Has to be one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Customer service first class. If I'm back in the area I will definitely be in to get more food. Quickly prepared and tastes excellent.

We got a carton of black bean sauce was riddled with garlic as was the salt and chilli pepper chips, gravy was like water, prawn crackers were nice, the special chow mein again was full of garlic. I love garlic but not on what it shudnt be, 1st n last time I will use you sorry.

Had special chowmein chips and mushrooms, stone cold and no taste full of grease. Normally lovely very disappointed

We ordered singapore chow mein and a house special chow mein. The singapore chow mein is a house special chow mein with curry sauce ( same noodles ). The ordinary house special was very bland and tasteless

I used to eat here regular but haven’t for a few years. Tried again tonight and what a disappointment. Firstly, the staff are lovely, really nice and friendly. But the beef chow mein had quite a burnt taste to it and the meat was very pale. The rice had no flavour at all. The chips were the only nice thing. Currently trying not to throw up right now and I didn’t even eat half of it. So disappointed.

My absolute favourite Chinese for years. Always hot and fresh food, always big portions and never had a complaint. Decent prices and the staff are so friendly and it’s nice that they remember you and make the effort to chat to you whether it be over the phone or in person, will always be back 😆

Whenever I'm in Newcastle I eat here. I can only recommend! Always tastes very good.

This used to be my regular when I lived closer to the area. I dropped in last night as I was passing and what a difference. Total let down. The ribs were more like knuckles and were full of fat 🤢 the texture of the chicken in the curry was like rubber. The chips tasted reheated and old and the chicken and sweetcorn soup was just a bowl of salt...couldn't even eat it! The only thing I enjoyed was the beef and blackbean. Even the prawn crackers were rotten. What's happened to this place!? Worst I've had in a while! Wouldn't go back.

The customer service has always been great. The food is lovely. And I will keep ordering from Jade.

I have ordered from these for a few years now and I think the food is perfect never had a problem king prawn curry with egg fried rice and chip is to die for well done jade keep up the good work ☺️

Wish I had if taken food back was stale, me and my partner have been food poisoned last night ill in bed thrown up twice and havnt left the toilet. Absolute disgrace never again!

First and last order. Chicken chow mein, egg fried rice, chips and curry sauce. Came to 18 pound delivered. The egg fried rice tasted like it was a supermarket microwave pouch and the curry sauce was just like gloopy jelly. Should have been a cheap and tasty meal but it's completely put me off. The best thing about it was the onions in the chow mein. Won't be ordering again.

What a heap of rubbish. Waited 2 hours for food and it was absolutely awful. Gravy was watery, rice tasted like cardboard, chicken was soggy and beef was chewy and off tasting, and paid £32 for the privilege. Will never use again, absolutely dreadful

Fabulous good food at a great price.

Won ton soup superb tast fresh tady vegetables and no grease stunning . House special chow mein beautifully cooked and piping hot good tast not greasy and the sauce was full of flavour Egg foo young very good flavoursome fresh cooked onions were crispy plenty of bite and flavour . Meats and prawn perfectly cooked . Chips were a bit dry . Really enjoyed our meal thank you

Very disappointed use to very good but last few months it went down hill anything u ordered tasting the same or it’s taste raw curry power ,one day the mixed salt and pepper only had prawns n chicken today is the last day to give it go but unfortunately the same rumour says the chef had left the business so it’s gonna be rubbish

Super disappointed chewy chicken and very sour sweet and sour sauce, and to top it of my veg were burnt. what a waste of money, i would highly recommend to stay well away, we ordered here as our normal was closed! Never again. Food just doesn't taste nice don't waste your money

We always ordered from here as nice food however until tonight,delivery driver was complaining to us about delivering to our flat saying it always takes him 20mins in the lift which isn't true he always complains then phones the shop to complain and it was a case o we'll I will have to ask driver what went on use have lost a customer

The food was cold and I ordered chicken which was unfortunately very chewy!
