Horrible, all of my food was spilled in the bag, driver claimed he was handed the order that way. Please provide email so I can send pictures of this as I require a refund

Driver sent a message saying he was outside, he wasnt, I messaged him, no reply, I called the restaurant to check, when the driver did turn up, after directing him fully, he said I gave the wrong address..I disnt i double checked with the restaurant as order from the all the time! resulted in the food being freezing cold! We hardly ate any, that's why we gave it 3 stars, because it wasn't the food itself

This is not a Caribbean takeaway. These are asians pretending to be Caribbeans. The worst food I've ever eaten. The oxtail is not your usual Jamaican oxtail but just boiled meat with lots of gravy. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Take it from me avoid!

The lady on the phone is soo rude and I ordered on just eat and they kept adding time to the delivery which I already waited 2 hours and I rang to ask and they said just eat don’t have drivers and told me to ring just eat and then I rang back up to offer a solution and they lady cut me off before even explaining. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

The portions just great and the chicken and ox tail was cooked to perfection, so tender 😋 coleslaw was amazing. Quite expensive but worth it. Would recommend and order again!

The most terrible service restaraunt you could come across! Imitating black people but can’t give good service to black customers ,expecting me as the customer to do your job for you ! I will never order from this place again and if you love your community do not support them

Maya and Megan helped guide me to the best order I could have made. The curry mutton was delicious and I had the mango mojito. Can’t forget the loaded fries. Food came very quick and I was constantly checked if everything was okay and I really appreciated it. Definitely coming back again with family and friends.

food used to be good, I’d always get the box meal with all the sides, but it tastes bland and off/rancid now, especially the curried goat, like not right at all, my drink was missing like the final 2/3 times I ordered too, such a shame it was my go to comfort food for a few years !

There was only one plantain that was given on both orders and the gravy was a lot but overall good on taste

Not authentic taste, general taste was poor and wasn’t packaged correct resulting in sauce leaking out into the bag.

Honestly hands down the best carribean spot in south Birmingham, rarely ever get takeaway but when I do it’s always here, service and quality of food are out of this world and these guys definately deserve their flowers

my order didn't arrive. The just eat driver kept changing the time and i had to go to collect the food myself. if I could give no stars for delivery I would have. I expect a response from Just Eat as to why the driver accepted the order but never turned up and a refund for delivery and my time having to go pick up the order myself.

Massive portions! Curry coat, rice and peas tasted great. Friday dumplings were standard. Only thing they forgot my coleslaw so it did feel like it was lacking something, even they gave me steamed veg if they ran out of it coleslaw. I will return tho, it arrived in 15 mins. I’ll probably just ring to confirm my order before hand. Thanks 👍🏽

Mutton was vile old and the gravy was all jelly like not warmed up properly cud not it any of it

I was disappointed. I ordered oxtail and rice, my partner had curry coat and rice. There was no flavour in either of the meal boxes. This was surprising as I have ordered here before and the meals usually taste authentically Jamaican. For the price we payed, we expected better.

Partner made me right a review it was that good. The curry goat was probably the best one he’s ever ordered and the portion size was lovely

I always order from here and don't often have any problems but this was not the case today.Ackee way too peppery. plantin sooo gresey and the burger just fell apart Food was luke warm..And the very small size of the dumplings are very disappointing.

Brown stew chicken never looked or tasted like it suppose to. 4 little pieces of baby chicken. Full a pepper. Not sure why. Anno Chef Martin cook that. Delivery driver had wholeheap of gravy spill out in the bag.

Driver arrived with half the food spilled out into the olastic bag as he didn't bother to carry it level.

Honestly the food was questionable.. please tell me why the gravy of my oxtail was jelly? Food was old and dry, lamb chops were like leather, chicken wings dry as F… would never ever order from here again. I’m not sure if this food was cooked even this week lord knows I’ll have rub belly tonight
