I visited with some friends from Brum and London. As soon as we stepped foot in the lounge we were welcomed and made to feel at home. I have been to this lounge years back before they had a fire, this time was even better. The server and person preparing Shisha were very kind and friendly, they really made us feel welcomed-thank you man! The price of Shisha… you will not beat this. I paid 12 pounds for Shisha that tasted just as good, if not better than a ‘premium’ Shisha I would usually have, the quality was unmatched. Keep up the good work, thank you for making your prices so cheap and competitive, best lounge in Bradford by far!

Recently reopened, this spot offers great service from the brothers. The smoke was smooth, the music on point and the atmosphere inviting. Will be back soon!

Recently visited Junoons Popup after what seams a lifetime since they closed. It was nice to see some old faces from before with the staff. As previously the service is on point, can't fault that to be fair. I ordered a Moroccan mint tea(first for myself), and, a peanut butter stack ( can't go wrong there) . As for Shisha, I left that to my colleague to decide. The drinks were served quite promptly, and, it was nice for the staff to ask if I would like my dessert now or at a specific time. Tea was hot but not boiling, just how it should be. Service and presentation, as well with atmosphere seem to be the ethos of new junoons. As for the Shisha, all I can say is, as before the flavours and longevity of the mix are outstanding. Always been at the forefront, in my opinion. It's refreshing to see a responsible business whi actually cares about there customers, from the moment you walk in, until you leave. Your needs are the priority, very attentive staff. Will be going again. Experience = Superlative Hope it stays like that.

Have to say it has been a very long time since this place has reopened. Firstly would like to say when you first walk into the bar always welcomed with a smile from the staff and the smell of all the flavours hit differently. Seeing how the shisha is being made while paying for the pipe just knowing that the shisha will be made quick and before we sit down the pipe will be in our hands. Once sat down in a booth or open space it's nice and cosy, warm and the place is bouncing with either music going off or having the sports on, football is always a hit especially with the big matches the place vibes. Not just vibes but good vibes. Let's just not forget how the shisha and food is, the shisha is always bubbling whenever you have that first full having those flavours come through giving you that relaxation vibes after a long day at work. The desi tea and the Moroccon mint tea always hits everytime I have ordered it. The desi tea giving me back home vibes of being in the hotel with desi tea and rusk with a view of the beach and sea. But let's not forget about the morrocon mint team giving me the refreshing minty flavours but at the same time detoxing my whole body would highly recommend without a doubt. Would highly recommend above all other places in Bradford and always my favourite place to be whenever out with the lads.

I loved my visit at Junoons, the atmosphere is warm and vibrant and you instantly feel chilled once you enter. The staff are really friendly and attentive. We were surprised with how fast the Shisha, desert and drinks came as there were 6 of us! Very impressed! The shisha itself was beautiful, it was smooth and sweet and the workers attended to the coals regularly so it didn't go harsh. My friends like theirs a bit stronger so there's was made stronger to their request and they loved it. The Morrocan mint tea and the Desi tea was sensational, I will go for the mocktail next time as I had a taste of my friends and it was very crisp and refreshing. Junoons is well worth the visit! we will definitely be back when we come back to Bradford, thanks for the experience! :)

One of the best Shisha lounges up north. Amazing ambience, service and the double apple Shisha never disappoints. If you looking for a Shisha lounge with a vibe this is defo the place.

My go-to lounge when me and my friends want to catch up. Great atmosphere, comfortable seating, friendly staff, and great service! Shisha is always on point, with a large selection of flavours and staff favorites. Desserts and mocktails are always fresh and refreshing. 10/10!

The best place for an amazing sheesha flavours, always on point, the service from the staff is brilliant they very polite and friendly and helpful always there wot a smiling face, they don't waste time sheesha is out within minutes, the atmosphere is very good, has great music never to loud so easily to talk to friends as other places you have to shout across and still can't get words in. The staff are always at helping hand also they come have a chat with you and make sure you're sheesha is ok. Can't fault this place never let us down no matter how busy they are they never fail us they always do an amazing job.

