Costa Coffee in Sedgemoor

Just popped by at about 5:55, we saw the lights turn off and someone running to their car to leave at 6... it says online that it closes at 7pm, there wasn't anything on the door to suggest it was closing earlier. Sad girl vibes. Unfortunately, hoa hoa hoa season will not start today 😞 left 5 stars because it probably affects people's bonus. And hospitality does suck. 💔

Great Costa shop, service was quick. Only had a hot chocolate and chocolate cake. The food and drink was very delicious. Would pop back in this Costa again

another no show that got listed as delivered. I wouldn't mind but I'm still waiting on refunds for the last 4 times. time to delete the app now. I'm done.

My first point is the location on Google Maps is incorrect it's just off the main road and opposite Premier Inn on the same side of the road. Always been polite and helpful and never had a problem since we started using here. Has actually made us change from being only Starbucks people to only using Costa. Their coffee has improved dramatically over the years and is Noe far nicer than the previously named alternative.

The mac and cheese was crusty, dried up and cold. Also, it was two spoonfuls! I contacted just eat and they offered a refund for it, I accepted but still no refund and getting in touch with them is pointless b/c they dont answer. Then 2 days later, I ordered two costa drinks that went undelivered b/c the driver couldnt find the addres...why didn't he call me??? As if that wasn't enough, again I ordered 2 drinks and the exact same thing happened. I contacted just eat and NO response what so ever. I don't know why I bother b/c as a regular customer on just eat I'd expect a little respect here.

Nice location and good service. Can be messy though at times. Would put 5 starts if tables and floor cleaned more frequently 😉😀

So disappointed. I have visited this Costa a few times since it was opened. Today, so many tables not cleared, dirty tables, messy floor. Even the counter didn't look great. The issue being, the store was not busy, and 3 staff members just stood around chatting. They watch a lady move cups and plates from her table just to be able to sit down. Come on people, your better than thus.

First impression was the place needed tidying up. Rubbish everywhere and tables uncleared. Wrongly assumed the bacon bap was made on site - there is no option for an unbuttered bread roll - it's processed prepacked overpriced "food". Lip service to allergies with only a take it or leave it option. Server wasn't interested in taking the order. Toilet has a broken flush and needed refreshing. Planned stop whilst waiting for the car to charge (across the road in the Pub car park - pub was shut 🫤). No pedestrian access without following the vehicle way in. Won't bother with Costa again.

super super late, all the food and the one coffee was cold.

The driver only dropped one bag off that only contained my wraps when I went outside to go get him he told me to f*** off and drove away. Not even received half of my order. Not happy

Have been many time for coffee and breakfast and always had good service but last two weeks have be poor both times cups were half full and had to ask for chocolate on the coffee and that was just thrown on like it was to much trouble had to take one coffee back today as I was fed up getting half a cup

Never turned up but states delievered!!!! Never use again.

This place should be shut down. AGAIN I received wrong drink! I don't drink coffee. Always order frappé or hot chocolate. Today I used drive-thru and again I had coffee in my frappé. I am always clear about NO COFFEE in my frappé. This place is waste of time and money. I did make a claim through Costa website. This is enough!

Дуже приємна атмосфера закладу, привітний персонал, чисто. За час поки я пив свій шоколад, хлопчина протер всі вільні столики. Купив собі на пам'ятку в них термо горнятко))) -1* за відсутність пішохідного входу зі сторони перехрестя, (не всі сюди приїжджають на авто) і нажаль, не зміг скористатися Wi-Fi, так як не вдалося приєднатися до точки доступу з жодного телефону.

Didnt show up, im 5 minutes away and my meal didnt even show up

Staff refused to serve any hot drinks 20 minutes before closing time due to the machine already being cleaned for closure… don’t advertise you are open until 6:30pm if you actually stop serving anything way before this time. Just to note we wanted to take out not sit in.

