Great place, certainly worth coming when you're waiting to pick someone up from Airedale hospital!

It's our favourite pub. Friendly people, great food, great choice of beers, good atmosphere. Looking forward to the Christmas Day meal there.

Don’t normally do reviews but staff asked me to leave them a review on here! From first impressions to leaving it was terrible no atmosphere food average and lady behind the bar very loud opinionated and was knocking back the drinks. Landlord not very welcoming and drinking a lot of half’s pints. No idea why so many 5 star reviews not worth one

Gorgeous pub (a proper pub!!) Fab atmosphere Marsha and Graham are the best hosts. A Sunday lunch to rival any other. There were seven empty plates by the end. Highly recommended 👏👏👏👏

Probably the best Sunday Dinner I’ve ever had! If you like roaring fires, great service and top notch food then you must check this charming pub out. It’s also worth a mention that they offer lots of different event evenings and Marsha and her team go out of their way to accommodate their guests needs. The large beer garden is an absolute treat in the Summer months and I would definitely recommend the chicken tikka and halloumi kebabs. Just perfect with a very large glass of cold, crisp, white wine.

I like the food in the place to going to east

Stayed overnight in a campervan and the owners were very accommodating. The locals were very friendly and helpful. Gave us great tips on things to do and places to go.

Passing through the area and saw this pub, decided to give it a go, we are both GF and vegetarian, we were really pleased with the decent selection and our meal was delicious .. lovely pub, dog friendly … nice pleasant staff … defo one to remember

Solo traveller in a motorhome, made to feel very welcome, owners and locals included me in conversation and told me all about local attractions and upcoming events. Didn't eat but the pizza looked amazing, easily fed a family of 3 with a side of dirty fries.

Met up with the landlord and landlady as we met this couple on our January cruise they are very special people and run this pub to a great restaurant fantastic food great Sunday lunch made special with the bar staff so friendly and Marsha made us feel welcome

Very expensive menu of only 5 items on a Sunday lunch menu. £18 Sunday lunch.Cat food in a dish on floor where people are eating,unhygienic. I don't mind these prices in a restaurant but not in a basic pub. Would not go again or recommend due to this.

Mother’s Day 3 course menu thoroughly enjoyed by all 6 of us. Food was super delicious and nicely presented. Good choice of beers. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended. Our local pub, food always tasty, Sunday lunch is the best in the area.

Food is spot on went with quite few of the family and definitely recommend coming here for food, definitely the big boy kebab

Pub food was lovely and a reasonably.priced..warm and friendly staff.The pub cat was a added bonus.Will be returning in summer to try out the beer garden as it looks really nice.

Just had a great meal. The Donna kebab was so tasty I highly recommend. The Southern Fried chicken burger had a delicious coating. The Chucky chips are a must have! Well worth a visit.

Love it…. What more can I say … cracking atmosphere, the pub cat Heidi is lovely !! We came for kebabs, there were lots of people getting take aways which we didn’t realise were available, Must try Sunday lunch - and thank you to Graham And Marsha for making our local pub busy again - we will be back ..

First time for lunch here and it was amazing had Sunday lunch roast beef and Yorkshire pudding mash and roast, carrots parsnips green beans and cabbage,cauliflower cheese and gravy served separately it was served within 20 minutes and good portion size we travelled from colne...

This pub is a hidden gem. Owners and locals very welcoming. Good selection of drinks. In terms of real ale there was Landlord, Landlord Dark, a bitter and a blonde. Price wise it was similar to other village pubs in the area, not bad because this pub is in very good condition and the beers are well kept. The fire was going and the environment is very nice. Lots of details everywhere in this old pub. Lovely seats and tables too.

Can not fault the meals we had. Lasagne and chunky chips. Steak and ale pie with mash and lovely fresh veg. Food homemade all hot and very tasty.

When for lunch with my 3 daughters and daughter in law and 3 babies a couple of weeks ago. I found the owners Marsha and Graham very accommodating . As we had 3 babys aswell as a gluten free adult. Providing high chairs and food...

We both had fish and chips and honestly thought they were tasteless, cooked in horrible oil, probably the worst we have ever had.

The pub is nice, a reasonable choice of beers but the Timothy Taylor is expensive, £4.50 a pint, not sure if this is due to the brewery or the pub?

Called in today met Graham and his partner to a warm welcome had lunch and wow! They did not dissapoint! Fresh well cooked local food and excellent portions and a nice pint of well kept cask beer completely hidden gem here and by far best in local area 💯 percent 5 star.

Chef is away till 11,12th July, but the food is fab, sunday dinners a must, plenty choice of drinks, place is clean, tidy, slightly olde world n modernish, garden at side, dogs welcome if behaved and on leads, Currently serving cold sandwiches, i had a cpl n were tasty.... Good place to pop in after a walkabout or cycle about the area... ENJOY!!!

Lovely little pub! Great beer garden! Pricey at 5 quid a pint but the rest makes up for it... Is 5 quid a pint pricey? I would say so in a local boozer... Who am I to judge.. :-)

Intriguing pub, excellent selection of Ale, menu looked inviting, although we didn't eat there as too many dogs for our liking.

Very nice, old school pub. Really nice decorations inside. Good selection of beers. Really good food. There are some vegetarian and vegan options available, but for some strange reason they are not on the main menu. There is an oper fire chimney on one of the side of you are a fan. For me it was bit to smokey in the room. Service was very nice. I will be back for sure.
