Best cakes and cupcakes in the UK! This place shuts down any other competition on the cake front, flavours are amazing, style is exceptional and quality is wedding cake standard all day long...what a delight!! I can't get enough, you'll love it too.

Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere and comfortable chairs. Most importantly, the scones were well presented & tasty scones. The jam and cream were of good quality. Good value for money. I would go again.

I wrote to this lovely couple in october for a custom cake for my husbnad's 40th birthday in december. From the start, they were frantastic to deal with and went above and beyond what I asked for. The cake was simply stunning and, my husband could'nt believe the amount of details they created for his Lake District theme cake. All our guests were amazed too and everyone happely had a slice or two ! I could not recommend this company enough.

Not only is it a perfect spot for a cup of coffee and cake or cream tea during the day but they also design magnificent cakes. It was our daughters 29th birthday, she has a love of rabbits and we asked for a cake with models of her two rabbits. We supplied a photo and the end result was a spectacular cake. Can thoroughly recommend

This cafe provides excellent cakes, as you would expect and the range of what they offer is excellent. Great place to stop for a drink and cake. Staff are friendly, professional and efficient.

No puedo recomendar lo suficiente!Me puse en contacto con la tienda después de buscar un lugar en Eastbourne para hacer un pastel para el cumpleaños de mi esposo. Fueron muy serviciales cuando estaba tratando de diseñar el pastel, y qué pastel. ¡Fue absolutamente fantástico! !Nos quedamos sin palabras. . . . todos quedaron impresionados por el puro arte, la belleza y la calidad del pastel. Se hizo la noche de mi marido.No puedo recomendar el servicio de pastel lo suficiente. Brillante.

Found this place purely by accident as we wanted to stop off for coffee and cake. We were the only ones there, which meant we could speak to the wonderful owner/baker. The cakes looked and tasted amazing and the retro feel of the place was wonderful. There's a beautiful little outside courtyard too. Could have quite easily have spent all afternoon in here. Search it out.

My friend brought me here for a birthday treat on a beautiful sunny summer afternoon. We sat in the garden and put the world to rights while drinking cappuccino and a delicious brownie. Staff were friendly and attentive, and we had a really happy afternoon

The scones are just utterly delicious! Don't look any further. Have to come back to check out and try all the cakes and cup cakes!

Saw the sign outside advertising the best cream tea in Eastbourne so thought I would give it a go. Was not disappointed. Lovely home made scone baked this morning, with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Well worth a visit if you are passing

I never knew this was here - I have been missing out. I can't rate it more highly; just the perfect setting, staff and food. I had a wonderful cream tea and I don't doubt everything they do is lovely.

As soon as walked in we could smell and see delicious cakes being made. Great coffee, wondrous cakes, friendly owners. Would happily pay just to sit there and enjoy the cooking smells. We'll decorated Cafe too

Si quieres un té en crema realmente bueno con bollos caseros adecuados, una mermelada excelente y una crema coagulada realmente espesa, dirígete aquí: los bollos más frescos y deliciosos de todos los tiempos. El té en sí también es bueno y viene en una olla de tamaño decente para recargas. Si tienes espacio, pasa a los pasteles que son absolutamente hermosos. ¡Demasiado para mí en una visita, así que alterno entre las dos opciones!

We went in a party of six this week and had teas and cakes which were outstanding. One of us had food allergies and they were dealt with, with ease. Great service and a wonderful place. Will be going back again and again.

Estábamos buscando una cafetería antes de asistir a un funeral y pensamos que se veía bien desde el exterior. De hecho, estaba súper por dentro con buen café y una excelente variedad de deliciosos pasteles. Muy interesante también viendo a los propietarios decorar algunos pasteles increíbles! Hay un bonito baño limpio en la parte trasera de la cafetería. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería de nuevo. .

Just visited with five other family members and a friend. The first coffee shop we'd tried in town had no cream teas left, (at 3pm) and the next was primarily a chocolate shop, and we found ourselves here on a cake hunt. It may have been slightly challenging for them perhaps as most tables are for 4 max, but the chap was absolutely brilliant - friendly, not overbearing, served us as quickly as was possible and the cakes were amazing - not a massive choice, but it was fairly late in the day, but it was just so lovely to go somewhere that does a beautifully home-made cake and a lovely choice of cold and hot drinks. My two boys (who both have autism) were very welcome, and were given some colouring books but didn't have to wait too long before everything arrived. Will definitely definitely be back many times over.