Junoons 'The Pop Up' offers really well matched cool surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere that I really enjoy. The shisha I had on my last visit (lemon and mint) was on point- and staff at the counter are always happy to suggest flavours to try according to your preference. Staff are really friendly and always come to ask how the shisha is. The morrocan mint tea is my favourite- has fresh mint in it and tastes divine. I would definitely recommend this lovely hidden gem- you won't regret it!!!

Excellent customer service as soon as I came in, seating was very comfy, shisha was on point by far the best shisha I’ve had. Food was very good presentation on point, overall the vibe was very good would come back again.

Atmosphere here is great, the Shisha in my opinion is the best in the country. The mocktails are always on point.

The quality of the deserts are spot on and always fresh, the service is spot on and your never kept waiting for your shishas which are spot on also if there's a problem with your shisha it is resolved immediately, the atmosphere is really relaxing and calm the staff are sociable but also will leave you in peace if that's what your wanting great bunch of people down there

Went in as I had seen the place had newly reopened on social media and was not disappointed. Great service all round, quick and efficient with the drinks and our shisha. Young lad called Esa was informative when we asked questions as well as being extremely polite. Most definitely recommend for those who want a nice place to chill with friends etc.

The Pop Up is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for chilling out. The ambiance is just fantastic. Their Moroccan mint tea, Desi teas (I've tried them all, and they remind me of home), mocktails, and of course, the shishas, are absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend!

Best Shisha by far! Travel all the way from Manchester regularly to this place you can’t beat the comfort, service and quality of Shisha in this place and mint tea. Defiantly worth the trip. I will back again soon.

I had a fantastic experience at the Junoon pop up lounge! The ambiance is perfect for a relaxed evening, with cozy seating and a great atmosphere. The sheesha flavors were top-notch, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. I tried the double apple, paan and mint, and it was smooth and flavorful — definitely one of the best I’ve had. The lounge also had a nice selection of drinks, especially their mocktails and Moroccan tea paired with the sheesha. The place was clean, and the music added to the chill vibe. If you’re looking for a spot to unwind with friends or just enjoy some quality sheesha, I highly recommend Junoon pop up. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Brilliant vibe at the PopUp. Very relaxed and calm. Not your typical loud, dark and smoked out sheehsa place. Top service and best sheeshas. The customer service was excellent and staff professional. Ordered mint tea and mocktails too, very impressed, as everything was on point. A******** deffo recommend them. Will be trying the food next time we go.

I have visited the pop-up several times, beginning when it first opened a few weeks ago, and each visit has been thoroughly enjoyable. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, particularly on weekdays when the football is on. Additionally, they feature an impressive selection of the latest Afrobeats, house, and RnB music, which adds to the vibrant ambiance. I’ve also frequented the venue on weekends, and each time, the shisha has been of excellent quality. The staff are professional and attentive, the bathrooms are always immaculately clean, and the drinks and desserts are comparable to the finest establishments. It is a truly delightful venue, and I highly recommend it!

Long overdue review. Been to Junoon a number of times and each time thought they would get better, however they did not. The shisha was below average, very harsh and did not last longer than 35 minutes. Shame. The staff are friendly and the premises are lovely and there is plenty of seating available. Average costs, would not recommend.

Good vibes, staff are friendly with good banter. Good for parties of all sizes. However, on the most recent visit, our shishas needed sorting multiple times in the first 20 minutes.

sheesha is not all that i just went to watch the football game but im definitely coming back cos the staff were really friendly and the place is quite cozy

The shisha is average verging on Bad. The vibe is good but could be alot better. The service is where things are let down. Coal changing not often enough and on more than one occasion one employee has ruined the visit. This female worker was on the till approx. 9.30pm on 17 March 2021 and she did the following: 1. She was on the phone while serving us and asked us to repeat our order 2. She seated us facing a wall and to 3 other customers who followed when half the place was empty. We moved as did others. 3. She stood at the table next to us loudly airing her relationship problems. I come to shisha to relax not to hear other people's problems esp not a worker.

In my honest opinion, I believe from my experience Junoon Cafe offers the best shisha ,mocktails, teas and delicious dessert. Not to forget the staff are extremely friendly and so nice they all make you feel so welcome it's a vibe for all. I highly recommend . And I will definitely keep going back !! Xx

I never leave reviews but I feel they deserve it, because everytime me and the wife go; their service along with smooth smoke brings us back. They are always so friendly and don’t have to wait too long like other places to get coal change, prices are very fair too.

