We found this gem of a place a few hours after landing in London. It was my wife's birthday that evening (Thursday). We called ahead because we knew we were going to be out late with a 4 year old in tow. They assured us it would be fine. We arrived 5 minutes later than expected (after the kitchen was scheduled to close) but they kept it open for us. We quickly put in our Porterhouse Steak (medium) to share with an order of Salmon, plus Sweet Potato fries for the little one. Our server was excellent who guided us with his recommendations for dinner as well as drinks. The food completely blew us away. The steak especially (waiter recommended) was transcendent. One of the best cuts of steak that I've ever eaten. The atmosphere was fine for a Thursday evening with 2-3 families and couples enjoying a nice night out in rainy but pleasant early spring London weather. It was really a pleasant overall experience and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, chill vibe and excellent food.

We discovered this restaurant by accident while walking around Belgravia. It is in a lovely location in Eccleston Yards which has a great community feel to it. The food is the best I have had in London and the spiced pork chop with fennel salad is delicious. Great steaks and burgers too. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Staff from reception to servers are all very friendly and efficient. It is also a great spot for breakfast with a great range of choices.

I haven't been able to take a photo of the food. We came hungry and we started eating right away. I ordered meat with chimichurri sauce and fries. Delicious. The meat is cooked to perfection and of good quality. My husband loved the burger and also. Totally recommendable. Very friendly staff.

It is a beautiful place, with a great atmosphere. We ate really well, the meat was simply delicious, the service was phenomenal too. One hundred percent recommended.

Our meal here could not have been better! Lovely ambiance, terrific service (prompt but not overbearing), and absolutely terrific food. We thought the sauces etc. were creative and delicious -- like the spicy honey glaze over winter vegetables. We each had steak, which was cooked to perfection and really tender and tasty. Definitely recommend this well-run family restaurant, and look forward to dining here again soon.

Today, me and my family had a wonderful experience at The Jones Family Kitchen. The food was delicious, the size of the Sunday Roast amazing, the service excellent. My baby was treated like a princess. We are very impressed by the Bulgarian boys who are working there, they made us feel at home.

One of the best steakhouses in London! The ribeye was superb and the taste was so good even without the chimichuri sauce. The sides were tasty too. Highly recommend it!!!

Tucked away in a very cool place and with the look inside of a California hip dining place, this looked promising. The ambience was ruined by awful loud music and I did ask for it to be turned down. There were only a handful of diners and most were deep in conversation and the music was intrusive and added nothing to the experience. Our server was polite but lacked any warmth and looked like she would rather be somewhere else. Beetroot starter was bland - decent portion but lacked the smoky flavour that was described on the menu. The poached eggs on sourdough were well cooked and I enjoyed them. The chicken supreme on risotto look ok but the chicken was very small. With one soft drink, the bill was £60 which I thought was high for a light lunch with no alcohol. If we had gone steak and maybe a bottle of wine and some sides and a coffee I could see us running a bill of £150.

After trip to Tate Britain friends suggested this venue as near Victoria Station and tube/buses home. Very welcoming staff and starter nibbles were great. Burger for main suited me but friend struggled with steak as muscle within cut was disconcerting. However, it was steak and muscle is in there! Portion size was generous and sufficient. Wine costs were eye watering(!), but house red did the job. Background music was initially excessive, but either it got turned down or client chatter increased as later on less of an issue.

Consistently one of the best steakhouses I've had the privilege to eat in. What makes this place a pleasure is consistency of the high quality food, the excellent service and beautiful, intimate surroundings and atmosphere. The price can be high with drinks/wine but this restaurant is comparable to Hawksmoor and superior to Gaucho. You. Will. Not. Be. Disappointed. Enjoy.

This was my first time going to The Jones, and it certainly won't be my last. The fillet steak I had was probably the best steak I've ever had, and the triple cooked chips were amazing!

The best chicken Sunday roast I’ve had in 7 years living in London. Beef is also great, but the baby chicken is my fave and it’s the only place I go when I’m craving for a Sunday roast. It’s absolutely yummy, the meat is tender, the veggies extremely well seasoned, the gravy is juicy, and I love the mashed they put under the food. The whole combination is perfection.

