Never thought to eat here but reviews were favourable so had a quick stop for dinner. It definitely had a drinkers vibe but the lounge was quieter. Anyway, seeing the price of the food (pie / chilli @£5.95!!) we did wonder what the quality would be like. I ordered boozy pie. The puff lid, if I'm being picky, could've been done crisper, but there was tons of tender meat, and the chips and the veg were cooked to perfection. Partners chilli was reported to be very tasty too. Enjoyed our meals. Six quid!!!!!!!

Went here today just passing on the off chance as we walked out the previous pub So we seen the menu and had a Sunday roast what was amazing The two ladies working was very polite and very helpful 👍 thank you

Really nice chilled environment, lovely food and drinks. Dog friendly 😊🐶

We came to watch George Michael Tribute, started an hour late, he was ok, building smelt Damp. Building needs lots of TLC . Was very Busy and lots of children.