This a lovely place to chill out in. The ambiance is so nice with the decor and lighting. The staff and manager are very friendly. Music is on point and not played loudly so you hear each other’s conversation. There is a good selection of refreshments and desserts. I’m impressed how nice the Desi tea is and love the Harrogate water which comes in a glass bottle…well thought of in terms of freshness compared to using plastic bottles. The shisha was really good. The staff were very attentive checking on us and changing the coals regularly. One of the best shisha lounges I’ve been to. Great experience, will be back and highly recommend.

Came here with my sister few nights ago and wow the service is impeccable 👌 the servers are incredibly attentive and dont need promting into clearing table etc. Nice and relaxed vibe 😌 the interior is beautiful ma sha Allah Felt really comfortable been here no weird guys. The manager I didnt get his name but wow so kind and very professional he ran it so well spoke to staff politely and looked like he took care of them. He took the time to speak to us about how the service was and told us his background which was nice to know. The shisha is good quality and staff are knowledgeable. The mocktails, mint tea and desi is bang on as well. Decent cafe. Deffo reccomend for a chilled relaxing night and deffo coming again! 🥰

Really really good staff and service is impeccable. Good value for money and lovely atmosphere. The quality of shisha is best in bradford will always go back. A chap called Imtiaz very helpful.

Was really surprised at this place. Love it. Order your shisha at the front. You can see the flavours all in their tubs and he makes the pots infront of you. The place is done really well. The decor fits in with the building. Very comfortable chairs to sit on. As soon as you've sat the shisha follows. Quickest shisha I've seen! The smoke is really good. They put 4 coals on to get the shisha goin and then remove one once the temp is up. Mocktail was delicious as was the desi tea. Good crowd and the music isn't too loud so you can have a conversation.

Edit: previously rated 5 stars, this was my go to place. Not anymore. Rated 1 star after visiting on 11th September, you really ought to look at your workers giving free shisha to girls they know. Not a good look. Complained to management who tried to resolve it but when we attended on the 11th September for a bday do. The service from the shisha maker and the mocktails was so so bad. Well done.. you have lost 5 loyal customers. The decor is nice and that's about it. Would love to speak to the owner of this place. Ur workers are clearly letting you down...and to top it off I visited another shisha lounge and an ex employee who worked there said the exact same, she left due to the workers.

The Shisha is not great, flavours arent nice and the pipes dont smoke great. The service was okay, no one was around for us to change coals on shisha or even speak to the staff about the pipe. The atmosphere is not lively, you will see about 3 tables occupied here and seating is awkward you can hardly hear who you're talking to. We had ordered green tea, the tea was not even nice and they couldn't provide tea spoons to mix the sugar, we were provided with straws to mix the sugar in our tea. Absolutely appalled with the experience, won't be going again. Overall from the experience it would have to be 1 star. We gave up with the shisha in the first 5 minutes, we couldnt enjoy the tea due to the shop not investing in teaspoons or even socialise because of the seating.

Drinks are cold, vibe is great and seating is comfy. We have come here twice now and both times the staff were attentive and making sure our experience is perfect. The shishas were full of flavour and lasted the whole of our time there. Drinks did take 20 mins longer than the shishas to be brought out to us but for a Friday night I expect that is common with how popular (but surprisingly not over crowded) Junoon seems to be.

STAFF ARE AMAZING! Good service!!! Loved how they kept checking up on us, the dessert was 100 out of 10😍😍 definitely gave me back to school vibe! Came to Bradford for some business. After a bite to eat I looked up some Shisha spots to go to. This place has a lot of good reviews so thought I'd give them a shot. Soon as we walked in. First impressions very clean and up to date modern place with bricks exposed walls. The first person we saw recommended the Irn-Bru and Skittles flavour which was really smooth and tasty. Got some desserts and ice cream which was also very delicious. With some Mint tea to wash it down. The atmosphere was relaxed and chilled with friendly attentive staff who check up on you regularly to make sure everything is okay. Also the coal is checked on more regularly than any other Shisha place I've been to. Great experience. Will be back again, and definitely recommend

Excellent experience. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere with a cool vibe. Staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Shisha, food and drink top quality. I attended for a business meeting and have to admit I had my reservations when it was suggested we meet there. I would definitely recommend as a neutral venue, we got so much ironed out away from office distraction.I will be visiting again for social very soon.

