A great little quirky B&B which offered some lovely complementary cakes. And a coffee machine. Perfectly located for a walk onto the high street and nice and quiet.

Spent one night in room one. Arrived to no WiFi, made a quick call and it was sorted straight away no messing, however if you want Netflix you must take your own account details. Rooms very nice, but could do with some paint around the skirting boards as they have taken a beating. Had a shower in the evening then went to have a shower in the morning, opened the door and came out gagging from the smell of the drains which was awful hence 4 star. Breakfast great, plenty of food, overnight oats, cakes and orange 🍊 etc all very good. Would stay again but drains would have to be sorted. Regards

We had an absolutely incredible break here this weekend, the best we’ve had in years. I drove to the location late at night on a Friday, so finding the house initially was a little nerve-racking, but that was due to my own inexperience (parking, too, is a little tricky but the instructions provided are very detailed and helpful). Once we found the property (we stayed at No8 in room 2), we had an absolute blast — many thanks to Simon for all help and guidance and a great stay. Before the room, I have to give a shout-out to the breakfast and the refreshments provided, the chocolate truffles are some of the best I’ve had in my life (I don’t even love truffles, but these were irresistible). The overnight oats pot is also great and so delicious. A lovely breakfast, but the chocolates are just next level. The room is gorgeous, has the atmosphere and facilities of a 5-star hotel (better than most of those, frankly). The bath, shower, fluffy mats and the heated floors, as well as the lighting, were to die for, and it was great to have an armchair in the bathroom to be able to sit and talk. We will most definitely be back and had an absolutely great time.

What a lovely stay. I booked my room quite late in the day and the team accommodated me no problem. The room was stunning. Would recommend room 7 if you get a chance to stay the bathroom is a converted vault with the original brickwork and felt like a sauna/spa. Everything was thought through. Breakfast is in the room ready for you with fresh milk, orange juice, baked goods and homemade overnight oats / fruit salad in your mini bar. Tea and coffee is also provided. The bathroom was STUNNING and the rain shower felt like such a treat. Location just off the high street. Parked on the high street after 6 it’s free until 8 am and you can extend to 10 am which is checkout time. Thank you for making my first visit to Marlborough so lovely - I be coming back.

Beautiful old rooms, modernized but left old. Small but cozy.

Decided to have a short weekend away and really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, really close to Marlborough high street! Room 3 was comfortable and cosy, the in-room continental breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed it. Great communication from the owners, had a very smooth check in process. Toilet had a slight smell, could be the plumbing? But was overall fine in the room as we kept the door shut. Had a really good stay in general and we will 100% be back if we're in the area again!

Had a lovely one night stay in this hotel. Room was clean, cosy and had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend.

Above and beyond! Such a comfortable room, an excellent breakfast, And great Coffee provided. We also really enjoyed the mini burgers and cocktails offered by Scott in their restaurant next door. I wish Simon and Francesca all the best as they are offering people such a lovely place to stay.

Right in town, perfect for couples weekend away. Parking is by public parking near by. Amazing rooms, very clean! Staff are lovely.

Room was lovely, bed was super comfy and check in was very easy. Lovely choice for breakfast. Only problem was finding somewhere to park but this was not a huge problem. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend the cocktail making masterclass.

Beautifully decorated and furnished double room with lots of in room breakfast options incl fresh fruit cocktail, soaked oats, cerqls, pastries . Very accommodating owner and helped us very generously with a few things. Thank u so much !
