The Bachata classes every Tuesday at 8 are really really good, and great value

Called here by mistake for a birthday party. However, we stayed for a drink and chatted to staff as we hadn't been here before. Staff were very polite and chatty, drinks were good and the decor and atmosphere seemed very good also. We moved on to our proper venue only to discover my wife had lost her bank card. I rang Bolehall Manor to see if they found it but sadly not. However, I got a call back later to say it had been found in the car park and handed in. Thanks to whoever handed it in and the staff there for keeping it safe till the next day.

Beer was off, toilets not very pleasant.Staff very welcoming place needs updating

Went to see a musician here and loved it as a small music venue. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was friendly. Good choice of drinks on the bar and a large car park.

Yet another celebration attended in this lovely venue, staff never fail to deliver a tasty buffet, reasonably priced drinks and a pleasant atmosphere! Love the fairy lights that are part of the decor- adds to the attraction of the place! Toilets are basic but clean& functional....well done Bolehall Manor for keeping going! I enjoy going there...

The last Thursday of the month host a rock and roll evening, that has musicians from Birmingham, 60's bands performing old favourites. Very enjoyable.

There for a wedding recption. Nice place but very dated. Floors were a bit 'sticky' and toilets were aged.

Very sad vist for a funeral excellent snacks and service by staff However the toilet facilities were disgraceful needs some serious upgrade and more supervision on hygiene and clenliness no excuse

I was best man for a wedding here on 25th March 2023. The room was fine but my best friends were promised pizzas, chicken nuggets, sandwiches the works for £960. When the food came out they got 10 trays of sandwiches and a 2 trays of quiche. They then went back the next day to collect their cards and gifts to find Andy had a party for his granddaughter with all the food my friends had paid for, he is a complete crook, avoid like the plague.

Had our wedding reception here, everything but the food was spot on. We had paid £960 for a buffet to consist of normal buffet and some hot food which Andy had agreed the Thursday before. When the day came there was just hundreds of sandwiches, very little of anything else and no hot food and no crisps either. People left early because of this. This put a dampner on the evening and Andy hasn't even had the decency to respond when I have complained! We picked up our things on the Sunday and there was a kids party on and the buffet for them had more of a selection than we had. What selection we did have did not come close to what we paid! I feel we were just a cash cow to him and we certainly won't be booking this venue again for any future events. We've only given 2 stars because the room and the car was good, just the food let us down. Word of advice don't have him do your food!!

We held my mum's wake here. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent.

Old building and nice venue albeit last few visits have been there for Funerals. They can cater for any needs and offer good facilities.

Attended a wake in lovely surroundings. Food and beverages provided were very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Tribute nights well worth a visit. Top performers in a good atmosphere.

Gem of a club. Andy is a superb host/DJ and a genuinely very funny guy. The staff were lovely. We had a great night and are looking to visit again soon.

I cannot recommend Andy and Gail highly enough. They have been the best hosts you could ever wish for. The room was amazing and Gail dressed it perfectly for our wedding. It looked beautiful. We are so happy, they contributed to our perfect day. Thank you both so much. ❤

Had my 50th and my wife's 50th birthday parties here, great venue,Andy is a great host and is very accommodating to your needs. Food,DJ, photo booth are all available.

Lovely never been before clean loveley bar staff would go again

Membership just not worth it more like a wmc than a members club Members forced to sit at the back of the room. It's a pity membership holds so little reward.

Attended a friend's 40th anniversary party here recently, staff were appallingly rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Childish giggling and shouting while speeches were being made, despite being asked to be quiet by several other guests they considered it more important to act this way than to shut up so that the person paying for it all could give her husband a gift on stage etc. Disgusting behaviour.

Go here every year for a running club presentation and thoroughly enjoy it, which is due to the cleanliness, staff and location with plenty of parking.

Brilliant, we loved it. Our work had our annual party here and it was fabulous. The bar staff are lovely and very quick to serve everyone. The toilets are nice and clean, and the smoking areas are nice and regularly checked. An absolutely stunning building and garden. Thank you

I recently attended a friends party at this place and was impressed at the set up. Very large function room with plenty of staff so there was no waiting at the bar. Food provided was excellent. A top class club.

Visited Bolehall Manor to finalise wedding plans. Andy is a great host and will work hard to give you a great day. Lovely building and inside is great with lots of character. Would recommend this place to one and all as a venue for special occasions.

Nice club only thing not good for my hubby was the steps to toilet. Hes on oxygen and not very steady on his feet. Staff were very obliging when i needed receipt for drinks

I have now used this venue on three different occassions for private bookings each time the customer service has been faultless, nothing is too much trouble for Andy and his staff. The venue looks like a stately home on the outside, set in its own grounds overlooking a river, with its own private car parking. Inside its lovely, perfect for any party, function or event. I would recommend this venue with out a moments hesitation.

Huge amount of space in rooms, friendly staff, the coffee isn't good, but the tea is spot-on. Plenty of parking too.

Played here at a private party - great venue. Perfect , nice big dancefloor, lovely garden, good sound system, lighting must be one of the best set ups I've seen (most comprehensive certainly) and friendly helpful staff (thank you Andy)

Went to a 30th birthday party and I found the venue great great inside plenty of room and space for the kids to run around outside had a great night and would recommend it as a venue
