Beautiful place filled with beautiful servers and lovely food..

Stopped by Bab Tooma Restaurant and tried their Shawarma—absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned and fresh, and the flavours were spot on. It’s a simple dish done right, and it's definitely worth a try. The place has a nice vibe, and the service was quick and friendly. A solid spot for tasty Middle Eastern food—I'll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

We came in Saturday, we ordered the Feast and lemon & mint which was very freshly in this sunny weather. The waiter was very kind and always keeping an eye on our table to give us the best service. And the Kunafa was out of this world, highly recommend. And we had some starters on house as well. Shout out to Hussam( as u think) for the good service, and we totally will be back. It's our favourite now, DELICIOUS FOOD

Bab Tooma was such a lovely spot for a work lunch, we shared a platter, some bread and hummus. Delicious food and great service!

We visited Bab Tooma today as a family, including our autistic daughter who was feeling a bit overwhelmed. During the visit, she was about to have a meltdown and smashed a plate and a juice bottle , and while we initially thought we’d need to leave straight away because of our daughter was getting overwhelmed but the staff were absolutely amazing — calm, caring, and incredibly understanding. They quickly cleaned up without making us feel uncomfortable or rushed. Their kindness and compassion made such a difference. We actually felt so supported by their attitude that we decided to stay, and as a family, we were able to enjoy our meal together — something that means a lot. The food, as always, was delicious, but what really stood out was the genuine warmth and respect shown by the team. It’s rare to find places that not only serve great food but also treat people with such dignity — especially parents of children with special needs. Hats off to the entire team at Bab Tooma. We’ll definitely be back — not just for the food, but because of how welcome and valued we felt. Highly, highly recommend! 💛

Loved the food, came with family and enjoyed the food, the staff was friendly we visited on Tuesdays the hospitality was soo good it's now a favourite place to go might not for the food but for the customer service specially Hossam was very good with the hospitality by clarifying things and suggesting the best dishes possible and he gave a complimentary tea as well ❤️

I visited babtooma and found miss (Danny)to be welcoming polite, odereed my food easy with her. Whilst I was waiting she offered me soup with no charge which I have never expected anywhere. she is a credit to the restaurant!!!.

Have been here a couple of times before. I have always liked the food. The lentil soup at the beginning is always nice. Had some Fattoush salad, Hummus and Feast for 2. All the food was enjoyed. The meat, chicken and rice were spot on but not a particular fan of the pickled cabbage on top of the meat pieces tbh. Maybe next time I'll ask for this not to be added. Lamb chops were just right 👌🏻

Very nice selection of food. Beautiful atmosphere with very good deco. We were served by Ali who was very nice and helpful. Booked a table for 10 online very easy setup. We all had a really good time and enjoyed the food. We ordered the beast platter and the feast platters. Definitely going back again to the Bradford site.

All what I wanna say is everything was just perfect, the food was delicious and it came hot, we tried the Feast and the Cold platter which was amazing. And the waiters was really polite and helpful, they gave us lental soup and tea on house as well

Food was not great at all. The service was terrible... waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order even though it was mainly empty. Got ignored twice. The only good think was the drinks and soup.

I went for my birthday and ate the grilled vegetables and rice. I got food poisoning from it and have been throwing up and diarrhoea for the last two days straight. Avoid. Very unclean establishment. I have never experienced anything as bad as this. Outside of this food poisoning, staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional and the wait time was abysmal.

Nice experience overall, I tried the open buffet in Ramadan, it was good I liked the shawarma and the meat Adana and there was wide range of sauces and appetizers. The Moloukhia was not the best I ate. The shish was good but not perfect