Decent food & drinks. Nice layout inside and out. We had to hop the fence as we were using the Osprey charger over the road. A way to access Costa without walking the long route would be helpful!

It's a Costa, all as should be and as average as a Costa is.

Bad service keeps laughing about at work while people waiting especially when it is bank holidays so I would only say to go on normal days.

Been through the drive thru many times always polite rarely get anything wrong but when they do they sort it immediately and friendly

Great coffee service a bit lacking. 3 staff one serving the other two putting out stock but failed to acknowledge or serve just carried on what they were doing.

Used many times before for the drive through, today I needed a warm stop for a coffee and cake. Staff friendly, all cafe clean including toilets. Well made coffee and good wifi 😃

Service was ok,there were 4 staff serving and not many people queuing at that time .

Went to the Costa at North Petherton, the staff were really lovely and very helpful.

Hot chocolate was only tepid hardly even warm, service was good and area was warm inside.

Allways have a dodgy costa card scanner , hopefullythey get a new one soon!

Used click and serve for the first time, that was a fail after clicking I'm here, day in car park for 15 minutes, then went inside to discover the staff didn't have a clue about click and serve, and the one that did said the registration number hadn't come through, so my got food was day on the side getting cold

I usually park and go inside for my refreshments, because it is a really pleasant café despite this being a 'drive-thru'. The service is always prompt and the usual high standard of coffee.

Very kind staff, she kindly labelled our drinks & left a smiley face! Pleasant drive through!

Slow and incompetent despite having multiple staff.

Coffee was good. Croissant and scone where dry.

Do m&s food which was very good. A little expensive as Costa always is but worth it in my opinion. Lost a star as staff were quite rude

9am ordered; large hot chocolate mint syrup, chicken fajita wrap, chicken and tomato pasta pot and a blueberry muffin. Long wait in the drive thru and when I got to work I realised they had got the pasta wrong AND the drink wrong. The wrong pasta I just put up with coz it was still ok just not what I wanted but the drink was a total waste and was binned as I can’t have coffee and it was some kind of large caramel latte - the contact number listed on the business under Google is also wrong and doesn’t connect anywhere so can’t call to complain. Looked like team disorganisation due to being busy - one person took my order and made food, another was making a large amount of drinks and a third was taking payment and giving the (wrong) food and drinks out.

Car park can get a bit busy, but staff are super friendly, speedy and efficient

Had a mango frappe thing... I can't remember fancy drink names lol It was ok but it was served messy...dripping all over the tray.....but it was very enjoyable and I loved the mango "pearls"... Would definitely try it again! Parking is bad here and ignorant people with no BB parking in disabled bays AND a Costa white van man parking in front of the store and made it difficult to get out of the parking bay!!!

As husband said.... you do have to visit occasionally to remind yourself how awful it is.....🤢

Honestly if I could give 0 stars then I would. I was staying in the holiday inn opposite and walked over to grab a cold apple juice and a fresh cookie yesterday morning. Firstly there is no entrance to get in if you are walking, you have to walk in the road to get there. Secondly after I got back to my hotel room and tried a bit of the cookie, I realised the it was extremely soft and gone out of date. I think it may have been sat there a few days as after inspecting it, it didn’t look right. I didn’t bother going back to the Costa as I couldn’t be arsed with the hassle but it made me feel sick all day.

Worst gingerbread latte ever. Does taste like they added any syrup 😟

Decent coffee shop offering exactly what you would expect from a chain like this. Nothing wrong with it at all, just standard service from good staff.

New, got 4star because it's not easy accessible for walkers. I know it says drive-thru on the outside and it's meant for that, but you can sit in.

Friendly staff, we took our service dog missy, who we're currently training. Staff member didn't realise until I said. The lady was very apologetic, and we enjoyed our experience. As did missy who enioyed being chatted too.

Decent drink and clean seating area

No access for walking costumers from the road side. No pavement. Everybody need to walking around ,or walk on the grass ( jumping over little wood fence) .All services are fine ,but for no access 3*
