EXCELENT BUFFET, What a nice surprise to find that we now had the choice of a Buffet or order from the menu. The Food was Excellent, with a wide choice of different styles of food, all the dishes were very Freshly cooked and nice and warm. The service was also very friendly and quick . We will be back to enjoy the excellent Food again soon.

Buffet option luke warm, dry and not very appetising. £20 for a buffet isn't a small amount of money and we expected a high standard of food and options this did not deliver at all. Do not visit if you expect a quality Indian with great taste.

Oh no it’s a buffet, Luke warm serve yourself dishes, soggy naan, dry chips. This used to a great Indian, please please go back to A La Carte

Quality has become a bit variable again im afraid. Tasteless take out. When its good its good but ........... its unpredictable sadly

Came here to have a nice 21st birthday meal with my family with two young family members . Staff were extremely rude from the get go after asking for one high chair , to be told no, as they only had one and it was in use !! No apology nothing , followed by you should have brought your own and that you didn’t say when you booked (when there was no option when booking online and never got a phone call as mentioned !! ) Then waiting ages and even asking to have our food order to be taken and be told not at the minute . I used to come to the restaurant all of the time but my goodness has it changed , will not be a returning customers sadly due to the staffs attitude.

When arriving, you will welcome into the restaurant. And seated, I took my family of five for a buffet. On first impression, the flavours and the smells are beautiful the the food tasted very well but the most massive letdown was all the food was cold

Food is very nice and staff okay but they do like to play a little trick with the tip this unhappy looking chap appears perhaps owner or manager at the end of the meal. He asks if you really liked the meal so you say yes thank you very much and this unhappy looking chap produces a handheld device with built in tip generator machine for really good service you must now press this and it adds 25% clever little trick, they also push drinks I was asked if I wanted another lager over six times. Next time I went in I was driving so asked for tap water numerous times and finally given a very small glass of Luke warm water and refused anymore as I had a glass already. I paid in cash and I gave a £5 tip on a £25 meal the same unhappy bloke made some comment and took the chocolate after eight out of my hand and walked off. Nice meal but keep your wits about you, Best advice just get a takeaway that why they can’t try it on.

Have been here many time over the last twenty years and this was the first time i left dissapointed. It seemed like the veg side dishes were packed out with potatoes and my main checken dish was mainly half cooked onion. The samoses have a feeling of bought in and obviuosly cooked from frozen - (the first attempt they were still fozen) and the Kulfi was unrecognizable as such. My impression was that to keep food reasonably priced in a not too afflluent area corners have been cut. Service wasn't great either.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and used the takeaway service always polite prompt and pleasant service and the food is fantastic

We visited a few weeks back whilst visiting the area on holiday with a very large group of friends. The restaurant had more than enough space to seat us as it was midweek. Amazingly our food orders were all correct and considering there were 31 of us was a miracle but the service was the worst I have ever come across. The staff were rude, abrupt and seriously need to have some training. No niceties and when we did ask any questions we were shot down abruptly. The food was nice enough and better than expected but if we visited the area again we would not return which is a shame. One of our tables waited 45 minutes for their drinks, the bill wasn’t given to us complete so too much money was handed over to them. When drinks were delivered to the table they were slammed not placed down and when the food did arrive it was just put in to the middle of the table rather than handed to the person it was intended for. For locals I would order a takeaway but I wouldn’t eat in.
