own restaurant and he says it's great too. I highly recommend it. In fact I'm I'm having one tonight 03/02/2017 yummmmmmie

We've walked past this place so often and kept thinking we need to try it, I guess we've been put off previously by the fact its not on just eat or hungry house, and it only takes cash payments. However, we rarely get takeaways and figured we'd give it a go. We were really impressed. Quality of food, speed of service, portions, and friendly staff all get 5 stars. Price is reasonable, very good value for money. This place is worth having a look at. We had: Starter platter Chicken fried rice Beef chow mien Szechuan chicken

Loved the food and met great people like Daniel and Lisa. Would recommend to anyone who likes traditional Chinese food. My favourite dish was the king prawn omelette. To improve the menu they could add more seafood especially my favourite: tuna!

Having been to 'The Little Bridge' for many years it'd be hard to say it isn't a good place to get takeaway food from. However, the lack of option in the area lead myself and my family to keep going. The food is generally very good and is portioned well. The delivery service is also very prompt and food is delivered still warm. My main concern with this establishment is the manner in which phone call deliveries are taken. The lady behind the phone last time was very rude and left me wanting to hang up before my order was taken. They are clearly rushed, but that in no way makes it appropriate to hurry up their customers and make them feel like just 'another order'. Having said all that, I most probably will go again (unless competition opens up nearby). 3 1/2 of out 5.

Good points, chips great, curry sauce great, egg fried rice great, crispy chicken balls (batter had flavour that was good but meat inside very poor quality, looked anaemic) Cantonese chicken ok but again not great, cooked till it was chewy like rubber, it's a shame as I held out high hopes after reading reviews, new to area so hopefully will find our Chinese takeaway soon!!!!!!!!!!! Ps delivery was fast to finish on a positive....

Me and my fella are obsessed with little bridge! I don't live in delivery distance but I don't mind going out of the way to have food from here. Service is spot on. Great food!

Really fancied a Cantonese meal the other night so pulled the menu's out the draw and saw this place and remembered how good it used to be. Well nothing has changed. Awesome. The mandarin spare ribs fell apart. The special fried rice was excellent and the szechuan chicken was spicy. Good food, good value and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We have a takeaway about once every three weeks from here, consistently good and better than others in the area, we know this because when the Little Bridge closes for holidays we try alternatives and never have as good an experience.

No connection with the management other than as a paying customer. We have tried any takeaways and the little bridge always wins. I am concerned with quality, price and ease of service. This takeaway, is top of all three. I prefer to pick up and the food is ready within a few minutes of when they say. The food quality is 6 stars, sadly we can only give 5. I do not like to give such high acclaim but it's deserved.

Had nice meal-food was good but lady on the phone when ringing order through was very rude and unpleasantly abrupt...unfortunately will go elsewhere now-such a shame!

This has to be the best takeaway there is. They need an award for service and friendliness. Pity they have to take holidays!!! You are missed when away.

We live in Long Eaton and always go here if we want a chinese.Everytime the food is cooked perfect and is delicious.The staff are very friendly but if you want to order a takeaway from here phone early because it is that popular they stop answering the phone after a while.
