Went for a birthday party for a friend, drinks are very reasonably priced and staff are very friendly! The musical act they had on was great and got everybody singing. Couldn’t fault it really great local pub.

Amazing atmosphere, really friendly staff, lots of seating and a cute little beer garden out back, Cheap drinks that are good quality.

Kinda went downhill when we asked the bar staff to clear our table of glasses and were told why didn’t you bring them back to the bar!!!!

Me and my husband came here after a Sunday lunch at the railway, just for a couple of gins and we're attacked in the beer garden by one of their drunk customers who then went inside and assaulted another customer. After reporting to the police and speaking to the land lady she decided WE were not welcome in the pub anymore despite the fact it was my husband who was attacked, from behind. Absolute piss poor! Shame as we used to enjoy the place but if this is how they deal with violent attacks on their premises we would rather stay away!
