The Ice Cream Shop at Lodge in Rochdale

Lovely place to visit. Friendly, local, unique. Highly recommend on a warm day as a lovely little visit for family or with a partner. Loads of flavours to choose from.

Saw the duck race advertised on Facebook so myself and 8th old daughter visited. It has a local feel about the place and inside we’re some local traders selling a variety of objects. We had hot dogs and ice cream and my only compaint is there are so many amazing flavours to choose from. Will return to try the ones I didn’t have. Definitely worth visiting

Visited for the first time today having wanted to for a long time, it was worth the wait. We were able to sit outside as it was bright and dry and the children loved the swing seat. Staff were wonderful. 3 generations of the family throughly enjoyed the ice cream and we can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic Ice cream made in a local dairy. Beautiful setting by the river surrounded by loads of flowers 😍 The staff are super friendly. We’ve been here many times & will continue to do so. Keep up the good work :)

Gorgeous ice cream and such friendly staff. The owners have created something very special within this old mill. You will not be disappointed.

What a lovely friendly ice cream and light lunch venue. Highly recommend them the ice cream tasted amazing, the service so friendly and the value for money …. Well visit them and you will see it’s totally with it. Will be making this my ice cream heaven from now on!

Had a 20 minute walk from home for a lovely refreshing ice cream! Will deffo do it again.. Lovely sit out area also!

I have said this before and it's still true. This is the best Ice cream I've tasted since being in Rome. You need to taste this for yourself.

An unbelievable trip to a hidden gem. Wonderful service, delicious ice cream and a relaxing sit down by the river! A must for anyone nearby. Locally produced ice cream at reasonable prices. We will be back

The last time I had Ice cream this good I was at the Trevi fountain in Rome, and I eat lots of ice cream.

Lovely little place! We take the children and sit outside. The ice cream is delicious and the service is fab.

We always stop here while out on our bikes very friendly staff and lovely seating area... best ice cream around ❤️

As you can see from photos posted, it is sent in a lovely courtyard, with a lovely decked seating area overlooking the river. The ice cream is honestly the best I've had, and they had the best chocolate brownies I have ever eaten!!