Beautiful interior! 🌟 We visited as a family but I would personally love it if my date brought me here. 😜 Dishes I would highly recommend: ✔️Ribeye steak 🥩 was tender and delicious ✔️Pork belly sunday roast 😋 arrived with big portions, we had to share some of it with each other, it's simply too generous! ✔️Truffle mac and cheese 🧀 was very tasty and comes as a good portion considering it was a side.

Great meal and service. Enjoyed the chicken Risotto. The chicken was tender and the barley risotto was rich and flavorful. The Squid appetizers was a bit of a let down as it seemed like frozen bagged rings. Not fancy. Service was attentive and well organized. Amazing steak place! 🥩😋I highly recommend the eyerib and sirloin. Both of them were spectacular. As sides, I recommend the spinach and smash potatoes. The service was really good! The place is cozy and corky. Try to book a table in advance as it gets busy really quickly.

We popped in here as it was close to our hotel and because we were exhausted from our travel day. We ordered steak, salad and a burger. Our plates were clean and we were all fully satisfied. Definitely recommended.

Nice place, but they specialise in steak which isn't ideal for someone looking for a vegetarian option. I went for the meatless burger with triple cooked chips. The burger was very tasty (though not entirely value for money) and the chips were more like wedges and not as crunchy as I'd have hoped. Still, nice atmo, good service, and the food tasted alright 👍

Was good -- not too noisy, nice friendly waiter. Varied menu, I had the smoked mackerel hash, which was good. Nice that it wasn't crowded so not rushed out the door. Dog friendly (perhaps a bit too much as there were several there but it was fine, all well behaved).

Went for a meal here yesterday, there was plastic in the Dauphinoise potatoes. I pointed this out to the waiter after we had paid the bill. They never came back to the table after I told them so we left. Very disappointing.

Unusually for a modern restaurant in the Jones Family Kitchen you can actually converse with your companion without shouting as there are sound absorbing surfaces such as carpet. A pleasant lunch. Unhurried service.

Но я был заинтригован восторженными отзывами на Google Maps ('лучший Sunday roast!'). Расположился за баром. Sunday roast уже не оказалось: его подают до 16:00, я же пришел на час позже. Заказал бургер, mac&cheese с трюфелем и пинту местного лагера. Что ж, друзья, то ли последний прием пищи был до полудня, то ли я уже морально настроился на что-то со словом 'лучшее', но бургер был превосходный. Идеальная котлета, соус, булочка - все как оно должно быть. Мак и чиз не подвели так же, если вы как я теряете волю от одной мысли о сочетании макарон и сыра, то берите не задумываясь. Лагер освежающий, лёгкий и отлично сочетающийся с едой. Место шикарное, 5/5.

Lovely food and drinks but the front male manager was unfortunately horrible - rolling eyes when we asked for the bill (20 minutes after we originally asked - the reason we asked again was because unfortunately we missed our train) and he said ‘if only you had given us the voucher before today then the bill wouldn’t have been delayed’ to which I presented the email from over 3 weeks ago confirming the booking had been made with my voucher and his colleague confirmed this too. He spoke to both me and my husband so rudely to which we won’t be returning (this is my 3rd visit and my husband’s first which was a present to the both of us having recently got married) and whilst we loved the food, we felt so disrespected that we cannot justify returning - such a shame.

A lovely restaurant, beautifully decorated in Belgravia/Victoria. The food was top drawer, great selection of starters for nibbles and massive choice of steaks - which is their bread & butter. The service was attentive and flow of courses appropriate. The meals themselves were tasty and portion size fair. Our waitress was informed, attentive & great laugh - Thank you Judith for being "ausgezeichnet".

Came here for lunch and had the salt cod cerviche to start, followed by the fillet steak and creamed spinach. Service was great and the food was all cooked well. No complaints at all and would happily return if I'm in the area

Dined on Saturday evening with 6 friends. Service was poor from our waiter but improved when we complained. Food very average and overpriced with little imagination. Ambience was very poor as part the room was curtained off. Definitely would not recommend.

I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, but it turned out to be a genuinely disappointing experience. The food, particularly the chateaubriand, was delicious. However, the service was incredibly poor, leaving me with no desire to return. Our drink orders were forgotten, and I had to remind the staff multiple times to bring them to our table. The dishes were served at random intervals, with some arriving so late that it was impossible to fully enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, there was not a single apology or acknowledgment of the fact that this was supposed to be a birthday dinner.

