Delivery order placed online and then rejected after 10 mins. 5 days for a refund, no one picking up the phone. What a joke!

Very disappointed !!! We ordered a delivery online on Sunday evening 8PM and received a confirmation email of the order and payment made. According to the website and email, the food should be delivered (to Marlow) after 30 minutes. At 8:40 PM we received another email that the order was cancelled as they had too many orders. 40 minutes to notify us... Further, when checking the credit card payment, we noted that this had been taken twice, in total about £140. Let's see when this will be reimbursed. The Last Viceroy in Flackwell Heath did not answer our calls. Really poor service. We also called the restaurant in Bourne End. The two places had been linked in the past, but we were told that the delivery service had been sold a few months ago. Sadly we could not try it.

Haven’t ordered from here for a while. The dishes we ordered all looked pretty much the same watery and the main thing lacking was FLAVOUR !!!!! No chilliest ? Coriander or substance to any dish. We had aloo gobi was huge pieces of cauliflower again no flavour. Would certainly not recommend. And fCertainly won’t be ordering again !!!!

One of the best Indian restaurants. Take away, the food was to die for. Had home delivery for the family. Would I return = Can't wait

Thankful that we were able to get 30 family and friends together for a special celebration, Hannan could not have been more helpful. Excellent service and delicious food - which was enjoyed all evening, with leftovers too! We are regulars for takeaway and we are delighted that we could share this with a larger group. We have been having take aways from here ever since it first opened, have tried a variety of different dishes and everything has been really tasty. Definitely the best Indian food in the area!

Great takeaway. Never had a bad meal from her. Always get the order correct and usually on time for collection - they do offer a discount for collection if you want to watch the pennies.

Fantastic take away, every time it is perfect. Every dish is preparedto the highest quality. Would seriously recommend this take away!

With very friendly staff and excellent food, this is our favourite Indian restaurant and situated very locally in Bourne End. The meals have always been very good with a willingness on their part to make a dish a little different to the stated menu to suit a requested taste! Best to book in advance for a Friday or Saturday because it does get very busy and also quite congested in the front part of the restaurant due to a high demand of take-away sales. Thoroughly recommended.

Haven't used this local for several years, but we were blown away by the flavour and sheer quality of the dishes we ordered. Will be ordering for my birthday in a few weeks' time. Top job, Chef!

Like it’s restaurant this takeaway outlet is of the same standard for service and food.A short distance from my house to walk there and back in the village.

We decided to try this option after coming home late one night. I can recommend - portion sizes are good and everything cooked and flavoured very well. Will be going back

Good food but it is always a case of waiting far too long for your food. Always longer than they say it’s going to be.

We have just had a really nice meal delivered, first time using as we are visiting relatives, A great king prawn with coconut main, saag aloo, onion barjee. All really good. Onion barjee was one of the best I have had from a take-away. Keep up the good work and would recommend and will definitely use again when we are next in the area.

First time i've used them , food was really good. We collected order but when we got back one item was missing which was disapointing.

Finally a gluten free coeliac friendly take away. The food is outstanding for a take away and I’ve pretty much eaten my way through the gluten free menu (which is almost everything!). Everything is fresh and not once have I been unwell. Also they’re ever so friendly and very helpful.

Tres de los curry no eran lo que yo esperaba, quizás demasiado aceite y todos sabían mucho de similar, aunque eran platos completamente diferentes.No iré a ese lugar particular, ya que hay un nuevo lugar mucho mejor unos minutos.

Generally very good takeaway... probably the best onion bhaji I have ever had, Naan breads are average. Chicken Bhuna is delicious and the chicken Balti could do with a bit more flavour. You will not be disappointed but you will find better

Fuimos con un par de amigos en una noche de jueves un poco atrasado comida de cumpleaños. Teníamos una mesa reservada con antelación para las 7pm, pero otro grupo aparezca n que dio nuestra mesa! ! Sin embargo, lograron literalmente poder acomodarnos, ya que el sitio era muy muy ocupado!

We order here frequently however there is always something missing from the order placed. Understaffed, slow and the food isn't actually that great just average. Much better Indian restaurants around in the area.

We ordered a take away for 9 , went to the pub for an hour after placing our order the picked it up, all the food was excellent....over ordered as always but excellent

We travel from Hazlemere to use this Take Away. food is always fabulous, and portions are large. particularly like the plastic microwave dishes that the food is served in.

