This is our third visit, one lunch and second pizza night. We enjoyed the pizzas so much last time we came back for them again. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Never been before and as its only 2km away we walked on a sunny Friday evening. Very friendly staff and good outside table service, pizzas were amazing, cooked by Leah (prob spelt that wrong) lots of choice of toppings and had fresh basil. Garden and furniture a little shabby, is more of a boozers pub that often has entertainment, however would definitely return for evening drinks with friends for pizzas.

Went in for a drink. Came out 3 hours later having had a good lunch, entertained by a trio playing good music and sampled their good wood fired pizza. Welcome was warm and friendly. Food was bar food but well cooked and presented and excellent portions. Don’t pass by the door.

We were looking for a simple lunch before checking into a local spa hotel. Ham, egg and chips and a sandwich, a decent pint and a couple of glasses of wine, so nothing radical for a pub but generous with decent ham off the bone, served by the very welcoming landlady. We were very satisfied; it hit the spot!

We are two couples that lunch every three or four weeks at different local establishments and found this gem a while ago and decided to try it again to see if it was just as good as the first time we went there. It was!!! There are no airs and graces about the place and what you see is what you get. Good food great pub atmosphere, excellent service, good value and a good laugh with the locals who do tend to hog the bar but then it is their pub!!

Today a group of 10 cyclists called in for lunch at The Lamb. Our bikes were shown the rear garden, and the gate was locked, so a plus there. Inside, is a small, very traditional pub, with very friendly staff, and freshly prepared, typical “ pub grub”. The menu was quite extensive, and the pricing very reasonable. The bathrooms were also kept nice and clean. Well worth the visit, and will definitely revisit.

Tucked away, stumbled over this little pub today. Very traditional, pretty cottage garden, and the best tuna mayo sandwich I've had in a pub for years. Well priced too and all very friendly.

The Lamb is one of two pubs in Swanley Village, and by far the nicest. It is a simple and unpretentious place, but all the better for it. The Lamb is very friendly and welcoming, has a nice garden and serves good beer and simple pub food. They also have a petanque piste, with an enthusiastic team playing in the local pub leagues. Parking can be tricky, though.

I have just come in from visiting the Lamb Inn for lunch with friends. A group of four of us go out every month to a different pub/restaurant in this local area and I have to say that this pub was probably the best pub we have visited for ambience, friendliness, no airs and graces, good food (the best pub grub we have had) and at a good price. If you want good food at a good price and like a good old fashioned pub then this is the place for you. We will definitely go again.

A nice traditional English country pub with an old fashioned fire place & fire, which was nice. A small but friendly pub where staff are very helpful. They have a good selection of drinks at average prices. A nice environment for a quiet stress free drink.

Went to lunch today at The Lamb. What a charming country pub. The food was excellent, reasonably priced and delicious. There is a good selection of beers and lagers, I was driving so I couldn’t try them but I am sure they too were very good!

Great food, freshly made and excellent value for money, warm welcome from the locals, even the dog was made to feel at home. Parking is the only problem as road is so narrow and only a small car park. Well worth a visit if you are in the area, only about 5/10mins off the M25.

We go to the Lamb regularly and always found it very friendly under the stewardship of Liz. The menu is varied and is all cooked & presented well. Their Sunday roast is plentiful and tasty.

Takes a bit of time to get used to being 'a stranger' but the locals really are friendly and helpful. Parking is tight but just tell everyone your car and they will ask you to move it when needed, no problem. Beers very good Shepherd Neame! Lovely little local, worth a detour for.

We use the Lamb as our petanque venue during the summer, when Liz the landlady provides us with an excellent buffet lunch. Our end of season presentation event attracted over 30 members. This is so well received by members that it is hoped that we can run quizzes during the winter which include a buffet. I would recommend this traditional pub for its good beer and food, also the friendly service. If you have a large group I would suggest car sharing as parking is limited.

First of all let me just explain, this is a pub that serves food rather than a restaurant. As a pub it is charming. Very typical old style traditional English pub. Quite small but very friendly with a roaring open fire. Shame about the large flat screen TV which is permanently on. The pub is carpeted which keeps noise levels down so it is easy to talk here which cannot be said for many more modern venues. There is no car park and on street parking is very limited. This pub is dog friendly and a water bowl is available for your pooches if required. They are sure to get a fuss made of them. Now to the food. Again very typical old style traditional fare. They offer hot meals such as scampi and chips that sort of thing as well as jacket potatoes and sandwiches. My friend and I went for the sandwiches as it was lunchtime and we would be eating in the evening. It has to be said, the choice and presentation lacks imagination. The choice is ham, cheese, prawn in seafood sauce, chicken mayo and tuna mayo, there might have been another, and if you like any greenery with your sandwiches then you will be a bit disappointed by the few sprigs you get with it on the plate. If you are looking for a place to eat then I would not recommend this pub but if it is a place to be able to chat and catch up with a friend or friends, or just enjoy a drink in a proper village pub then this place is ideal.

Went on Friday and was very poor ( I said before I wouldn’t go again & wish I hadn’t ). No poached eggs as they were “too busy” & can you believe they’d run out of bread by 2 o’clock? How about you send someone to Waitrose to restock ? Definitely my last visit. Will go to Gail’s or one of the other places . This is a cafe without a toilet that charges top notch prices and doesn’t offer the food or service to match .

Lovely spot to stop on a walk for coffee or lunch or drive there too. It had good outdoor and indoor seating and you’re served from a shipping container on a farm. The food is good and some unusual choices. The service is slow as everything is freshly made so don’t go there when you’re in a hurry!