I booked this restaurant as I liked the reviews. I am delighted I did. The decor was beautiful and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. We were served by Ivan who was just excellent and advised us well on what we should chose. I would not hesitate to return to this amazing restaurant that did not disappoint in any way.

Een restaurant met goed eten en service. Maar sommige zaken waren een beetje gekkig en maakte hierdoor de sfeer en beleving minder. - Opmaak / presentatie van de borden. Mijn man had de biefstuk en werd geserveerd op het bord. Geen groente of iets erbij. Zag er hierdoor erg karig uit. Mijn bord met lamskotelet was daarentegen royaal voorzien van linzen en andere groente. - Hetzelfde gold voor het dessert. 2 bolletjes ijs, waren ook echt 2 bolletjes ijs. - Daarnaast was de service af en toe bijzonder. Mijn ijsthee werd, ondanks dat mijn glas nog niet leeg was, weggehaald terwijl ik op het toilet zat. Toen we wilde afrekenen stond de kelner mee te tellen met de cash die we op tafel legden.

We arrived today from weeks in Italy and looked to Google for nearby restaurants. This wasn’t quite as near but what a delightful find. The walking directions didn’t exactly tell you to go into the courtyard but it made a bit of sense. And it is a nice courtyard to dine in. Wonderful feel to it. We probably would have been just as comfortable in their cozy dining room but outside looked like a perfect place to unwind after a grueling travel day. Great menu and Edison knew his wines. We ordered the fillet and mashed potatoes after a small spinach salad that was sooo fresh with perfectly cooked bacon, tasty blue cheese and mushrooms. We were in heaven. He offered to have the steak pre-sliced for us and the presentation was picture perfect medium rare. You could taste the char marks and it was tender and delicious. Service, food and atmosphere excellent!

Excellent service and very delicious everything we served, fish, meat and dessert, my family enjoyed it a lot, especially since it was the birthday celebration of the youngest in the house.

The atmosphere is really nice, very cozy. Service could be better, but was still alright. The food is good but not the most outstanding thing ever, some fast food restaurants have better food than this. Overall good but only worth it because of the atmosphere and I wouldn't come back again for the food.

We ordered a medium-well steak. However the one that came to us was very dry and was clearly not medium well (not how we ordered). On top of that, we waited too long for our order. For the price we payed I expected a much better service.

We walked from our hotel thru to Eccelston Court, a charmingly calm little hidden gem in Belgravia. We dined al fresco on the patio overlooking the courtyard. Charming on a lovely September evening. We enjoyed a perfectly prepared ribeye steak with frites. Staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Found this little gem near Victoria Station after returning from a day trip to Stonehenge and Bath on a Monday night. What an eclectic, yet cozy and comfortable spot. The staff was pleasant and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious! My husband and I shared the sourdough bread, a spinach and bacon salad, the ribeye cooked medium rare, truffle mac and cheese and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. It was more than enough for us both. The salad was wonderful, the steak was cooked to perfection with excellent flavor, and the mac and cheese had the perfect amount of truffle flavor to set it apart from any other mac and cheese. With the bottle of wine our bill was 119 pounds, very reasonable for a wonderful meal and experience. If I lived in London I'd definitely go back. Try this restaurant for a unique experience and wonderful meal.

Very pretty restaurant in a delightfully hidden location. The decor is sophisticated and the people running it are polished. But the food, at least on our visit, was a disappointment. The pork belly was tough, chewy and contained rock-hard bits that had to be discretely disposed of. We only ate one of the slices and had to abandon the second. The sides that accompanied the pork though, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, and other veggies were perfectly cooked and flavored. The Superfood Salad was so gritty we think the kitchen team probably forgot to thoroughly wash the leaves, leaving sand or some other substance on them. Every bite was gritty and unpleasant. The highlight of the meal was the “everything on toast”, a small but delightful meal with lots of well prepared toppings on crisply toasted bread. Though it was a lovely place to spend time, we would not return for food, unless everyone in the party was only in the mood for toast.