We were attracted to the shop because of the wonderful cake displays in the window and realising that it was also a cafe decided to indulge ourselves. Such friendly welcoming staff, good coffee and my husband loved his chocolate pecan brownie and my scone was light, fluffy and delicious. Worth a visit!

I visited this wonderful cake shop in April during a weekend visit to Eastbourne from London with my sister and Mum. WOW! The staff are so lovely , the cakes are just amazing and so delicious. Highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again on a weekend break.

I ordered cup cakes for my Daughter's Baby Shower and they were amazing. The detail in each cake was exceptional and everyone was very impressed with them. A big "Thank You" for making such beautiful cakes for us.

I'd seen online for a long time Cupcake Bouquets and found this a really inspiring idea for a special occasion. Just had my Mum's 70th Birthday and ordered one for it - as thought ideal and a really nice change from the traditional flower bouquet. Opted for a very prettily coloured one and cake looked a real work of art. My Mum said it was so very nice and she really loved the design and how unusual this was. I would recommend bakers Helen & Ollie at the Incredible Cake Company highly and would recommend giving them a month in advance warning to make it for you as they're a very busy company. Thanks so much Helen & Ollie for such a beautiful cake and in helping make my Mum's special day. Please note I went on foot to collect as not a home delivery for this style of cake. Not sure about others-please do check in advance with Helen & Ollie.

This fairly new establishment in South Street is run by two top class bakers , Ollie and Helen , whose attention to detail in their baking and cake decoration is second to none . They bake daily for the café and for customer orders [ very regular ] and there is always a marvellous selection of cakes to enjoy with your tea , coffee or whatever .

We've visited this lovely cafe four times in the last month or so. The husband and wife team that own it are lovely and the service is great.

Ein wunderschönes Cake-Café. Man kann der Bäckerin beim Kreieren der einzigartigen Backwaren zuschauen. Fast zu schön, um gegessen zu werden. Guter Kaffee, ein kleiner Garten und das gemütliche Lokal machen den Ort einzigartig. Ich habe Nusstorte mit Karotten probiert und sie war 1A!

We have had vegan cakes and coffee in the shop which was delightful! So knowing how good this place was we ordered some beautiful gluten free and vegan cupcakes for a friends 60th. So so pretty decorated as flowers and the sponge was so tasty!! Would highly recommend either to eat/drink in or to get fabulous cakes from. And you don't have to be vegan or gluten free eitherbut it helps!

A great little place with a lovely little garden. Visited here at the weekend with my girlfriend and we sat in the garden. We had a scone, slice of cake and cup of tea each. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Great decor and lovely staff. The only negative I have is that they allow people to smoke in the garden. The garden is only small and so whilst eating we were really effected by the overbearing smell of smoke from one other customer.

We had a lovely chocolate Brownie and Cranberry Flapjack with delicious coffee in a peaceful setting and friendly service. Just a little disappointed that there was only a Victoria sponge to be had as a slice of cake in a cafe called "the incredible cake company" - we were told the carrot cake was in the freezer!

Was given some beautiful cakes from Helen and Ollie today! They are both very talented and their shop is well worth the visit. Cakes look and taste amazing!

Came across this cake and tea rooms by accident. Had really interesting cake display in window in one was of a stack of different old luggage, had to look twice before I realised it wasn't real suitcases. In the other window was a bouquet, which turned out to be a bouquet of cupcakes!

Hi have just discovered a wonderful Cake Shop serving some fantastic cakes, all of which are baked on site. As you walk in the door you are met with this aroma of freshly baked cakes of all shapes and sizes. Today, my first of many visits, I had a Lemon and Raspberry Soft Cheese Cup Cake - it was finger licking good. When you cut into it there was this Raspberry waiting for you inside YUM. They also do some fantastic Celebration Cakes, some of which you will see displayed in the windows and inside. A lovely little Garden seating area is also available when summer decides to arrive. It is so tranquil out there. They serve different coffees, teas and soft drinks. A must to visit - tell your friends.
