Wow what a lovely place to go for dinner they are dog friendly 👍🏻 if you’re hound is well behaved as in all places, our cockapoo just sat under the table by my legs and never made a sound. The restaurant gave a bowl of water for her. Very impressed with the customer service and the food was 100% fantastic. It’s a 3 hour drive for us but we are going to be returning. We haven’t had such excellent food in a while very impressed!

We have been three times now and every time has been a pleasure! The food has always been fantastic, great price, the service is always wonderful and they are always so accommodating for our little boy. They always check to make sure there's no allergies or any specific flavours/herbs etc we do not like. We travel up from Boston to Lincoln specifically for this restaurant and will continue to do so. We will always recommend here to everyone we meet!

This was brilliant , went 28 December 2024. Lovely staff, fabulous fresh food ( chilli/ pepper/salt tofu is gorgeous) good beer selection . Immaculately clean , toilets included . Wish I lived in Lincoln as I would Go a Couple of times a month. Really worth going 😊

We were getting takeaway here and the wait time was 2 hours but the food was half decent and inside it wasnt even busy ans they weren't understaffed so i dont get why it would take 2 hours to recieve my food😑

Ordered the pho, cried my eyes out when I kept adding chili at my own discretion. Finished the dish (which was absolutely delicious) and only went through three tissues. I will be back for more and probably cry some more. But it will be worth it!

The food and service has always been good each time I’ve eaten here. Whether it’s the pho, rice dishes, or rice paper with duck, it’s a delicious meal.

No estaba seguro de qué esperar en House of Pho, pero resultó ser un lugar decente para comer. Así que lo recomiendo. Al principio pensé que se sentía un poco grande y vacío y cafetería como. Pero para ser justos estábamos allí a las 9 pm y cierran a las 10 . No tiene una sensación acogedora, romántica o cálida, pero estábamos en un grupo de seis riendo un poco, así que era adecuado para nosotros. Un poco de hipo con la barrera del idioma inicialmente se resolvió, y estábamos metidos en entrantes mixtos en poco tiempo. Fantástico satay de pollo, costillas, etc. Tarifa habitual para nuestro lote en este tipo de restaurantes. Los principales eran más interesantes con algunos fideos y curry encantadores, etc. No puedo recordar los detalles, pero todos estábamos lo suficientemente felices. En resumen, buena comida, personal servicial agradable y a un precio razonable.

Arrived late 9.20 on a Thurs night. So starters and mains came out at same time as kitchen was closing. But food was nicely presented. Very tasty

Delicious food, so much choice, excellent beer and wine. We turned up last night (Saturday) without having booked hoping to be accommodated. So impressed and so grateful to the Manager who appeared in front of us to help the lovely waitress find us a table. They had a large party in and were clearly very busy, but our service was top notch. Thank you, we had a lovely night x

I come from Vietnam, the two owners are very cute and enthusiastic. I ate a bowl of pho, delicious and rich, very similar to Vietnam. Prices are ok, and the staff is very enthusiastic I will come back

Acabo de tener una comida maravillosa en la Casa de Pho. Personal muy amable, y comida fantástica. Un poco caro tal vez, pero definitivamente vale la pena. La misión original era para una comida para llevar ya que teníamos nuestro perro con nosotros. Que pedimos y estábamos a punto de esperar fuera con dicho perro. Sin embargo, resultó que este restaurante era muy agradable para los perros y nos permitió no solo esperar dentro, sino para comer de todos modos, incluso traer un tazón de agua para ella. Gracias por todo... realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida.

De vuelta en Lincoln un año después, el sábado 14 de septiembre, sabíamos que queríamos regresar a este restaurante vietnamita para nuestro almuerzo. No decepcionó. Como de costumbre nos recibió el personal amable y elegimos sentarnos cerca de la ventana. Este restaurante puede adaptar fácilmente la comida para satisfacer los requisitos de mi esposa no lácteos, no gluten y no huevo, y hay menús especiales que también son útiles. La comida aquí se cocina fresca, y siempre es sabrosa y llena de sabor. Tina y su equipo hacen un trabajo maravilloso y esperamos nuestro próximo regreso cuando hagamos nuestro próximo viaje en tren de Cambridgeshire a Lincoln. Muy recomendable! Gracias Tina.

DO NOT COME HERE... Unless you want the best pho you've ever had. Served by the exceptionally cheery and jacked Asian man, this pompous bowl of absolute goodness warms me and makes me feel like everything's going to be okay. The quality of the ingredients becomes apparent when you feel like you can't walk to the exit you're so full.. yet deeply saddened because you can't scarf down another complete order by yourself. This place is the bomb, pho real.

Excellent service. Food didn’t take very long, but it wasn’t particularly busy. Waitress was lovely. The place is decorated nicely. The food was disappointing though. Spring rolls were okay. Vietnamese pancake was quite nice. Pho was okay. Curry noodles was pretty bad. Literally just tofu slices in a brown sauce on top of noodles. With some carrot and lettuce on the side. It’s the kind of meal you make after 7 pints. Not very appetising. Their Vietnamese sling cocktail was very good - definitely recommend. Not averse to going back, but would order something else.