Had visited Jones family kitchen in 2018 in Shoreditch branch to have what I remember being the best Ribs I had ever eaten. I was truly excited and raved about this place to my partner. We came for the meat. Neither of us drink alcohol and we felt pushed by the waiter who asked three times if we wanted wine with our food. The atmosphere was not good, my partner saw children in the staff kitchen running about and poor decor, marks on walls, and little professional attitude by the people behind the bar. The meat arrived. It was ordered as medium, was more medium rare, ok, but, it was dry and the outside too charred, the burnt taste was unpleasant. We didn't want to order starters etc because we don't eat much at all and we thought the meat was going to be THE big deal. I was so heartbroken, I couldn't wait to get out of there, and felt so uncomfortable with the staff.. one shouldn't feel judged for ordering just a few items. I wish I could have had a chat with management which might have been nice and offered a partial refund or something to make up for the poorly cooked food but I was feeling too uncomfortable too, so I gritted my teeth and paid 116£ for the meat and one portion of fries <which were ok, can't go too wrong with fries> on the plus side the peppercorn sauce and mayo were nice. I will not return and definitely do not recommend this place. I expected tender, juicy meat that falls off the bone, for the price of 97£.

Was early for an appointment in the area on a Sunday and wanted to sit outside and have a drink and a snack. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely wait staff and hostess, i was alone and reading and had such a nice comfortable time. I’ll take my mom here next time we’re in the area and will absolutley be back. Haven’t had such good service in London in a very long time

Came in for an early quick lunch today and we were greeted by a lovely receptionist that took care of our luggage and we were shown to a table on the terrace. We had everything on toast and superfood salad, eggs were cooked perfectly as this was what we needed after a long journey. We appreciated we didn’t feel rushed, had some refreshing cocktails in the sun. We are definitely coming back!

The breakfast at this restaurant started my Day on the right note. The food was delicious, symphony of flavors on my palace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They Made the whole experience heartwarming. A morning Marvel. Thats now à permanent fixture on my culinary radar. I Will definitly go back. Thanks to the whole breakfast team !

This is the second time we have come to Jones Family Kitchen, and both visits have been exceptional. The food and decor are lovely but much of this is down to the service of the staff - preempting that we would prefer an outside table when the weather is warm, having the right balance of being attentive without being overbearing, and going above and beyond on birthdays by providing a brownie and card signed by the entire team in all of their first languages. I am certain that coming here for dinner will continue to be a birthday tradition for years to come.

Thursday 17th august 8am.we had just arrived in london after a 3 hour journey.. We wanted a breakfast and a coffee and saw this place close by. On arrival we got greeted by the manager ( blonde hair) as was seated. As the menu was handed to us we was told by the manager that she has had people call in sick and that she wasn't going to bother opening as she didn't want to be there either. Made us feel like we shouldn't be there wanting food and drink. Whilst waiting for our full English breakfast we felt awkward as we were the only customers. When our food was brought over we was missing the eggs and mushrooms. This wasn't noticed by the waitress ( red/pink) hair when she brought it over but after a while she came up to us and was very sorry and that she would bring it over asap. The manager ended up bringing over our eggs and mushrooms whilst laughing and finding it funny. She then also came over to tell us that her feet hurt and her shoes rub her feet. We didn't really care. We ate as fast as we could and left. Unprofessional and will definitely go to the other restaurants in Victoria next time.

This place is amazing. Such a great vibe and the food is fantastic. One of the best places to eat a good rib eye steak. Great service as well. The server was super attentive and with great attitude. This was my 3rd visit to the restaurant and surely paved the way for many more. If weather is nice, the outside seating is perfect. Look forward to my next visit. New edit: a job well done by Ercen...thank you so much for being a super attentive host. Enjoyed our tasty meals a lot.

We visited the restaurant for my 40th birthday, after going to see Hamilton at the theatre! After being initially seated by a very confused door host, we asked to sit outside and enjoyed some very tasty cocktails in the afternoon sunshine! We were then approached by who we presumed was the manager, who was very accommodating and friendly. We moved inside and ordered our meal, which was absolutely delicious. The nicest meal we've had in a long time. Overall, it was a lovely evening and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this place. My steak was cooked to perfection...and not many places can do a really good blue steak! Scallops starter was beautiful... in both taste and presentation. Lemon tart a little heavy but enjoyable. Definitely on my return to list 🥰

Had a walk in on a Monday afternoon. Had lots of free tables. The staff was really friendly. Some of the menu might be a bit overpriced, but after tasting the lunch special steak, I am a bit disappointed in myself for not ordering the full size steak. It was amazing full of flavour. Compliments to the chefs and the staff!
