Jackpot Pizza in Newcastle-under-Lyme

If I could give a zero I would ordered the food at half ten rang them about half eleven he said ten mins two hours later no food and then proceeded to tell me how they knocked on the house at eleven and rang the doorbell we don’t have and tried to ring me they didn’t do that either so overall pretty pleasant experience if you want food I’d recommend anywhere else.

Disappointed I have ordered from here a couple of times in the past and all orders have been amazing, food was always piping hot and fresh, last time we asked for a garlic drizzle and it came very well presented and had a zig zag shape drizzle all over. This time we saw the option for both garlic drizzle and tomato drizzle. Below is what we received. The outcome of below can only be described as a mess that went in the bin. No care was clearly taken as it looks like the complete contents of the bottle have made its way on to my pizza. I’d also like to note that you should list it as tomato ketchup drizzle as I was expecting a pizza sauce drizzle but instead got half a bottle of hp tomato sauce. I don’t write many reviews but I will always rate my order when it’s good but this was a ruined meal we were looking forward to and we won’t be ordering again. I have requested Uber for a refund because it had to go in the bin as there was just too much ketchup on it. I do not like ketchup I wouldn’t have had tomato drizzle if I knew it was going to be just ketchup.

We had the jackpot meal deal tonight ..the pizza was out of this world so tasty and soft it was amazing ...such good value for money will definately be ordering from there again soon!!!

Absolutely beautiful food! Best pizzas in stoke by far. And we tried their desserts for the first time today, bloody gorgeous and good price, not stingy with the toppings and portion sizes. Honestly best takeaway. Will be ordering from here often. Highly highly recommend.