I didn’t get my order and I was stood outside for 10 minutes.

Truly disappointed with this place. The Pho was disappointing, the broth lacked deep flavours and colour wise didn’t look like a typical pho broth, the flavour just was not there at all, also scotch bonnet peppers where used instead of Asian chilis, I mean this is fine if I was expecting a fusion dining experience but everything just lacked effort. I guess I’ll have to stick to ‘Pho’ restaurant until I kind find that authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Lincs.

Since we don't understand the name of the food, we are feel difficult when place order, it is suggested better to provide food picture in order page to let customer more understand and have a preliminary picture what the food cooked output.

Food was amazing .huge portions so had to leave with take away tubs too nice to waste. Davina our lovely server was so nice. Just sorry we came to close to closing and held you up a little .always nice def be back .thank you all great chefs .

I ordered the Crispy Spring Rolls-Pork and Prawn, small x4 pleasant enough. I’d rather have the larger ones with veg etc. Spare Ribs are lovely but I think 13.00 on their own is excessive. I’d definitely order again and try some of the other items.

Food was pretty bland and the curry was worse than one from your local chip shop. Hardly any flavour to the curry at all. However, the service was great and the staff are really friendly.

Went there as my partner used to be a regular customer since long time. This time was embarrassing service. The Vietnamese girl served wrong order to us and denied to bring the correct order and my partner had to eat the food he didn't order and doesn't like . She was rude as well while my partner mentioned about the wrong order. I will never go back again.

One of my favourite spots in Lincoln. Cute, unique decor, 10/10 service and delicious food. Caters well to food sensitivity, as many dishes are flavoured with herbs and spice, not sugar! My only recommendation is a wider range of condiments for the table.

Time after time we have great dining experiences in House of Pho. The food is very tasty, comes quickly and the portion sizes are hearty, making this place great value for money. Thank you to our server who gave very friendly, thoughtful service.

Lovely lunch yesterday. Tried the crisp pork and prawn spring rolls, bbq pork noodle salad, crispy beef, fried broccoli, jasmine rice and curry sauce... ok we had chips too! It has been a while since I had Vietnamese but it was as good as I remembered, a bit like chinese but lighter with the fresh mint, cucumber and not as sticky sauces. A couple of well nice mocktails as well. The location isn't the best but once inside you are transported by the ambience and lovely service. Will certainly be back to try the Pho next time.

We decided to stop and have a meal Sunday afternoon. We love Vietnamese Food . I can honestly say my food was inedible! I opted for a vegetarian choice . Congealed gunk . I could eat it . Myself and my husband both left our food . It wasn’t fresh cooked food just warmed through precooked . The noodles were slimy and cold I’m a very open minded person I’ve travelled and eaten in lots of different places with different cultures. This food was awful . We left . We went to another restaurant very near . The food there was incredible.

We love getting Vietnamese food from here, and choose it whether having delivery or whether we’re eating in town. Everything is freshly made, and good sized portions as well - we always end up needing a takeout box when we eat in! There’s a great amount of veggie and gluten free options, so it tends to be our choice when eating in a group, and they’re always happy to explain what things are, how to say it properly, and tweak orders if anything needs to be taken out. Really great food - I very much recommend the summer rolls for a cold and fresh side or starter, and the home made lime lemonade is a tangy delight! My partner says the Vietnamese coffee is definitely worth trying too.

We order here frequently and it’s always great— the only better quality pho in Lincoln you can only get when eating there fresh in the restaurant! I’m especially happy when I get extra sprouts and mushrooms in my soup. :) Thank you as always!

Me and the Mrs visited there bank holiday Sunday (5/5 2024)Absolutely superb food &service,it's nestled (round the corner)to brayford wharf,(next to a Chinese&Thai). We had gorgeous tasty ribs to start and a beef rice veg combo(huge portion).for main.. Cannot fault the service or food, Ps if (like me)yr not a big beet drinker I'd highly recommend the Hanoi beer,(light and very refreshing)

I came with my family we all had something different to taste each other food. The food itself was not what I excepted it to be and it gave 3 of out 4 of us bellyache afterward. However the drinks/coffee here was decent, the staff and service were friendly and the interior was very beautiful and simple. I love of the photos hanging on the wall.

Never tried this place before, but would be more than happy to go again. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. I had beef satay and my partner had barbecued duck. All tasty and perfect - tender meat and crunchy veg. I also had a really nice mocktail. Good value and good food. Attentive and friendly staff

Very tasty duck noodles and lovely summer spring Rolls. Chicken curry was nice but it was crispy coated and then covered in curry sauce so went a bit gooey. Overall It was fairly empty and lacking atmosphere. Staff were very friendly. I think we’ll go back tho.

Visited on the way to the cinema. Popular restaurant. I had a beef broth dish but it was a little too spicy for me. Would go for something milder next time.

