Hi. I ordered a takeaway tonight from your restaurant. The food was delivered at the ribjt time. Thank you to that. The food was to the expected standard except for the wrap that i ordered. I received the wrap. The chicken was cold and just didn't taste nice. The texture of it was not great. I think its fair on both halfs if I just received a refund for the wrap. Thank you again for your service.

pizza was disgusting. the cheese didn't even taste like cheese and the pizza arrived cold. they didn't separate the pizza from the ice ream so it was completely melted. it took 2.2 hrs to get here. i would 100% recommend Audley fast food it is amazing has good options and the pizza is the best pizza i have ever had.

Nothing special, same food as the other 1000 take aways in stoke.

Best in town. Seen a few bad reviews but after seing the same people on other online reviews always sending negative reviews I wont be letting them worry me at all. There's nothing you can do about people who bring negative energy. Keep your heads high capones...

This place is under new TERRIBLE management use to order all the time and it was spot on but NOT anymore literally took 2 hours to turn up 3 times in a row then the delivery driver couldn't find my house he was in the wrong bloody county by the sounds of it had to direct him for 5 mins on the phone it was laughable then he couldn't find it again the next time I ordered haha then he told me he was the manger god help this place .. oh and if you order cheese and chips they won't put the cheese on :) honestly this place is terrible now use to be amazing . Anyway enjoy your food from flames I guess

Very Disappointed to find that this pizza restaurant is under new, worse management. Food was delivered cold 3 times in a row, and the driver was rude!! When we did not receive our drinks and he did not bother to come back with them I got a voicemail message from the manager, but no offer of a refund or to deliver the drinks or even an attempt to speak to me in person. This place used to be excellent - it's poor performance of late is disappointing in the extreme. Don't bother.

Food has always been spot on . I'd say best pizzas in town, well done Capones. 1 advice I'd give to people that get let down on timing or cold food , COLLECT it !

Best food in stoke food cooked to perfection i recxomend visiting here staff are very friendly.

So gutted, we have been coming here for a very long time and loved it and would recommend it to anyone for Pizzas but twice now over the last 2 months we have been and its been 2-3 hours late first time ordered at 20:00 came at 22:30 having to call twice for it to come and the next day not feeling so good tried again for a 2nd chance as it was very unlikely for that happen again and it did 2 hours late had to call ask where it was and the food was shocking hair on my pizza, chicken wings soggy and garlic bread dry as anything safe to say we will never return to this place again such a shame we loved it here.

We've always ordered from here, don't get me wrong the food is nice, but the service is absolutely shocking waited well over an hour and half for a pizza and staff don't know what they are talking about

Pizza and service always good here and we are regular orderers, but after making a phone order today and being spoken to like a piece of muck we ain't ordering from this place again. Mr Capone you need to train your new staff on how to talk to people. Shame

I have 2 choices for pizzas and this is one that i recommend.Great tasting pizzas and the wedges and dip is also a great companion. Not to mention a free garlic bread with every large pizza 👍