I feel like Junoon Cafe might be Bradford's best kept secret - I find it's probably the best place I've been to in the city to simply chill and do a bit of work on my laptop in peace and quiet but it's also an amazing place to catch-up with friends and have meaningful conversations in a low key and private setting (that looks amazing, btw - these guys have put a lot of work into the decor and overall vibe). Every time I've been, I find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful and the service is top notch. It also seems a lot cleaner than some of the other lounges that I've been to in town and it feels a lot 'safer' overall (some of my female friends have noticed this as well - saying that they get harassed etc. at other lounges). I haven't tried all the desserts that they have to offer here but the drinks are always on point (I'm usually a mint or desi tea kinda guy). The music always seems to match whatever vibe I'm on and isn't too intrusive. Everybody seems chill and I always leave feeling better than when I went. Oh yeah, the shisha is pretty amazing too (double apple fiend, checking in - though, lemon and mint hits the spot as well)!Definitely worth checking out, imo!

One of my favourite places!! Love Junoon anyway but Went on Day 2 of lockdown lifted & although a little apprehensive getting out meeting friends etc had such a wonderful time here once again & really impressed. The staff were very polite & attentive, especially the manger, who came over quite regularly with hand sanitizers, made effort to have a good chat with us & really made us feel welcome! The sheeshas were on point & can I just say, your desi tea is 10/10 👍

Visited this lounge plenty of times before the pandemic. I rate it 5 stars for atmosphere and quality of smoke. Highly recommended for all shisha lovers.

I saw the comment below from the girls who’s car had broken down. I was a customer right next to the girls in the green car who had hijabs on screaming and carrying on under the influence of alcohol. The manager did everything he could to help those girls with their car and the manager and all the staff were excellent

The shisha was brilliant and stayed good the whole way through. Service was very good and all staff were very respectful. Manager was also very nice and kind. Would defo recommend.

Me and my family went to the temporary car park shisha for Junoon. My mothers car broke down, we asked the bald ugly guy with glasses who worked there , He may be the manager . He was very rude , he laughed and mocked us when the car broke down and refused to help us . He also spoke to us with disrespect and swore at us . We were stuck there FOR 3 HOURS and no staff members came to our aid .

Impressed by the speed of service, quality of shisha quality of desserts. The only blots were the insanely small mint tea jug (also very weak) and the lacklustre strawberry flavoured milkshake.

Good atmosphere and good shisha

Looks good on the inside and that's about it really. Service was really bad, we waited over a hour for our tea, cookie dough and mojito. the only way we got it was to remind them we are still waiting. my tea still never came and I asked for a refund and the guy refused to give it and gave me cold tea. lastly shisha isn't that great either, I would recommend to go Pasha as It is much better.

Perfectly made for sheesha but cannot smoke inside.

Ok so the shisha is average and keeps going harsh , the service is very good and friendly , the toliets are downright filthy, the ambience is ok - you dont feel the vibe here to be honest. The have redone with Japanese blossom trees , but thats soo overused now so nothing wow unfortunately.

Having been to numerous shisha lounges all over the UK these guys stand out by a mile. The service is 10/10 the attention to detail was taking to a whole different level! The shisha's were 10/10! Keep it up we will be back!

Junoon is probably one of the most chilled and relaxed shisha cafes I’ve been to. The shishas smoke well. In my opinion, one of the best shisha cafes in Bradford. The staff are happy to help and overall good experience.

Been a regular at Junoons for a while, the new decor is a lot better and the hookah pipes are always good. Seen a bad review about 1 pipe between 2 and that’s everywhere in Bradford. My experiences have always been good, staff are always friendly.

Amazing experience! The young lady on the till is fab! Very patient, confident and sweet. Best worker! We smoked a mint lemonade and pink lemonade shisha and later ordered some mocktails as recommended by the girl on the till. Definitely worth it, will be visiting again very soon!