Beautiful place, large menu which would be perfect for large parties. I did find the menu a little confusing, especially all the different types of pho because I didn't know what they looked like so I didn't know which to order. But I loved the vibe, the staff were really friendly and the cocktails and food were delicious.

Service was lovely, very friendly front of staff. That's where the joy ends, unfortunately. I ordered the three meat Pho, and Rainbow Rolls to start. The rainbow rolls were very bland, and the king prawns just tasted like water, paired with the very overwhelming branch of basil and mint which was hard to ignore. The dip for that was not as expected, previous experiences with this dish has been that the dipping sauce was zingy, sweet and tangy wih fresh chilli and lime (in other Vietnamese restaurants) but this sauce was thick, and manufactured. The three meat Pho, was infact, duck, chicken and beef, but also with the added addition of a very strange sausage, which was literally grey. Again, normal expectations were beansprouts on the side, but they were already in the dish. The duck was fatty, beef grey and human like and the umami fragrant flavour of Pho was nowhere to be found. I cant explain but if you have ever eaten something before and thought there is something not right? This was that situation. I am so sad that this experience wasn't better as I had taken my mother and brother for there first Vietnamese Pho experience, which sufficed to say, was a 2 out of 10 at best. Underwhelmed, disappointed, and queezy. Thanks for having us though, and again, very polite welcoming front of staff.

Really trying hard to be positive. I ate 3 meat pho soup. Which came with sausage? Fatty chicken and I believe was beef (1 piece) smelt like Body odour. Too strong on mint, no flavour and no bean shoots. Can say the squid was to die for (chef speciality) maybe? Am sorry, worst experience for me and my two guests. Myself and my boy were both sick (literally) me in restaurant, my son outside. Staff were lovely. And very on hands. But our review at the time went ignored. Won’t be going back. Very sad as I was visiting son at uni and it was his treat, felt bad for him. Never had an experience like that and don’t want to again.

First time used and disappointed about the wok fried udon noodles chicken , as there were no noodles or chicken in this dish, just like a curry sauce with carrots and potatoes.

Absolute best pho in town— authentic flavours, VERY generous portion and super friendly staff. But not only the pho is great, all other dishes, including other soups, starters and stir-fried options, are always on point. I never had a disappointing meal here and whenever I’m sad, I know a hot bowl of soup is exactly what I need to comfort me. Big thank you for the staff, you are amazing :)

Came here because is was craving pho and ended up ordering their summer spring rolls, the perfect starter! so refreshing and the portion was very good! then i had their spicy mi guang which was a bomb of flavour absolutely delicious! I normally don’t finish the broth when it comes to noodles but I absolutely demolished this one🤭 and because i have a sweet tooth I ended it with the special dessert of the day which was a mango and chocolate base cheesecake, so creamy and the right amount of sweetness! Was served by the lovely staff Davina who was caring and very helpful with advising me on what to order! Will be definitely back to try more from the menu!

First time going here, dont think it will be the last, everything perfect, the staff helped all the way through, explaining, all the alagies, and the menu. We had a trainee looking after us, and couldn't find fault even if i tried, would definitely recommend going here

What a lovely find this place is. We found it spotlessly clean and the service was exemplary. Amazingly fresh tasty food with generous portions too. Our arrival was greeted by a wonderful smile from a lovely young lady who took time to explain the foods. Next time we are in Lincoln this will be the place where we will go.

Superb lunch of duck in plum sauce, chicken in lemon sauce with jasmin rice, with delicious Vietnamese coffee to follow. Very polite, attentive and informative staff that couldn't do enough to make this a memorable meal. The food is incredibly tasty, with good size portions and cooked to absolute perfection. Great service, great atmosphere and most importantly great food. Highly recommended.

The food which was really good value for your money was so delicious and flavourful while still having a large amount of the protein in the meal. The staff were very nice and the service was great making sure I felt welcome and informed on what was in my meal. Amazing experience would definitely come again

Don't be put off by the location or the brightly lit canteen style - if you want a relatively quick bite to eat. Fresh and vibrant food, no nonsense.

I don’t recall exactly how late it was, but the problem wasn’t that it was late, but we were short a coke and the food was not very good. I tossed mine and had a peanut butter sandwich instead. Won’t go back.

The worst meal I've had in a long time. Beef tendon with fat in place of any significant beef. A greasy mush in place of flat rice noodles. Tasted like soap. The restaurant was virtually empty on a Thursday night - understandable.

Went in today for lunch with our daughter and granddaughter. Staff really friendly and helpful telling us about the different dishes. Also explained the different coffees available. All done with a smile and not hurried. Food was fabulous. The best ever Prawn Toast we've ever had! Overall great service and we will certainly be back.

Great little cafeteria style restaurant. We ordered vermicelli, chicken and black bean, barbecue pork with dipping sauce, and fried rice, with jasmine tea. All good choices. Service quick and very courteous. Great value. Would recommend.
