no crisps, no pigs in blanket with sauce an wrong drink

Forgot cookie footlong also the hashbrowns were stale and cheese bites cold and sandwich cold considering i live 15 mins away and it shower up cold n stale is shocking obviously using yesterday’s products!

vegan ice cream missing from order and toasted sandwich was cold.

Definitely the worst subway I’ve used! Highly recommend you don’t use this subway! Poor! Cold! Enough to put me off having a subway in the future !

“I’m not going loose my job over some meatballs”! Non existent customer service. Spent £39 on an order for it to arrive wrong. No form of contact was made to me to pick an alternative as that’s a breach of GDPR apparently. The sandwich maker just decided to pick what he thought was nearest to my order. No consideration for allergy’s etc. When I called the store there was no answer so I decided to call the petrol station itself. When they answered I explained the situation for the subway server to shout in the background “I’m to busy, tell her ring back in a bit”. What good would that be? Id still have no food “in a bit”. So I went down to the store and spoke to the subway team member. When I walked in the store he had an attitude with me from the start! I explained my situation he said your solution is to ask for a refund off Uber. No offer of an alternative sandwich to my liking. He said it’s company policy to give you what they think is best. They are not allowed to contact you to make you aware that the items you’ve ordered are out of stock. When I questioned this he got aggressive and stated how he would not loose his job over contacting me. He explained that what would be the point in him talking to me on the phone prior to me coming to the store when he’s just told me my solution after I have spent time and petrol to try and resolve this situation. He accused me of having an attitude and that there’s nothing he can do to help me because he’s busy with other customers! I explained iv worked in customer service for years and this is not how you treat people, he then began to argue with me. After going back and forth and getting no where,. He came at me with “I’m not going to loose my job over meatballs” WOW! Is that the type of employees you want representing your brand? He refused to give me his name, said he has no contact details for a manager or head office! I will not shop there again and would advise others to stay clear. Clearly this guy needs re training, I am honestly mortified by the way I was spoken to. Absolutely disgusting!

Will not be eating/ordering from this subway again, poor service and attitude from the staff, lucky I did not pull him over the counter. Rude and obnoxious.

Got a phone call from Subway to tell me the driver had drove off without my food. I then asked if they could remake my hot food because he told me it had been sat on the side for 10 minutes. The subway fellow was expecting me to do something about the driver issue. Then he said oh he is here now so I again said please remake my hot food. Food arrived and it was cold, and the all the items on the sub had fell off in the bag. Not happy at all. REFUND PLEASE

Real chicken delivered instead of vegan?

Delivery was brilliant but very disappointed with missing items! It’s expensive and for the cost of thing I don’t expect items to be missing….. refund for the missing items requested…

Wrong order for one sub. Wrong salad on the other. Ordered double cheese for one sub and couldn’t even find what would look like one portion of cheese on the sub. Can’t trust online orders of these kinds of meals from this branch of subway.

Really bad dishonest trick with meal deal price, ordered a sub sandwich which said was £4 and got charged £14 meaning that got £10 thrown down the toilet. Also wanted a full sandwich not a cut one. They did not ask and just cut it in half. I'd sack her for all that.

Tlc chicken Rock solid like its been left out for a week and gone off I've had it many times before so know this isn't right

Just ordered on JustEat, and didnt have the drinks that i ordered, drounded in mayo, and wasnt cut. I use to work at subway, and i know that this is unacceptable!

Pre-ordered at 16.55 for delivery at 17.55 and eventually had it delivered at 18.18!

This was the chicken and bacon salad that was sent?!?! Absolutely discusting service. Lettuce, cucumber and tomato with a bit of mayo in a long box. Which went all over the floor because I thought it was a sub sandwich! Is this a joke?

Wrong bottle of pop, muffin instead of a cookie and wrong flavour of crisps. it’s not hard to read an order guys sort it out

Very disappointed ordered 2 wraps which were thrown together and very little ingredients inside them. 1 I counted 5 small spinach leaves small amount of chicken 2 slices of cucumber and no sauce which I requested. 2nd wrap wasn’t much better!!! Ordered 9 pieces of nacho chicken bites with 2 sauces, they were barely warm and again no sauces. I won’t be ordering from there again! It is obviously too much like hard work to prepare orders!

Ordered a plant patty wrap for collection and got given some fake alien meat instead. They didn't get the other contents right either. How hard is it to copy an online order?! Also, staff are childish and unprofessional. I'll make my own lunch from now on.

Ordered 2 footlong subs through just eat. Recieved 2 6 inch subs instead but still charged for the footlongs, and spent an hour calling multiple times with nobody answering the phone. Staff obviously aren't competent enough to make the right sandwiches, so shouldn't be surprised the have no idea how to pick up a phone receiver either.

Ordered two footlong subs, they sent two six inch subs. Wouldn't answer the phone to rectify their mistake. Obviously aren't that clever if they can't read the word footlong.

Not worth paying a 50p service charge for meatballs about as dry and hard as bricks. Got my order correct though which is more than I can say for the other subway

It was stone cold when it got here, driver was going the wrong way for the first 15 mins, the bacon was more fat than the actual meat, I didn’t ask for cheese but it was still on my sandwich. I won’t be ordering from this subway again

Really disappointed with this, half my order was wrong, one of my sandwiches were missing. Tried to call them for 20 minutes and phone just rang out with no answer. Had to order again for missing sandwich and pay another delivery fee. Maybe try another subway restaurant but wouldn't use this one again.

Not the right order. I asked for a 2lt Pepsi and I got a 500ml. And on the images of the order there was a Dorito bag. And I got a walkers.

Food on time. But, was cold when it got here, i assume it was delivered on a bike as everything was wet when it arrived. The bread was not what we ordered and toppings were missing. Normally wouldnt mind if they dont have what we order available, but places ive had that happen before at least leave a note in the bag or call apologising for something being either missing or different. Not a good experience honestly

Only downside was they sent me the wrong drink, tried to call them and couldn't get through.

Second time now I have ordered a delivery and both times there has been a problem with my order. Either sent half a sub instead of footlong/salad missing/wrong bread/wrong items of drink/crisps. I cant understand how you can get an order so wrong every single time. Not happy! Will not be ordering again

5 items were missing they also sent out wrong drinks, when trying to get hold of the restaurant there was no answer after calling multiple times. Also it was over 30mins late. Someone had to go without dinner

Ordered a chicken and bacon footlong. The chicken tastes off and the bacon was practically raw. Probably not safe to eat only managed 2 bites 😫. No answer when I called the store.

Ordered a steak and cheese wrap with guac, no cheese or guacamole and a missing drinks!

One of the meals ordered was almost completely wrong, only the sub was correct (well sort of), there was traces of jalapeños on it which had to be removed.

I asked for toased subs and they weren't. One of them was meant to be a tiger sub and wasn't. No correspondence from the restaurant to advise us of this. A real shame.

The meatballs are rock hard and the hash browns are freezing cold. I've not been able to eat it. It has gone in the bin.

Salads was ok. Has browns was cold and didn't seem like they had been cooked. Normally soft this time they was hard and cold. Wouldn't recommend the hash browns.