It's average and nothing to write home about. I love Indian food but these days you have to offer something special with all the other many Indian restaurants out there. Unfortunately this didn't live up to my expectations but maybe mine are too high..

Got to be the best takeaway in Bucks. Royal Lamb Masala is to die for. But every dish we have had from there has been a success. Gonna have to try the restaurant in Bourne End. But the takeaway is brilliant in Flackwell Heath we cannot fault. Nom nom nom

Great curries, but I feel a little over priced. Delivery time was just over an hour on a Sunday evening too. The quality of the food here though is very good and would recommend it. For a take away Indian I don't think I would go anywhere else! Great addition to Flackwell Heath

Lovely dishes with a variety of fish poultry and lamb, all very tender with seems like very good grade. The lamb with coconut and chilli is superb and the best tandoori mixed grill I ever had, all equally good to their sit down restaurant in Bourne End, my new favourite restaurant and takeaway.

The main restaurant is located in Bourne End. This outlet in Flackwell Heath is the takeaway offshoot. The food is freshly cooked and we found the meal very enjoyable and up to the standard of the main restaurant. We would certainly use it again.

The take away in Flackwell Heath is always busy, and over optimistic on when your food will be ready. Parking for collection is not good - so go to the restaurant in Bourne End - the food is better there too

For the 3rd time in the last year or so we have sat down to eat some of the most delicious take away curry dishes you will ever enjoy, only to find IT'S NOT IN THE BAG! Not good enough guys!! Lovely staff, really excellent quality food but attention to detail would be good. Having to check your whole order before you walk away from pick up or before the delivery driver disappears is not much fun! Looks like we even have to open the naan breads this time to check that it's keema naan and not the plain one we didn't order! Too late, we'd already been back up there for the second time to collect the missing meal!! So frustrating when the whole idea of takeaway is to make home cooking easy on those "chef's night's off". PLEASE Last Viceroy, check your orders thoroughly - it's so disappointing having to drive back to you when everyone else is tucking in!

Probably one of the best currys I have had in the area. Slightly watery but good tastes. Would recommend

We was told 30minutes for our food to be delivered. We waited 1hour and 20min for our food to arrive. The pappodoms were soggy. Food just about warm. Heated up again in the microwave, didn't give the flavour we expected. The onion bajees were covered in oil. Disappointed to say the least. We won't be back there.

Whether you go to their restaurant in Bourne End or have a takeaway from Flackwell Heath, these guys are absolutely the top of the tree. We have been using this fine restaurant for 10 years and are really happy they did a delivery service too. Friendly service and food that is off the charts. Don't even consider going anywhere else! I can recommend the Chili Chicken Korma Masala - it has a nice kick to a creamy dish and the Bombay Potatoes are amazing! Enjoy! BTW the Trip advisor asks for a month you visited - we eat at least once, twice or maybe more a month. Beautiful food!

This is a take away only restaurant paired up with a sit in restaurant in Bourne End. The Last Viceroy has a great reputation and the take away in Flackwell Heath is what you'd expect coming from a restaurant with such credentials. The service is perfect the staff always very polite and friendly. Then there's the food. The menu offers more than just your Tikka Masala or Rogan Josh, there choices that you'll rarely find anywhere else including beef curry. Highly recommend it.

This take-away/delivery only restaurant, will surely thrive if it continues to provide consistently excellent food.Had a very tasty jalfrezi with rice which was fresh and wasn't falsely coloured.Waiting area is smartly furnished and staff are friendly and polite.The main competitor to this establishment will do well to recover from the serious issue which led to its temporary closure and the other local alternative is extremely shabby/ dirty in comparison.

It is take away only but they offer an excellent delivery service, essential if you are home alone with the young family.Food has always been really good, quality Indian cuisine and staff are friendly.

This is a takeaway only establishment a 'sister' to its name sake restaurant based in Bourne End.We have had several takeaways from The Last Viceroy and can honestly say that each and everyone has been perfect, we opt for delivery and have found the dishes to be wonderfully hot and tasty and the delivery people friendly. Food is reasonably priced and comes in goood quality containers,if you enjoy curries you'll love theirs.

Ordered takeaway from here a few times always very good, friendly and excellent value for money, will definitely recommend and will be ordering again when my family come to stay over Christmas.

Just had our first takeaway from the new viceroy in Flackwell Heath .. Absolutely delicious ! Only gripe was the poppodums don't automatically come with the chutneys but oath wise it was superb