Let’s start with positives, absolutely delicious food, could not fault it one bit, so flavoursome and meats cooked to perfection. Now the not so good…the staff were unbearably unattentive, no menus given upon arrival, had to ask for them after not being given any still 15 mins after arrival. constantly having to crane my neck to get their attention to chase up food. 1 hour after arriving and we still had no starters, this is when there was only 1 or 2 other tables in at the time (we arrived at 16.30). drinks weren’t served til said starters arrived, including the tap water. another 30 min wait between starts and mains, and it wasn’t just us, every table around us seemed to be having the same issues. when we mentioned to a waiter that we were not impressed by the wait times and lack of communication (not even a “sorry for the wait, your food will be with you in 5” or anything of the sort at all), he just said “oh sorry for that”. no receipt able to be given with the bill, just told the amount, went to check at the till because the price sounded off and there were dishes in there we didnt even order. no thank you or apology for the poor service upon leaving. so yeah it’s a shame really, someone is cooking some amazing food but doesn’t have the team to go with it :/

Ordered 2 drinks , 2 starters and a main to share. When we arrived we wasn’t provided with any menus and only got these after 10 minutes because we asked. Nobody came to take our order for another 15 minutes, and even then to get their attention I had to get up twice and ask. Our starters arrived, but no drinks which took another 5-10 minutes to come and had to be asked for twice. Because of the terrible service we decided to cancel the main. The service has really put me off coming to this restaurant again, as we felt like we were getting no good service from any staff (there was plenty). Spoke to the manager at the end who did provide a gesture of goodwill, however not sure if I would return again

I recently ordered takeaway food for my son's birthday, and I must say the taste and quality were absolutely fantastic. The entire experience, from placing the order to the delivery, was incredibly straightforward, and I would like to extend my thanks to Jamshid who assisted us. The food arrived on time, beautifully presented in proper trays and restaurant-style bowls, which our guests thoroughly enjoyed. It truly added a special touch to the celebration. However, there was a bit of confusion regarding the discount and delivery charges, which resulted in me paying for delivery twice. Despite this minor hiccup, everything else was perfectly fine, and I appreciate the excellent service we received!

Lovely eatery with great ambiance but sadly the service was lacking (despite their best efforts). Took my husband for iftar dawat after high recommendation from a friend. We were seated, our order was taken then we got asked we were here for the buffet. As we weren’t we got shifted upstairs, no problem but when we got upstairs the menu was handed to us again to place order again. Told them we already had ordered. Whilst up there, 2 different tables got shifted, one downstairs to the buffet because that’s what they wanted. The 2nd table got shifted up and downstairs twice. Extremely poor communication between customer and the staff. As you enter you should be asked if you were there for buffet or order. The food was of high quality, tasted good enough but was lukewarm. Was very disappointed. One dish was cold on one side and slightly hot on the other side. Could tell it was microwaved as it had heat spots. Had to mix it all up to balance it out. I must say for a flag-ship restaurant that came recommended it was extremely disappointing however the food quality was there and the staff were friendly if lacking communication skills.The only lasting impression it left was the soup served at the beginning was delicious and warm enough. I won’t be going there again and would give heads up to anyone who asks for its recommendations.

Reservé el restaurante para una fiesta de cumpleaños, es el restaurante favorito de mi hija y me quedé muy impresionado con Jam el gerente, que ayudó con el menú y estaba muy contento de ayudar con la navegación por la decoración que haría un cuerpo exterior. Él era muy positivo y me sentí muy cómodo para seguir adelante con la reserva. El día que fue otro asunto todos juntos, nos habían prometido 4 empleados esperando para nuestro grupo y habían pagado por el servicio también. Lamentablemente, sin culpa para Jam y su personal que era realmente corto de personal y solo teníamos un miembro del personal (Jam mismo) sirviendo. La comida era tarde en la llegada. Mal cocinado y frío, tuvimos que seguir pidiendo patatas fritas y panecillos, etc para estar disponibles. Explicó que el propietario le había dicho que bastaba con un empleado después de que se hubiera concertado el acuerdo. No puedo culpar a Jam por toda la ayuda y la profesionalidad que mostró a pesar de la ruina que fue el evento. Recomendaría ir a comer ya que la comida suele ser deliciosa pero nunca los volveré a contratar para un evento de nuevo. Realmente desafortunado y decepcionante.

The best restaurant and food I've had in a long time! Certainly the best Middle Eastern restaurant!

