The Kings Arms in Hillingdon

Staff don't speak very good English. Tried to return an Amazon parcel four times as they had no labels. Every time I was told to come back they still had no labels. Then given the excuse it was because of the weather!!!!! The phone number they gave me wouldn't connect. It has cost me more in petrol than the value of the item. Complete waste of time.

Used this Beefeater for several years now closing. Never received my birthday meal. My son who also has a loyalty card has received 50% off because of closure I have received NOTHING. How's this for loyalty

The waffle and the ice creams , the whole thing tased like baby’s vomit for some reason! What a waste! I normally go to the southall brach which at least the food doesn’t taste bad but today Uxbridge, absolutely disgusting taste! They need to look into this

Only popped in to use the toilet in Northwood branch.. Asked for the code... But wow loo seat hanging off. Liquid on the floor.. good job I'm good at hovering as I was desperate but wow needs some maintenance for sure . The staff seemed very friendly