I've been here before and the atmosphere was much different to this occasion. I called before hand as I knew they'd be busy with ramadan. They said it would be fine to just walk in, so we did. Upon arrival at least 3 people asked us if we had a reservation to which we explained we were told to just walk in as theirs only two of us. One of the staff did not even acknowledge me and pointed to the corner and said " go and sit there ". Not sure what world people speak to people like that but I did not appreciate her tone at all. She then told another member of staff to find us seating upstairs, he did. The food was OK, I asked one of the staff for sauce twice to which she never brought it over. I would suggest going on a quieter day, and I suggest babatooma teach their staff what customer service is as this could really put people off returning or promoting this place.

I ordered through UberEats during Ramadan 2021, the food was amazing back then. I went in Ramadan 2025 in person with a friend. The food was fantastic, Amor was great with his service, suggestions and recommendations and the atmosphere was amazing. 100% rrecommended.I can say the quality has not changed at all, in fact it has improved. Will definitely go again and again!

I booked the table online at afternoon time but upon arrival I was told that my booking have been cancelled. The staff didn’t even bothered to given the reason. Neither they even bothered to inform me prior my travel. Since the divine force was stopping me to dine at this crap place but I was so unlucky therefore I got the table in the end. This restaurant is a ganache of unhinged, filth and rubbish altogether. I ate rice chicken shish and got sick with food poisoning within 2 hours by vomiting and diarrhea. Plates and spoons had food particles glued everywhere. Even saw, cat sized gigantic rats at the entrance of the restaurant. When, I complained then I was asked to leave so that others customers couldn’t listen to me. You can eat at this dirty place at your own risk. I have now complained to the food safety agency against this dirty place so that they could take serious action against them.

We had iftar today @ Bab Tooma Bradford and the food was delicious with many different varieties, pudding and Arabic as well were divine. Many thanks for Jamshid and Awais, Mohammed and Ali and Ibtisam. They accommodated all our requests and adjustments. we will come back soon.

The service was absolutely lovely. We had reserved a table and were seated immediately. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were friendly. Especially Ibtissam, who took photos for us and got us some watermelon for the table. The food was satisfactory but it could have been better. We came for iftar and they played the adhan on time with dates already on the table for us to open our fast with.

We been served by Ibtissam she was so friendly and offered us the best service. Atmosphere was great especially during Ramadan and the food is great definitely recommend it.

We recently visited Bob Tooma Bradford for the Ramadan Buffet. Unfortunately, our experience started off on a frustrating note, as the staff seemed unaware of our online reservation. We had to show them our booking confirmation before they could seat us. The seating arrangement was quite disappointing. We were given a table (Table 9) in the middle of a busy walkway, where people constantly bumped into my chair and arms, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. I strongly suggest that the management reconsider the placement of this table to ensure a more comfortable dining experience for guests. That being said, the food was excellent, offering delicious Middle Eastern flavors. The overall atmosphere is usually great, but this time, it felt a bit congested. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account to improve the dining experience for future guests.

The worst Iftar buffet experience I’ve ever had! The food was awful, the organization was a mess, the service was terrible, and the space was completely unfit for such an event. I will never come back, and I’ll make sure none of my family or friends do either—especially during Ramadan!

Fantastic restaurant, food is amazing, very tasty and mild, making it pleasurable. The lemon and mint drink is heavenly beautiful, so refreshing and tasty. Tea is also delicious. Very attentive service and not intrusive, allowing you to enjoy your meal. The decor is beautiful. I will be coming back often.

Its a beautiful place, went out with my mate for a meal b4 ramadan, I really loved their rice ,and grilled chicken was good ,they do have separate toilet for both gender, spacious, they have place to pray salah which i really love,staff were very friendly and polite, definitely would recommend,it's great for family, groups, with kids ,forgot to mention they give complimentary lentil soup, that taste great 👍

Amazing place. We saw this restaurant as we were driving past, so we decided to try it out. The last time I was here, it was a different restaurant. It looks amazing, with the Middle Eastern vibe. Lots of seating available. Food tasted great. We had the shawarma dishes. Our server Shahida was also a great host.
